Firefly (current web version as of 12/6/2025)Windows 11Firefox and Chrome When using text to image in firefly,if you use a composition image or an image for styles,and then you remove the image,it continues to use the image. Expected: If no compositon image is in the prompt then no composition image should be used. Actual: Firefly thinks we're still using the ref image for composition and styles. I suspect you're having trouble with this bug. Here is a repro that may help you figure it out. Do the same sort of thing for styles to see it there: 1. Select the ref image shown in the screenshot as the composition image2. Using the prompt "a woman captured in a contemplative pose" and run it3. Unselect the composition image in the prompt4. Notice it's still selected in the gallery5. Run the prompt again6. Notice it's still using the composition image even though it's not part of the prompt7. Unselect the composition image in the gallery8. Run the prompt again9. Noti

Hi, I purchased additional credits to generate 4K Ray videos. I only ran two generations successfully. A third attempt returned "Unavailable" and no video was generated, yet the credits were still deducted.My remaining credits balance is now incorrect, and I was charged for attempts that failed due to API/platform unavailability — not because of anything on my side.Could you please review my account and restore the credits for the failed/unavailable generations?I did not receive any output, so the deduction should not apply.Thank you.

Hi there, I've used the "Generate Vectors" feature in Illustrator to create a series of illustrations (that I've modified afterwards) that I want to use on a client's packaging and on promotional t-shirts (ie commercial use). Is this use allowed? Are there any restrictions to be aware of? Thanks in advance!

Gemini 2.5 (w/ Nano Banana) Running on web, Firefox Browser I requested a "Christmas Snowflake". I got a snowflake with 8 segments. Everyone knows a snowflake is six-sided. I rewrote the prompt, asking for a "Christmas snowlfake with 6 arms". I got a 5-sided snowflake. I tried again and actually got a 6-sided snowflake. 

$20 for only 20 clips PER MONTH??That's it?

I don't know if I'm just missing it, but currently there don't seem to currently be any options to just buy additional credit packs for Firefly image/video ....only whole subscriptions? I already have an all Adobe apps subscription that comes with 4000 credits and don't want to have to do another additional Firefly subscription as I won't need extra credits every month, but on occasion during certain projects I may need additional credits for generating images or videos with partner models. If there really is no way to currently make one time purchases for additional credit packs without requiring another subscription I think that would be a very important feature to add as I am sure I am not the only one who wants this!

Unfortunately, I'm unable to get have a simple image animated and come to life.I highly suggest/recommend that you provide a similar service like alivemovement.com Seems like this would be a no-brainer. I've used Adoobe products since early 2000s and I think you guys are way behind the curve in AI integration and execution although you owned the creative community for years. Good luck.

Hi folks, I spend a lot of time building in Minecraft and lately I’ve been playing around with Adobe Firefly just for inspiration. I’m not a pro artist or anything — mostly just someone who likes planning builds and imagining new biomes or structures before jumping into the game. I actually shared a similar thought over on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenAI/comments/1k8fs4t/anyone_using_adobe_firefly/ and wanted to continue the discussion here. I’m wondering if anyone here has actually managed to use Firefly in a way that still feels Minecraft-like. Every time I try, it looks cool but drifts away from that chunky, blocky vibe that makes Minecraft what it is. If you’ve figured out a good workflow, or if you’ve decided it’s not really worth it for Minecraft ideas, I’d genuinely love to hear your experience. Just looking to learn from real use, not hype. Thanks in advance!

I literally can't generate anything with my unlimited firefly video account. I am NOT trying to use other platforms. It tells me to wait but I've been waiting for too long to make any sense.

Bonjour,Existe-il la possibilité en plus de mettre une image de début et une image de fin d'intégrer une image autre pour la génération de vidéo ?Mon problème, j'ai une cannette, j'aimerais que celle-ci fasse une rotation/révolution pour afficher le dos. Le problème, il faudrait que je puisse donner les autres face du produit pour que l'ia puisse les reporduire et ne pas inventer le dos de ma canette.Je vous remercie pour vos retours ou idées

I can't seem to get beyond the Get Started button for generating sound effects. Clicking it does nothing. Tried in three different browsers (MacOS). All the other genrative features seem to work fine in FireFly.Anyone have the same issue and found a solution?
