Questions

Rather often, as in 43 images in a ratio of 43:27 rejection:approval rating of images, often I understand the quality is lacking or some artificats exist. I get that.However, sometimes I do not get it at all.I edit most of my images as I shoot in raw, but I still try to make it look natrual.Some images that is accepted has arguably worse quality, than some images that gets rejected.For example;But, not to dwell. I understand that some images has to heavy vignette or is a bit too much edited or saturated for stock. But this these ones I do not understand at all what was the quality issue here.Does anyone have any clue? So I can improve and learn what it would possibly be.(Images has been attached as files).Sincerely /Alex

J'ai soumis depuis quelques nouvelles photos, qui ont été traitées. J'avais contacté le support Adobe Stock par mail il y a 6 mois, qui m'avait expliqué que c'était normal et qu'il fallait que je sois patient... mais force est de constater que c'est bloqué ! Or d'après ce que j'ai pu lire dans certains posts ici, ce type de blocage arrive et il faut l'intervention du support Adobe Stock pour le résoudre, d'où mon message... Merci donc par avance pour votre aide 🙂 

Hi,Just created a few videos with AI, and I thought it produced a good AI video, but it was rejected for quality issues. I deliberately controlled the depth of field in the prompt to give the front girl attentionI upscaled the video as I have not found one that does native 4KI compared to Premiere Pro video 'extend video' option to see what Adobe produces, but was not impressed by their AI engine quality. I have also include a link to the full resolution video here:Halloween Time Video  So any help would be appreciated from other contributors who submit AI video (including video generation suggestions for 4K) Regards,Brett  

I wonder if anyone can help me. I've had a handful of photos rejected for Adobe Stock photos, but Adobe only gives generic "sorry it doesn't meet quality standards", and gives no other explanation(s). I also had a few rejected because they said they're "missing the generative AI flag", and gave the explanation, "During our review, we found that it is likely to be generated by AI and not labelled as such. We can't accept your image into our collection without the label declaring it is a generative AI image." However, the photos of mine that they've rejected because of that reason are my own, real photographs, not generated by AI. So they've totally mislabled my photos and dismissed them as AI, which is frustrating.How do I submit something to Adobe for them to reconsider all my photos, and look at them for real, instead of just being so generic in their rejection of photos?

Hello Experts,I had an Adobe Contributor account with an Email id. But for some reason, I deleted it a long time ago. If I now create a new account using the same email ID and again give the same required information, will my account be accepted?

Hello everyone, Me and my mother are both have contributor account on Adobe. We have separate accounts but we haven't separate devices, some tiome we used same diveces and some time different  devices. So, is there any chance of this having a negative impact on our accounts, or are we safe? Please if possible tell me details.

Hello, My payout date is 02 June 2025. And today is 13 June . I have a pending payment for adobe stock andnot receive any e-mail from adobe or paypal for this payout. what the reason?

 Could someone please guide me on why this picture was rejected and how I can improve my future posts?

I recently had this ICM image rejected and I'm pretty sure it is because it shows blurred landscape (as the sun rises.) I personally think this makes good wall art but perhaps I am dreadfully mistaken. There are lots of ICM out there and I believe this is an OK image. Perhaps someone could comment so I can temper images as demand requires

All the terms seem to be completed:Over 45 days since my first saleNo pending payoutsExceeded the $25 minimum earningsDespite this, the payout just isn't going through – either the option is grayed out or fails after processing. Hello Adobe Stock Experts, I am facing an issue where many of my approved images are not appearing in the Adobe Stock search results. Even when I use the exact title or upload the image to the "image search option," my files do not show up that you can see in attached images. This issue affects multiple images across my portfolio of over 2,200 assets, which I’ve been building consistently for the past 5 months. I always follow proper keywording (40–48 keywords) and titles that are not too long or short, but despite this, visibility is very low, which directly impacts my sales. Could you please guide me on why this is happening and suggest the best way to resolve this issue?

Suppose I generate AI images with a pose taken from one of my original photographs, using ControlNet, such as depth or Canny. Do I need a model release, as the created image does not resemble the original subject at all, just the pose or depth map? I would figure a release is needed when using an input image with a very low denoise value (< 0.25). With higher than 0.25 and guidance above 4.0 the final result no longer resembles the original person, so I figure I do not need a release.  I looked at the info on the Contributors site, but it is very generic regarding model releases with AI.  I have older photos where I really like the poses and styling, but Adobe does not accept the old model releases, so I was hoping to give them a new AI lease on life. Any guidance would be appreciated, as it seems to be impossible to contact Adobe anymore. The example below is the resultant imageThe Depth map The original image (this one is model released)
