Hi,I need to send a fillable form to a number of clients and have each sign it. It's important that none can see the others email addresses. Is there a way to bcc the emails using Adobe sign and send? Is there another way to do it? 

When i try to submit the document i signed it says this site is undifined? i dont know what the problem is.

We have a form that we created that requires competion by a client, as well as a signature by both the client and the employee who is sending the form to the client.  I cannot make it work. If the employee signs the form first, and then chooses the 'Request Signatures' feature, it turns all of the fields in to read only (the form is NOT set up with them to be read only.) If we send to the client first, there doesnt seem to be a way for us to digitally sign it. What am I doing wrong?  

I'm new to Adobe Sign, so please forgive the very basic questions.  Our organization facilitates multiple scholarships. Can Adobe Sign be set up in such a way that I can create the scholarship application with the required signature field included that can be sent to anyone (or embedded on a website) or do I need to have an email in order to request a signature?

I have been building forms and sending them for signature for years.  I have Adobe Acrobat DC and yet when I send a new form I have created to Adobe Sign, I do not get the option for calculated fields.  I FINALLY found that I have to upgrade to a business version to get this option.  VERY FRUSTRATING that I have to pay an additional $21 per month just to get calculated fields.   However, I did it - I purchased the upgrade AND I STILL CANNOT GET CALCULATED FIELDS.  The purchase shows in my adobe account and shows the correct/same login as my Acrobat.  I have tried both on the desktop version and online and NOTHING.   I have to get this done immediately and have been on hold on customer support chat for well over an hour so I am hoping someone here can help.  Otherwise I am moving to Docusign.

is there a way to save a e-signature document? so i can upload it instead of having to fill out where to sing and print all over again? i send the same document to many emails and each time i have to manually mark the signature and print name locations. thanks. 

I have created multiple pdf forms in Acrobat Pro DC for a client. The forms are filled out differently for each of the clients customers and then sent for signing. However when the signee receives it they are able to edit all the fields of the form. Is there a way to lock the whole form so the only element they can edit is the signing field which is added within Adobe Sign?   Many thanks.

Hello! I am creating a form template with multiple sections and I want to be able to use a checkbox or radio button for the user to click and be progressed to the next section if the section they are in does not apply to them, thus avoiding scrolling to the next piece.  Does Adobe have this fuctionality?  If so, how to I implement?  Thank you!

In Adobe Sign one of the signers names is coming out in all lower case instead of first letter uppercase and the remaing letters lowercase. This only started happening a few months ago and it was fine previously but I can't find a setting to rectify this.

Hi,I would like to know is there any limit of numbers of web forms to be signed in a month? we have been granted with a license to manage the web forms using Enterprise plan. We have around 500 documents to be signed in a month at the nationwide level by using the web form. Is this possible?Thanks! 

I have received real estate contract I sent to my seller in Adobe Sign, which she initialed and signed.Now I'd liket send the signed contract to the buyer, but Adobe Sign will not allow me to copy a pdf of the contract. What do you suggest. Jim Colbert

I have created a PDF and now I would like to add the dynamic fields in the lease so I can populate the tenant information before sending to the tenants to sign. I can't figure out how to do this. I understand how to add the Text Input Data Fields but how can I populate these with tenant info, unit # etc before I send to tenant. I also would like to make it a template so I do not have to do it all over for each tenant. thanks

I have created two templates and set the properties to make them available to "Any User In My Organization". They are still not available to other users, however. What can I try? 

We have used EchoSign for NetSuite. After creating the EchoSign agreement, is there a way we can do mass send for signature? For example, we have 1000 agreements, we would like to send for signature with one click for all those agrements, instead going into each document and clicking 1000 times.

I upgraded my account because I was told it was the only way to have the option to deactivate the PDF of the signed documents being automatically emailed to all (any) parties. This is sensitive information and even with the password protect option, it will not satisfy. But now that I have upgraded, I still don't see a way to opt out. Does anyone know how to do this? Or do I need to just get rid of Adobe Sign and get a Docusign account?  

I started a new Adobe Sign Enterprise Trial. I am having trouble adding a user with the same email domain as me, even though it states that I can add up to 10.Account > Users > Create a New UserI add the mail, first and last name, and it says:You cannot add that email address to your account.

Hello!I'm an user of the Adobe Sign app on an Android phone. I used to have my Google Drive account linked to the app; but, a few days ago, the accounts stop working togheter.I've tried several times to link them again, but it did not work. I've also tried to reinstall the app, clear the cache, etc. No way... I can´t link my Google Drive account with the Adobe Sign app again.I can link Document Cloud, Dropbox, etc... but not Google Drive.Any suggestions? Thank you!

I have a requirement to send for signature to Partnerships and Trustees which requires signatures for custom document to all contacts in an account.  We need to send an email to all the contacts for that  orginisation, and it looks like Mega Send will do this, however I cannot see how I implement this withion a Microsoft Flow, and i cannot see how i do this.

I have a form embedded on our website that will be submitted by a few thousand people and one of the requirements for this form is two unique signatures from two different people. We will not know who these people are ahead of time so we cannot assign fixed signer roles to each field and the Sign form builder does not seem to allow multiple unique signatures on a widget/embedded document. Is there something I would need to change in Acrobat? We have also explored the API and this also doesnt seem to be possible there.Any assistance?  

Hi .. We integrated adobe esign in our portal. Our users signing the documents electronically using our portal. Also users get the notification email for the events/alerts like "Sign the document" etc. With in the email there is a image/screeshot of the document also they received. Here our requirement is we don't want to reveal this document image to user in email. Is there any solution or settings for this? Please help us with this requirement. Thanks in advance.

Hi, when I digitally sign a pdf the signature doesn't get displayed right. It looks like the font get's wrong

We send multiple invoices for signing to our controllers every day.When we send this in one pdf we get it back also in one pdf which is great, but we would like the ability to then split the pdf into multiple pdf's as it contains seperate invoices.My question is, is this option available and how can I enable it?(we can also just send one pdf for one invoice, but then our controller gets 20 emails per day for just signing which is simply not practicle)

Hello, The file size limit for sending signatures is 10MB. Could you please let me know how can we increase the size limit.Because there are some cases that the pdf file is larger than 10MB. Thank you in advance. Regards,Ekta
