firefly freeze in GPT -2 mid-level image generation, cant stop and can't make new image at least 1 hour

I had Taken free trial in which I got 4000 credits but i am not getting use my credits.please solve my issueThank You

it’s always showing error upon generation, no matter what model and content; im seeing there are reports that happens on other users

Fireflay doesn’t work. It asks to try again later again and again and again

Use a clear prompt.Push “generate”Get slop. Lose credits.

Everytime I try to generate a video, it says something went wrong, try again later

I have approximately 4,000 Firefly credits, but every image generation request fails within 1–2 seconds with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I've tested on Chrome, Safari, Incognito mode, and mobile, and the issue has persisted for two days. Please check my account and ensure my credits aren't lost while this issue is being resolved.

i cannot download any generations and it keeps saying no space available

I make edits to images and video and Firefly isn’t making the edits, but is charging generation credits.

Hey team,I know AI Assistant is in Beta, but I can’t see anywhere where the credits are being used or how many are being used and I’m doing a video on how to use the AI Assitant and I just receievd this notice: “The daily complimentary credits for the AI Assistant beta have run out — video generation is paused until they reset at midnight GMT. Your regular Creative Cloud plan credits are unaffected.”no option to extend, buy more etc. It’s a bit frustrating when filming for a campaign.

I have tried 3 different AI models and it appears that the AI is having trouble with generating the videos. I just want the credits back so I can find a proper use for them. Cannot access them from generation history. Screen left on “generating video” Help!

Estou tentando criar uma imagem, mas mostra o fundo todo preto, a imagem não carrega. Foi verificado internet ( Está tudo certo)Já sai da conta e entrei novamente e o problema continua.

In generating a sequence of images using Gemini 3.1, I start with a reference image and then edit using the previous image as a reference. For example, first generation is: “subject stands at a bus stop waiting for the bus.” The next iteration is done by editing the first as a reference, “subject looks at her watch”. The next generation is done by editing the previous as reference, “subject looks nervously down the road. The next generation is done by editing the previous as reference, and so on.  The image quality of each edit degrades compared with last. How do I work around this issue?

As soon as i want to upscale to 4K, then nothing works anymore,  i cannot push the generate button, it does not work! VERY Frustrating as it put my work behind, i want to cancel my subscription as it does not work and would rather get another program without issues!

I can't create content like I did yesterday when I bought credits. Did my money go to waste? What is this mess? I haven't been able to create a video for a day now. I'm a victim of this; please compensate me for my loss and provide me with GPT Image2 for free.I’ve had an Adobe membership for three months, and I also purchased a Kredii subscription. I’m a student and I work part-time, but I’m finding that I can’t use the service I purchased. For the past two days, I’ve been frequently getting the error message: “Unable to load this request. We cannot process this. Please correct the issue and try again.” My work has been disrupted. I’d like you to resolve this issue for me.Thank you.

Hello, the program hasn't been working correctly for two days. I can't do anything on the image creation page. I have to reopen the page multiple times. Also, even when the links start working, the images I created previously don't appear at the top.

See above.I have only a few credits each month. Is that normal? My friend has this problem not an can use firefly constantly.Kind regards

every time I try to generate something it says “can’t load”What’s the use of these credits if the [profanity redacted] thing doesn’t work anyway?

I have already explained the problem. The video made from a photo did not use the faces of the people in the phot making the output unusable
