I have a problem with my credits generating images. Last month, I didn't use up my credits and the page froze. When this month's credits were replenished, my credits automatically decreased.Sorry if this text is mistranslated, I used Google Translate to type the text.

I have an Adobe for Enterprise account, and I've been using Firefly Video. Last week I hit 0/3000 credits but my account says "When credits run out, you can continue to generate content at no additional cost for a limited time." and it kept going.Alas, today it seems I have hit an invisible ceiling of sorts.My credits won't reset until May 1st, does anyone know if this invisible limit is temporary or will I have to wait until May 1st? Or will it maybe (hopefully) reset my "you can keep going" tomorrow? I keep promoting Adobe Firefly because I like it, but I already have the Pro sub, it's costing 50 bucks pm and I have nearly used all my credits. I'm pretty good at this game, and I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP PROMOTING ADOBE FIREFLY.   However, the credits are so expensive that I just cannot afford them. Can Adobe support me? I post at least 2 AI posts daily from X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Tik Tok and I tag Adobe each time plus I use #adobefirefly I have good following, especilly on X as a micro-influencer. Find my work on X @<removed-kglad> (formerly Twitter).    I feel like I've fed so much data and feedback to firefly and its finally working like it should so I just want to continue but it's not affordable at all so unless I can get some credits within CPP scheme I'm gonna have to use and promote other software. Not letting me generate the image. 

For some reason, my Adobe account can no longer create videos on Firefly. It asks me to send a request to an admin, as shown in the attached image. I have already sent the request but still cannot proceed. Is this an error, or do I need to take additional steps or actions to continue using Firefly?

How do I add a picture to edit 

I have a short piece of music, 3 1/2 minutes, to which I would like to add stills generated with Firefly. These would need to be timed to fit with the changes in the music. I confess I am a rank beginner with Firefly. Instructions would need to be pretty sequential. I am using a Windows system is that makes a difference. 

Below is my prompt, which largely worked at ChatGPT, but I wanted to try Firefly since I've been an Adobe Photoshop user for many years.  I'm hoping that the terrible results are due to a difference in the rules of prompting for Firefly.  I'm seeking advice. Hello,I'm having issues with Firefly generating images( black and white sketeches) to video. It gets about 1/2 way and then stops and says We can't process this prompt because the reference imagedoesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload anotherimage and try again." Can anyone at least tell me why and if I can't do this what program will?

I've been creating images with Firefly for two months now, but unlike the first time, the quality of the images I've created has deteriorated too much recently. Why?

When I open Firefly, I don't see any window that shows me previous images I have generated. In other programs, it just shows you all others you have generated at the bottom of the screen. I don't see any tab or anything, so where would they be ?  As I understand it, every single image you create using text, is unique, so even if you use the exact same sentence of input words, the program will never give you those exact same results.  If my images are gone, then Adobe, please have a tab for your previously generated images.  Thank you.
