Hello,I subscribed to Adobe Firefly with the 2,000-credit plan and my payment has already been completed. However, the credits have not been added to my account yet.Could you please check and advise me on what I should do to resolve this issue?

Hello Adobe Support / Community,I want to describe a serious ongoing issue with my Adobe account and subscriptions.Over the last few months, my account has been repeatedly affected by Adobe’s “fraud prevention” checks. Several paid subscriptions were cancelled or blocked with the reason “Fraudulent Account” / “potential fraud”, even though the subscriptions were purchased officially through Adobe and paid for.This has happened more than once. Previously, my Firefly subscription was also cancelled due to a similar fraud-related issue, and Adobe later provided compensation/free usage as an apology. Now the same situation is happening again.Current issues:Paid Adobe services have been cancelled or restricted. Creative Cloud / Illustrator and other included services are not working properly. Partner models / Firefly-related services have also been unstable or unavailable. Support keeps saying the case must be escalated or investigated, but we have already waited multiple times with no clea

A have generated several pictures to day successful I upgraded and the last 3-4 images generate the little picture then die before big one comes and work is lost... I am on a tight deadline what is wrong I checked and it doesn’t appear I am out of space…  It either hangs, give me an error it can’t display it - but in either case the image appears lost

Strange hand appeared when generating an image

as I said. sound effects are so quiet they can’t be hear or are unsuable. 

I am a paid subscriber.  I was attempting to create a video with photographs and entered a detailed prompt.  The video generated and absolutely nothing changed in the video.  It did nothing with my prompts and took 400 credits from my account.  Kinda ripped me off!

Clicked on Reference Image to add a reference image for prompt. Selected image in pop up window. Pressed Generate to generate prompt entered in. Error message occurs, “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” Works fine when I remove the reference image. 

I had all of my prompts last night, 06/17/26 But 24 hours later, they are nowhere to be found. thank you

The generative AI for Veo 3.1 is overly restrictive when rendering female images. I used an image created by Gemini's Nano Banana 2 of a completely fully clothed, elegant female and explicitly instructed it to be demure as the breeze animated her hair while she stared ahead in contemplation. You need to relax the restrictions, or bleed subscribers and users to a less embarrassingly restrictive model.

I need to use Generative fill, when I upload an image, nothing happens. The image doesn’t upload...

Bonjour,Après avoir pris la période d’essai, ça a fonctionné correctement UNE journée. Depuis deux jours, je n'arrive plus à créer d'image. J'ai toujours le message "Un problème est survenu". C'est pas top pour une période d'essai ! Je suis déçu.

Does Adobe Firefly have audio to go along with video? In particular, the Veo 3.1  has audio with different platforms.

i bought credits just now but doesn't reflect on my creative cloud accound

When I generate an image from the home page and copy the prompt, everything works fine. But after selecting the “more” option to choose the resolution size, the page says nothing is found. When I use the “image-generate image” option, my long prompt only uses about 25% of the text, and the rest of it doesn’t show. I can’t write beyond that point. Only the home page copies the full prompt, but after using the “more” option, the other page doesn’t display it. What’s going on.

There is no indication of how many credits are going to be consumed in generate sound effects.
