Questions

Hello, there is a problem occurring when I'm trying to make a subscription, the program says there is a problem with my credit card, and it has the same problem when I'm entering another credentials. Could you please help solve the problem?

When I first subscribed to Adobe last month, it was specifically for my business, which requires commercial-style videos. However, after creating just one or two videos, my monthly credits ran out—even though I was subscribed. Since then, I haven’t been able to use the service and have been stuck waiting without knowing how to get more credits. This means I lost an entire month of creating professional videos, right after I signed up and got started.

Ho to animate an industrial drawing so that it look like it starts drawing from a single point outward that possibly has a 3d camera move? Ideally just by uploading an image to an ai service like the attached.

You cut me off after not generating the video I asked for. Therefore I will not be signing up:

I asked Firefly to make me words (like ideas) floating up in a translucent background, it gave me nonsense words instead of the words I typed in.

Hello everyone. I'm a new Adobe Firefly user. First, let me tell you what happened to me.A few months ago, I purchased Adobe Firefly from a seller on "S" marketplace. Before purchasing, I asked the seller about the product. The seller said the service duration was for 1 month which automatically stops after 1 month, get 7000 credits + 4000 bonus credits that would expire if not used. After my purchase, the seller gave me an Adobe Firefly account and email. He also told me to visit https://firefly.adobe.com to start using it. I tried it, and Firefly worked fine. I used it although not every day and stopped using it before 30 days due to taking care of my family.A few months later when I checked my account again, I was surprised because there were 11000 credits that shouldn't have been in my account. Then I looked for information in my account and found two "Annual plan, paid monthly" statuses for Adobe Firefly Pro and Creative Cloud Pro even though I never purchased those annual plans. At

Hello Everybody, I'm worrying about my generative credits, I had 1000 Credits after an annual plan since 2 months ago, now they're 900/1000 and it's not reseting or renewing since my annual subscription. So when should it renew or reset to 1000 Credits again? I'm just worrying if it never resets forever.

the "harsh light" setting makes very dark pictures

Hola comunidad! Muchas gracias! Kam

I would like larger previews of favorite images generated on Firefly. They are really too small, and it's difficult to choose the best one to use.Now I have to download them and then choose the best ones on my computer... which is very inconvenient and tedious.

Firefily will not create a vector image despite being asked to. The download contains the grey check background every time.

my credit not reset after payment solved.

Hello, I couldn't find the "Favourites" section in my Firefly account, so I logged out and than logged in back, but instead of logging in woth my regular account I logged in with my google emial (the same one that I used to log to the Adobe account regulally). I then generated a prompt and favourited it trying to reach my favourited pictures in this way. I only found that spesific picture in there. I, since then, logged out and relogged in properly with my old Adobe account (agian with the same email) - But I still don't see all of my favourited picture. Please help,Ido

Hi,I want to use the text to avatar into a conversation. For this i need to add a pause in the avatar's script so that it can act like he is listening/waiting. Do you have any idea of what to write inside the script so he can wait/pause for a longer moment?Thank you!

Firefly has a real hard time understanding 'flat white' - like not paper, not stucco.. WHITE FLAT ZERO NADA Does anybody have wording that works for this? I even tried white cyc, still failed.

I wanted to know some things about Adobe Firefly. 1. I want to take three subscriptions of Adobe Firefly (Standard, Pro, and Premium). I have given screenshots. 2. I don't see a personal option in Firefly. So how can I make my videos completely personal? 3. Can the images that can be created from Firefly be sold on Adobe Stock? 4. My other question is – my Adobe Firefly account is opened with one email, and my Adobe Stock account is opened with another email. Both accounts are opened in the names of both. Will there be any problem with this? It would be helpful if you could clarify a little. Thank you 🙏
