I created the image of a book with a viking face on it (first image). I prompted inside the image to video generator "The cover opens to a page in the middle of the book. The page is very ancient and appears weathered and discolored, the page inside the book that we wee is filled with text in the style of viking runes."I am using the image as the first frame of the video generation.     I have tried no less than 8 times and burned through 800 credits in this experiment and no matter how I prompt the book to simply open it always opens like a trifold birthday card. The only good thing is taht it ultimatly ends up looking like I want.Yes, I did try to use the end frame as the last frame of the video but it still opens the book as though it is a trifolded birthday card and not a book with just two covers.  Honestly, it seems like opening a book should be a simple enough promt. What can I possibly be missing?  any help would be appreciated

Hello every time i try to make a video with firefly luma it give me an error message " something went wrong" i tried many times.

At the beginning of September, I wanted to use Adobe Firefly for a few generations. However, I was informed that my credits had been used up and that I would have to wait until September 12 for them to be reset. I waited a few days, and then a few days later I was told that the limit would not be reset until the end of the month. I'm pretty sure that the date has simply changed and the system wants to force me to buy more credits. Besides, I haven't used the image generation feature that often and I hardly believe that I've reached the limit. Does anyone experiencing similar things?

Hello, Everytime I add a SFX to a video and I hit download the video saved without sound effects. Could you help please.Lenin

Le nouveau modéle  Firefly image 3 ne génère pas de jolies images comme le précédent, je trouve que les images sont incorrects, les visages et les illustrations ne répondent plus au prompt et au image de référence, déçue par Firefly Image 3 et pour le numéro 4, les images ne correspondent plus du tout au concept que je générais avec Firefly 2 et 3 les premières applications, pourquoi les avoir suprimés? les images étaient beaucoup plus artistiques...

As stated in the subject line, Firefly continues to return the error -"something went wrong. Please try again later".This happens regardless of the length of the prompt and always seems to happen after a couple of other prompts have already successfully generated images.

did not create the video described by the prompt. Also, text was gibberish on the Ipad being used.

Hi Adobe team,When I used Firefly with the “Ultra” option, I was charged credits but received three identical images instead of different variations. I just wanted to report this issue so you’re aware.Thanks!

For example, though I didn't ask for plants in my scene, there were lots of flowering plants in the generated art. I edited my prompt, saying "No foliage is visible." The next batch all had flowers nonetheless. Then I enabled the prompt enhancements. The "enhanced" prompt also made this clear: " The hills in the background add depth, while the lack of foliage keeps the scene open and expansive." And, still, the next 4 generated illustrations had flowers. What am I supposed to do? It seems stuck, and the more I try to steer it, the more subbornly it persists on giving me what I asked it NOT to. This happened before when it kept inserting a microphone into an illustration of Sojourner Truth. (Ha! There were none in her time!) I told it in every way possible not to include a mic. It did it again and again.

I used up my credits trying to get a video that was usable, a lot of the videos had either limbs missing or were just not what were needed and so were not downloaded.  Is there any way I can get more credits as I did not download the vast majority of the videos that were generated as they were not fit for purpose?

I have enhanced prompt turned on in Firefly. When I create a prompt and generate, does firefly automatically use the enhanced prompt, or do I need to do something before I generate.  I hope you understand. I'm struggling with using the correct words to explain how firefly works.   I have the prompt I created. I'm thinking firefly automatically replaces my prompt with the enhanced prompt, but not sure. Thanks for your help. 

using this perfect prompt firefly makes an horrorific video, the camera viewer goes to play vr too. I think that my credits goes to brush...Realistic scene of people wearing VR headsets playing tennis in their exact positions, without moving from their spots. They must respect physics and never pass through walls, columns, or ropes. The camera remains completely still at the same angle, with no camera movement. No extra people or objects appear, only the original ones in the image

Hi, I'm trying to generate VFX within live action clips. I'm using the image-to-video tool, uploading 5 seconds of real footage as a reference (I've tried both composition and camera, selecting a cinematic style).I've used both text and JSON prompts, but the results are always far from the target.I'm attaching the reference clip and just a few examples.Am I using the wrong type of request, function, or process?Thanks in advance!JN

When I'm trying to create a video using images it keeps adding an extra face to the image when it's not asked for so I'm losing a lot of credits. I would imagine when it's doing things that it's not supposed to do and each time I try and even if I write do not add a face over the black circle it keeps adding the face

  I'm not sure how to report this really, discussion would be great. I'm really tired of this platform making me feel like a deviant for saying words like "body" or "undergarment" or "woman" in generative text tools. Since when is "woman" a bad word? I mean in artistic terms not our current sociopolitical landscape which is perhaps what is influencing Adobe...a devastation if true and also a good way to lose a huge customer base of creatives who need their words!! Seriously is there a secret language to use to actually derive benefit from what I'm PAYING for!? Because this is getting stupid. I can't get images to generate without setting off 15 alarms. Firefly is wasting my time and money with its overzealous word policing. WTF??
