Does anyone how I can get the software? I see the instruction on Adobe Sign for ServiceNow - Installation and Configuration Guide but do know where to get the software.

I set up Adobe Sign for SharePoint about a year ago. Back around March time the app stopped sending docs to SharePoint. Upon investigation it had lost the connection bteween SharePoint and Adobe Sign. I set it up again and it now works. But why did the connection break and will it keep happening?  

Can someone please explain to me why, despite clicking on "Daily until completed" does it only send out the reminder ONCE?????So, instead of gaily expecting DocuSign to send out Daily, I have to keep checking and sending out fresh reminders.Since the "customer" can cancel out at any time their end, it is somewhat time consuming and annoying - ANSWERS PLEASE!!!!!

I made my signature and I was informed that I could use for 7 days without payment. On the sixth day I asked for cancellation and I was charged in R$ 60,00 (sessenta reais). Please I need the money back. Please let me know when I will receive the money back? Ivanéia

Hi, I recently changed our email address and i can no longer log in at all even when i use the instrcutions it asks me to that come thorugh on email.

I got the final signed document. but signatures are not showing. i cant post document here because its important. anyone from support where i can email the document for checking? it all shows in the audit trail they all signed.

I am trying to work out how to turn off autofill in Adobe Sign for signers when preparing a document. Can this be done? We have disabled autofill in Chorme and Outlook, but neither setting has filtered through to Adobe. Has anyone else tried and succeeded in disabling this?

Dear Adobe Sign, Feature 1. Could you add an option to punch-in document's TransactionID below signer's signature and date, so that people who get only the printed version can validate the signature with punched-in TransactionID (on a no-account-required Signature Validation page)?Feature 2. Also, currently, when i click on a "Validate All Signatures" link in a signed pdf it sends me to a page that just says is the TransactionID valid or not, but does not confirm signer's identity with his/her e-mail or in any other way. Could some non-repudiation feature like that be added?

As a result of COVID-19, we have been building web forms for others on our campus. We have found that as the web form creator, we receive email notification. We can control this piece by creating a rule in our email box that sends these to a seperate folder. BUT, what we are finding is that students are emailing us directly and not the deparment (which has been cc'd).  I read there is a way to supress notifications a web form creator received, but haven't found where in the set up. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help. We have created an interactive PDF in Indesign that is sent out to clients so that they can choose the options they need and then sign the document. We have text boxes within the PDF so that the client can paste URLs to show us the exact product they want (see example pages below and attached PDF).  For some reason however, when the signed PDF is returned, the hyperlinks to these URLs are not live.Does anyone know of a way to make/keep them live when a document has been signed OR is it NOT possible because the document is locked once signed?Thank you in advance.

Is it possible to sign a bulk of different agreements at once with one signing process?

When using the tutorial for mega sign online, it indicated to select the mega sign option from the Adobe Sign Menu. However, my Adobe Sign menu does not show this open. I am using Adobe Enterprise through a school district. Has this option been moved?

Help! I note PDF's will be encrypted/locked and cannot be OCR-ed in Adobe Sign. Is there another way available to OCR pdfs that have been signed with Adobe sign, rather than to scan and OCR the docs?   

Hi All, we have 4 processes where we want to send the client the signed document by link.The link would be send from Salesforce in a Salesforce email template. The process was setup a few years ago, I can see that the link is being created - but the feedback is that the client cannot access the link. Most processes are like a repair on a house snagging, the agent makes the notes and on the spot let's the client sign. They value the message in the Salesforce email templates, so communication should be done through the email templates.Any idea how I can troubleshoot here?

Six versions of student financial aid web forms are filled out and signed by up to 5 people. The names of the fields were automatically named as User field 1, User field 2 and and so on but were later renamed to better indicate their content, after some of the forms were already in process. These forms have up to 75 fields. The data from the forms needs to be exported to feed another system. The problem is that some data fields have the original field names and others the newer names. When they are exported each version of the name goes into a separate column and everything is sorted alphabetically. In addition, the data entered by each participant goes in a different line in the data file. Needless to say, it is tough to determine what columns make up the data from one form.  The agreementId value identifies a form, but up to 5 lines share that same value and have data in different columns. Can all the data be re-exported with the current field names to obtain consistent columns?

I have created the siging URL and embedded in iframe. How can I hide the header/footer and just show the document to sign?

Hi,I have a Sharepoint List/form that people fill in for leave applications.It creates a Word document in Sharepoint Document Library folder and kicks off an Adobe Sign flow sending the Word document for 3 signatures, saving the completed PDF into a Sharepoint folder, notifying the payroll staff.Took a while but I got there. Very happy with the result and possibilities.... One school I manage wants two people to be approvers - but only need one approval (can be either - not both). I can only see the 'both' option (i.e. order them 1,2. If I order them 1,1 I get an error saying 'No Hybrid'.Wondering if there is a way to have boolean either/or Approvers?Probably not.  

Need to complete an Adobe Sign Document for job.  Using iOS Apple tablet.  How do I complete, save and send?  Need help ASAP.

When I send a document to a recipient for signature, I would like the person to see a prominent "Sign here" label on the side of the document in the browser.  I realize there is a navigate function in the menu bar on top of the document, but visual guide (like a yellow "sign here" sticker) is a metaphor that most people are accustomed to and will be looking for. Is there a way to do that in Adobe Sign?  We have the Adobe Sign capability that is included with Acrobat Pro DC for Teams.

I have changed my account email address but now cannot access my account at all. An error message states "Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support" A previous post says a problem gets created when a change of email is to one that has been in your system before, which is the case for me also, but the fix was done through a private message, so I do not know what to do!

Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to this PDF world.. I run a fitness business, and want to send clients forms to complete & sign before they start their training with us and then send them back to us?Is this possible? If so, how do I go about doing this? Many thanks  Mike
