Hello. I created a picture today and asked to add a caption to it in Hebrew, and the caption came out wrong (the order of the letters in Hebrew is incorrect)!

Ik heb gisteren een maandelijkse abbonement gekocht voor Firefly, maar deze zegt dat mijn credits nu al op zijn. Dit klopt niet. Hoe kun je me verder helpen zodat ik weer met Firefly kan werken. Zie bijlage voor bewijs van aankoop

Previously when you clicked on a video in a Firefly Board, at the top there would be an option to upscale, at least that’s what the behavior was a couple of days ago. That option is no longer there, can anyone please advise where I might find it now?

Hello,I have a Creative Cloud Pro subscription with limited credits for the Firefly app, and each time it returns errors at least 2-3 times, but however my credits are getting consumed, which I do not believe it is normal. This evening for example I received errors 3 times in a short period of time. Please do something to solve the issues Firefly has and return credits to users when the system returns an error.Thank you!Elena

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am writing to report a billing issue I encountered while using the image generation feature.I submitted the following prompt:“6. Diplomatic Quarter / Embassy Row — Tree-lined district of grand embassy compounds, varied international architectural styles, flags along wide boulevards, guarded entrances, manicured gardens, low-rise but prestigious buildings, peaceful residential atmosphere, aerial perspective, near proximity to government district but quieter, realistic lighting and urban scale.”The prompt was processed twice, costing 40 credits each time (80 credits total). However, only one image was successfully generated. This means I was charged for a failed generation attempt as well.If this continues, I will effectively lose credits without receiving the corresponding output. Hi!I’m doing some due diligence on a project, that includes Firefly generations (vectors). While I generated most of the outputs using the Generative option with Illustrator, some were done as “text to vector” prompts on the web version of Firefly.I want to ensure all outputs have been made using the commercially safe Firefly models - and not any 3rd party ones.I’ve tracked most down (the ones created within Illustrator) - though I see the web version of Firefly does not seem to keep text-to-vector within the Generation History.So a 2 part question:How can I see a record of text-to-vector generations within the web version? Is it possible to show the model used for an image that was brought into Illustrator from a web-based Firefly output - by using the spark icon that recognises it as being generative? (per attached).Many thanks in advance!

 Firefly is taking my credits, but failing to generate the image. This has happened multiple times - just now three times in a row.

The advert for Firefly says unlimited outputs until 16 March but this isn't happening

I followed the easy instructions and uploaded 4 images as reference, gave a prompt - which did describe one of the photos I submitted pretty well, and that’s the result I got back, with no changes at all based on the other 3 images provided. 

Es una vergüenza el retraso en la generación de las imagenes, la mala calidad que tienen respecto ala version de prueba que usé y que algunas se generen en png y otras en jpg. Que coño pasa?

Preset window in boards is cut off, does not scroll. this prevents the user from accessing the full preset library, and only shows the first six presets. This behavior shows up in Chrome and Safari on Mac OSX 26.3. Behavior persists after signing in and out of account and on new boards.  

I usually get my money credits for Firefly renewed but this month it did not happen. Can anyone from Adobe assist me on whats happening? 

Moin,ich versuche Mal wieder ein Video aus einem Bild zu geneieren. Leider passiert wie oben beschrieben nichts, abgesehen davon, dass meine Credits abgebucht werden. Nach ca. einer halben Stund bricht Firefly ab und ich bin wieder am Ausgangspunkt. Ohne Video, aber 150 Credits ärmer.Pika 2.2, 720p, Quadratisch, 5 Sekunden. Mac OS 26.2, Safari, Mac Mini M4

Firefly image 4 can not create composition (a few products together) with a shadows on the right sideon every image I can get only shadows on the left
