Why are the people in the CC field gets a notification even if the letter is still out for signature or approval, I though they will only receive the copy of the letter when all parties have already signed and/or approved?
I'm looking to make a report that tells me if anyone answered "no" to any questions on a specific form. How would I go about doing this? For reference, I am using the Adobe Sign for Business Free Trial

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my eSignature requests from Adobe Sign, as my recipients receive the email in Spanish. When I go to settings, everything is set on English: What else could I check to identify how to remedy this issue?Thank you.
Hello Experts,We want to add a Signer Group in a WEB FORM such that any member of the group can sign the document and it gets completed. As I see, I can add multiple signer as Counter Signers but as I am unable to find a group setting here. Can anyone guide me how to acheive that. Regards,Hanif
Here is where I could use some help...I want a signer to have the option to enter an "other" deposit amount On the form, they can select (via a radio button group) 100% or 50% of the total amount as the figures are auto populated. There is a 3rd option in which the customer can enter a manual amount which should be between the 50 and 100% amountt. Currently, with no validation - the signer sometimes enters an amount less than the 50% - which needs to be prevented. Can someone assist on what that validation would look like?
I just created a web form on my computer. I am now testing the form. On iPhone, I cannot fill out the form because the "Submit" menu pops up in front of the form and covers the top half of the form. If I click Cancel, the "Submit" menu closes and I can see the whole form. Then, when I tap on a form field to begin filling it out, the "Submit" menu immediately reappears. While the "Submit" menu is open, I can fill out the lower half of the form, but cannot view or access the upper form because it is obstructed by the "Submit" menu. I sent it to my colleague and she has the same issue on her older model iPhone. We are a nonprofit school. We need to be able to send this out to our adult students and have no issues like this. Is there a way to turn off the pop-up "Submit" menu? Or is there any other work around?
I have Adobe E Sign.I need to create my e-signature so I can sign documents. But can not get the program to work. Trying to sign for Crowdgig 1099.
We have an adobe sign account and linked with my salesforce application to allow user to electronically sign document. Application is working fine if adobe account user login to salesforce(admin user) click on the sign document button, he receive a document URL and able to see document to sign it. But, if any non adobe account user login to salesforce (admin user), click on sign document button, he is not able to access document URL, he also should be able to access the document url to sign it. could you please help us on this. Is there API reference to get the signing URL. We would like to implement a functionality where specific salesforce profile user can access the adobe generated document to sign it.Appreciate your urgent help on this,
Is there anyway to set your mobile app notifications to receive a notification when a document has been signed? The only notifications I recieve is when I have a document to sign.
Hello, my name is Peter.I utilize Adobe Sign on a daily basis, and we include very detailed messages and long email addresses when we are sending out a document for signature. One of the main difficulties my team and I have is that there is no way to go back to the "Add signers" page from the "Specify where to fill and sign".The reasons you might need to return to the "Add signers page": A) if you choose the wrong document, B) select the incorrect email, C) put emails out of order or D) remember you typed a number or word wrong in the message.If this feature can be added, it would save much time and frustration for users of Adobe sign, and would probably prevent them from returning to more convenient platforms for collecting signatures. If you want businesses to stay in the Adobe ecosystem it is imperative that you create an easy to use interface.Thank you!

Hi, When sending out a document for e-signatures and then having it completed via the recipient, I am finding that the document sent then also includes an audit trail which is something we would like to remove and just allow the document to be sent. Are you able to tell us how to remove this feature please. Thanks
When in Prepare form, either in DC or Adobe Sign, add the ability to select multiple fields and edit the properties to make them the same i.e. in AS select a rand of fields and make them all prefill, sender, etc. .
can I create a workflow or is there a way to send a template to a person and when that person signs it, automatically send the same person another template to the same person's email for them to sign it as well?
Hello,I would like to confirm two fields have the same data in them. I've a dropdown list with months listed January through December. I would like the user to confirm the month in another dropdown that has an identical list and if possible, provide a warning if they do not match. Is there an out of the box way accomplish this?If not, what else might be done to check this? Thank you
New error started appearing on flows that worked ok 2 weeks ago: Draft state validation error. One or more errors has occurred. Signer identity verification method not allowed by account settings. Any ideas? not change for a year on our WF.

Some agreements of an employee could not be executed successfully and are stuck in sync permanently ("Signed agreements are synchronized...(3)).The sync of these agreements can also no longer be deleted.When clicking on the affected agreements the following error message appears:This transaction was not successful due to a server error. The request could not be completed. Invalid Value provided in x-signing-token-header The colleague is using AdobeSign on the iPad. Unfortunately, we do not know what to do now. We have a multi-signer\reviewer workflow that we use with templates we have created from standard home-buying contacts. The salespeople execute the workflow and fill out the appropriate contracts for the homes we are selling. The contracts are standard and using them as templates is perfect. What is not standard is we have several documents that we export from our home building software that are unique so it would not be effective to use a template, nor is helpful to copy and paste the information over to an existing template. We want all the signers and reviewers that are part of the existing workflow to review and sign these documents as well, but not sure of how we can include them without being a template during workflow execution. It would be acceptable if they were not part of the original workflow with the contracts, we ultimately want to avoid the salesperson having to add all the people to sign manually which is error-prone. I am trying to create an agreement template and when I go to preview it I get the same error message regarding refreshing access token: invalid request/: invalid refresh token. Has anyone else dealt with this same issue and can give me some direction on how I can fix it?
How can create one document template with signature field and other input fields with using radio button with condition and save that same template for future use so that in one click I can reuse the same template to get signed from another person. Or is there any other way to automate the entire form in one click.
