Hi there, Hi @AnandSri I fill out my Acrobat pro DC document and sign it. After I sign, the document must be read-only. Now I want to send it to my customer that he has to sign the read-only document. I set the option in my signature field as follows: Read-only except the customer's signature field. After sending, however, the customer can change all fields. Why? can you help me.Marc

Using Adobe forms requiring a signature. It is our intent to use an original template that requires a signature.- needs to be used on multiple devices such as desk top computers, laptop computers, iPads and cellular phones (how do we do this);- needs multiple Users to have privileges to fill it out and invoiceProblems:- when we attempt to use the form, the creator/owner shows up on upper right corner (is it possible the author didn't allow privileges)- the form can be filled out in it's original state until we attempt to use signature and invoice it (grays out and acts uneditable)Thank for feedback, cannot get human assistance so far.LAM22
When we send out a document for signature, both we and the signer receive an email notification upon signing. This email has the signed document as an attachment. Since these documents contain information that should not be sent via unencrypted email, can I disable the email attachment and instead only send notification that the documents have been signed? Sorry, just found the same question posted 2 years ago! [Title renamed by the moderator]
All, How do I use field tags in Adobe Sign to (i) require multiple signatures from the same individual on the same document, and (ii) automatically fill-in a separate date for each signature. To be clear, I want to force the signer to click on each signature field, so that I can be sure he/she is signing deliberately. I'd also prefer to have a separate automatic date associated with each signature -- in case he/she signs over several days. The default mode for Adobe Sign doesn't seem to permit the above. It seems like all signature fields that are associated with a single email address in the same document automatically get assigned a common signature, once the user has filled in the first one. I'd like to overcome that default mode. Thoughts? Thanks, Dave
Is there a way to send out a request for signature to users in a CSV file, where each user signs off on a different attachment that they are agreeing to? User A signs document, agreeing to attachment A.User B signs document, agreeing to attachment B.User C... and on and on...
I want my e signature to show my details, e.g. business name, time of signature etc but when I "fill and sign" none of that appears. Any clues?

When you electronically sign a document with Adobe Sign, it applies password security to the document even though it is not password protected. Is it possible to do that without applying password security? It creates issues with validation in eCTD systems.
We have used Adobe E-sign before and pay for the montly pro subscription. Trying to send a lease document to be signed by tenants, and I continuously get the error message "Could Not Send. Unsupported file "File Name" Select another file and try again." I have tried with other files, to include the file that we last had signed by our tenants, and still receive this error. The document is a secured PDF, but security settings allow for signature and opening without a password. Please advise.

Hi, I just wanted to highlight that I visited the Adobe Sign forum. I've found well over 35 neglected inquiries from Adobe customers and Adobe Sign users altogether ( I am almost sure there's more than that which probably date back earlier than December 2019). I was wondering if there are any corageous ACPs, MVPs, and Adobe staff available fro other groups to come and help get in the fight to help these users. Thank you.
How can I create a template of form fields that's not tied to one document? So that I can upload any document, and with a click, select the template to overlay the pre-arranged set of form fields on that document. Thanks, Lane

Hello, We recently created a 'new' Adobe sign/document cloud account VS 'upgrading' our old 'echosign' account for internal reasons. My question is now, how do we take all our historical documents from our old account and Migrate them to our new DocumentCloud account? Is there a bulk download or service we can use to complete this task? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

How/Where is an AdobeSign document stored once sent through email for signature? Is there any way a party other than the intended receipient would have access to reading the content of that document? Since it is sent through email, does the document stay within the email system and thus could anyone with access to the email system (IT, etc.) open the email to see the contents? Thank you!
