How do I add an image for my user's (my employees) signature in my account?
I have signed a document, and after signing I am asked if I want to save a local copy. I said 'no', but now I need to get the document I signed. Is it saved somewhere else? If I do not save a local copy is the document deleted?
I'm really new to Adobe and i'm struggling a little. I just got my first contract signed by a client through Adobe and i'm trying to download it to my computer for safekeeping but the option is greyed out. I tried to download it as a PDF and it won't let me do that either. When I checked the security on the file it said its security was password security. I didn't set a password and now I can't change it even though I am the author. I could get the contract signed again while double checking the security level but I don't want to put my client through that if I don't have to. Any advice before I contact support or get the contract signed again?
I just updated my Macbook Pro today (Ventura 13.5.2) and now I'm having issues with my e-signature on my Acrobat Pro. When I enter the email of the person I want to send it to and click on "Specify Where to Sign," it just takes me to the document and does not allow me to identify the areas. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, any solutions?

I send invoices in bulk and I am now unable to move the template field with my mouse but also I am unable to copy different elements of the template and move them to the next page for mulitple sign off. I havent had this issue before with Adobe and I've been using it for nearly 3 years.

I have been trying to get all the signatures for a form, we are only missing one signature. The person isn't receiving the emails from Adobe asking them to sign the document, is there any way that I can get a link from my document that I can send directly to them from my email (which she does get).

Hey! Is there a way to add another email for signature request or reminder after we prepare the documents. Referring to when those sections are usually greyed out after clicking next. Is there a way to go back without restarting the entire document over again? Thanks,
With the new update it seems to have taken the drag and drop option away if wanting to send mutliple documents for signing from different folders, is there a way to bring this back?Also when multiple documents are now sent for signing and they are completed you are not able to download the individual documents, it merges them altogether as a 'binder' which is not practical or helpful! Is there a way to change this or tell me how I can download them individually again?
Hello, I am experiencing an issue to send document for signature with Adobe Acrobat. I have a "file upload filed" error, and I dont udnerstand where the problem might be. It says that cannot be established a connection to the server. I hattached a screenshot of the message Which option should I check to verify this? Hi Team,Once we generated signing URL & will remain open for 30 min or 1 hour in browser , we are getting below error messages on screen , is there any way to increase the session time to avoid such error messages or any backend setting for disable this session timeout feature ? The forms that I'm adding are long and at times tedious. It would be tremendously helpful if, when in the authoring section, you could "undo" something - like deleting a field or changing a participant. It would also be extremely helpful to have a "Save and Close" button. There are times when I need to come back to a document later and if I click off an open doc and go back to it, all of the tags are gone. I feel like there should at least be an auto-save feature. And while I'm thinking about it, it would be great if I could go back to the send page from the authoring page - sometimes I forget stuff and without this ability, I have to start the process all over.Unless I'm missing something, but I can't seem to find out how to make any of the above work.
I would like to be able to upload multiple files for signature at one time without having Adobe Sign compile them into a single PDF. All the documents are the same layout and the signature fields will be in the same location. It would save a lot of time to be able to bulk upload the files, while keeping them as separate documents, instead of having to do it individually. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am using web forms for our employee new hire packets. I have created a summary page at the very end that is automatically filled with data that was entered earlier in the web form. I used the "Clone Field" function to populate the fields in this page. Is there a way that I can have the UI skip this page and all its fields when the signer is completing the form? Currently, they have to click thru all those fields in order to reach the final Submit button. Thanks in advance!
HelloI am creating format templates for Adobe Sign with form fields to be calculated.Here I have 2 big challenges:- How can I test the form WITHOUT having to send it as agreements?- Formatting numerical values for currencies: I need 2 decimal places, even if the 2nd decimal place is a zero.In the preview this is shown to me, but in the sent document this 2nd decimal place is suppressed.Does anyone have a suggestion for a solution?Thank youCate
Can I add recepients to sing once sended to others?
I want to have the transaction ID printed on every page of a document that has been signed with Adobe Sign. This is for connect each page with the Audit Report, when I print a paper version of the signed documnet for distributing this to legal authorities. Is this possible?
