Hi, We have entities relation and data flow as below(1 OOB entity(Contact), remaining all are custom entities), we want to collect data from all the entities into one document and send to external users for their esignature. We are looking support for our below questions. Is this 'Adobe Sign' will support to collect data from multiple entities which are interrelated?Our main application record will have multiple child records, can we have data mapping for all these records into single document?Do we need to use any other Addon(DocumentCorePack from MSCRM-Addon website) for complex data mappings or AdobeSign itself take care?Can we get eSignature on only one piece from different user and remaining from main user on same document?  And this one piece data should not visible to main user and vice versa.Is there any limitations in Adobe Sign for specific to Dynamics CRM 365? Data flow(entities relation in CRM): Thanks in Advance!

Dear all, I solve one of my questions how does work AdobeSign, because from other companies with who we are cooperative has offered to use Adobe Sign, but we currently sign all documents via Adobe Reader.Is possible that other 9 companies will sign a document via AdobeSign and we are as the last one will sign it via Adobe Reader or all document signed via Adobe Sign must be completely signed via Adobe Sign? I´m sorry, I found so many information about that and I´m confused about that. Or need I have Adobe Reader PRO for that? Thank you   

We are using Adobe e-sign to sign documents in Workday. While the adobe document is open for signatures in the signers workday account, the document has a download button at the bottom of the page. Once you click on this button, the button opens up another tab with a blank URL but the form does not download.Is there a way to download the form? Why does the download button takes to a blank URL?Any insights will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance,RJ

Is anyone having issues with bounceback today?

I'm wondering how to streamline signing documents when I have multiple to sign.  Each time I sign, it takes me through the signing process, then I have to click back out to the dashboard or my manage folder, click on the next one and wait for it to load, sign it, and do it again.  Isn't there a way to sign a document, then once completed, it automatically goes to the next one to be signed instead of pushing me back to the beginning?  This was a feature DocuSign had and its sorely missed.  It takes 3 times as long to sign with EchoSign as it took be before using another e-sign tool.Thanks in advance!

Hello, I signed an Adobe Sign contract sent to me via email but I didn't get a copy of the document after signing. Does that mean the other person didn't accept my signature? I need to get a copy of the document but now I can't because the sign link says I already signed

I have successfully used the API to upload a transient document, use that document to create and agreement and have it notify the participant.I created a webhook to update my system when the participant signs the document. Everything works fine but the AgreementID and DocumentIDs provided by the Webhook "parameters" do not match any values returned from the API when uploading the file or setting up the Agreement.Based on current results, the IDs in the Webhook callback are basically just randomly generated and have no relation to anything. After 3 virtual people chats and one 25 minute hold for customer service and then being disconnected, I cannot get an answer as to how to integrate my adobe accounts into a business.  I am paying for my business for creative cloud and acrobat; adobe sign for two team licenses.  I cannot share templates and I assume it has something to do with my team Sign licenses.  I am afraid to close the accounts and reopen them as I do not want to lose documents.  However, customer service was of no help.  Any solutions?

Hi there, today I started using the Adobe Sign for SharePoint app.  When I tried to submit a document for signature I received this message: "Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted"  As fas as I know, I own an Adobe Pro licence (Enterprise) from my company and I should not have any problem with que quota. Hello there,When creating 1 text box, and assigning the participant role to "prefill" or "sender", this works fine. However, if I take that same field, and "create multiple copies" of it, although it says the participant role is "prefill" or "sender" (I have tried both ways), the actual participant role is "anyone", as shown in the next step when sending the document for signature. I am interested in starting e-sign and want to know if it is HIPAA compliant?  That means, does it comply with and follow the patient privacy guidlines set forth by the federal Human Rights Commission. This is standard for any healthcare provider. If so, there are many providers/organizations  who would use this service 

There is only one signature required per document. I would like to maintain the tracking & reminders. Right now we are sending the same form multiple times to multiple people - it seems there must be a better way. - Thanks!

Hi AllI have a form produced fom an acreditaion company which I have to use. It is in a PDF format. I need multipe persons infoamtion. One feild is a signture. All of the other fields can be entered using a keybord but I need to have the delgate sign in the signture field using stylis on a tablet. which programe accepts keybord and stylish inpits  

How do you sent a Adobe sign contract to a recipient in a different language.

Hi there,I have sent a document to be signed to two people. After the first person has filled it in, it will go to the next. The first has now signed (she sent me a screenshot of her signature and the date filled in) but the second person hasn't received anything. I can also see on the document status that it doesn't look as if the first person has signed. It only registers that she has viewed it. Any ideas what might be happening? Thanks.  

We are working on Adobe Sign API's, we are unable to send or share uploaded library document using API. Is there any other way to send or share the already available library document to recipients using any of the API in Adobe Sign.

So one of the biggest challenges I face using Adobe sign is having my signature, or any fields I enter, move around on a template that I've created. Is it possible to anchor those fields to that they always appear on the same part of the document? What happens is the template I have get filled out which makes the document either longer or shorter at times so when I apply the template the fields are always in different locations. This is a feature that Docusign has and it would be nice to have here as well.
