So I created this images using text to image AI and added a property realease fully completed with all my information but it keeps getting rejected.. I tried contacting adobe support and they make me wait for 1h to get transfered but it nevers happens and after 1h waiting they close the chat without saying anything.  I have read all the FAQ the Guides and everything and can't really find a solution to my problem..  I would really apreciate if somone could help me.Thanks in advance! This is the message i get: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image.During our review, we found that it contains elements that require the correct submission of a written model release and/or property release. Hi, 2 of my images uploaded in Adobe Stock has been refused for the reasons:1 - similarity issue2 - quality issueThe two images are a seamless pattern of carbon fiber (image 1) and the relative Normal map for creating Bump (image 2)I don't understand the reason couse i have uploaded only another seamless texture but is a terracotta tiles floor, completely different from carbon fiber texture. For the Normal Map (image 2) i can't understand refuse reason: the image have not quality issue couse is been generated from the diffuse texture (image 1) and must be used only to create a bump in the texture in 3D software, Infact the Normal map of the terracotta tiles has been accepted...Anyone can help me?

How long actual does the review take? I have submitted many illustrations for over 14 days. It always said "Thank you for your submission, your files will be reviewed by the moderation team within the next few days." But haven;t receive any response. May I please ask if anyone knows what's wrong?

Hi everyone,  I uploaded a photo of a pigeon below and it was rejected due to a quality issues.  Honestly, I don't know what the problem is as it has a sufficiently high resolution, sharp, low noise (ISO 800), subject is in focus and I think it is bright enough (maybe will try to boost it up a bit more).  What do you think? 

Yesterday, I got a message while I login to my adobe stock contributor account. I have attached a screenshot of an email from adobe stock. I understand that but any experts can you tell me how to get my account back? by this time payment pending is going on also. Would I get my payment? Please let me know. 

Once I upload a new photograph my keyboards plus some wrong keywords are appearing. How do I correct this to show only my keywords?

Hello,I submitted original and completely different images from all the ones in my account for approval. I was informed that they were rejected because "SIMILAR IMAGES ALREADY SUBMITTED". I don't have anything similar, so I don't agree with this assessment. For example, 576369876, 576369782, 576369638, 576369490, 576369261.Could you please clarify?Is there any opportunity to be reevaluated? Thank you very much in advance for your attention

Hallo zusammen, zunächst muss ich sagen, dass ich es schade finde, dass ein Bild abgelehnt wird und man als Fotograf nicht mehr dazu Stellung beziehen kann. Mir wurde ein Bild abgelehnt mit dem Hinweis auf Artefakte. Ich kann dazu mitteilen, dass dieses besagte Bild keinerlei Filter hat. Ich habe es unverändert hochgeladen. Woran kann es dann noch liegen, dass man glaubt, dass ein so sattes Bild ja nicht echt sein kann? Ich finde es auch etwas schade, dass man sich in keiner Weise kreativ darstellen kann, indem man ein Bild etwas verändert, um es als fertiges Foto verkaufen zu können. Es mag doch durchaus Kunden geben, die kein Interesse daran haben, die Bilder erstmal selbst mühevoll zu bearbeiten, wenn sie doch schon fertige Bilder kaufen können (Fokus, Schärfe/Unschärfe, Farbsättigung) die Fähigkeit als Fotograf wird beim ”Hochladenden” dadurch etwas unterdrückt. Ich habe wohl zweimal das selbe Bild hochgeladen. Mit und ohne Filter. Beide wurden wegen Artefakten abgelehnt. Ich bitte

Hey, first time user here. I've been experiementing with MidJourney after getting a subscription, and thought about generating some nice backgrounds, etc.. too add on here. I uploaded this picture. I also checked for artefacts and so on, but got the error. Maybe it was over-edited or grainy, but I'm not sure.

Hello, I tried uploadiong the following vector illustration to Adobe Stock, but received a notice saying it had not been accepted due to it being a "non-compliance vector". Can someone please tell me the possible reason(s) why?

Can someone please advise why this does not meet the quality standards? It was posted in a Nikon magazine with no quality issue so struggling to understand why it's declined for future ref.
