Questions

after multiple attempts, it is now 2:41 AM in Chile and I am still unable to generate videos using any of the available options. Even the paid features are not working.I then tried a completely different scenario: a woman walking through a wheat field. However, the platform flagged the image as violating guidelines. The character is wearing modest medieval clothing, with no visible skin or inappropriate elements. This raises concerns about the accuracy and consistency of the content moderation system, as the prompt and visuals are clearly within acceptable boundaries.I would appreciate clarification on why this content is being flagged, and a resolution to the issue with video generation not functioning as expected.

Generate/edit an image. Result image shows for a split second. Doesn’t show up in history or anything. Not even a refresh makes it appear. It will, however, be available in your generated images gallery (a separate page). This is extremely frustrating and has been happening for a solid week.

I used Nano Banana 2 to create image from text using Firefly, sometimes it shows this and says image creation fail , and i gotta try again. But the credit is not refund back to me….Using Nano Banana for 2K photo consumes 40 credits…….At least refund the credit or deduct credit after image is created please.

several times asking for less confetti and it keeps sending the same, 120 credits later

i just need to know how i can make longer videos based on teh subscription i purchased where it stated i could make 40 second videos, thanks

Every partner video model is erroring out.

I am trying to use Generative AI to make something, but more than half of my prompts are rejected for unknown reasons. The linked User Guidelines list several banned topics (see below), but my prompts don't have anything to do with them. For context, I am adding a background to the image attached. It's not a controversial image, it's just a picture of the actor Mark Proksch. Is there something I am missing or is this an issue for others as well?P.S. I am unable to even paste the full text of the User Guidelines into my post because Adobe won't permit me to write the "offensive" words in my post.Rejected Prompts1. Prison bars2. Asked Firefly to generate an image for context. The image provided was a png (4KB, 179x148 pixels). The system messaged that the image was too small. I removed the image from the prompt but the error continued. The error ‘Image too small. Please upload an image greater than 170x170 px in size.’ continued even after the image was removed.

text to vector partner models are not working!

Creating the visual takes a very long time.

I added a 16:9 image in 4K resolution and gave specific prompt to generate video using Veo 3.1 in Firefly only to produce an error. Still used 400 credits with no result.

Hey everyone. I’m on a CC Pro plan with 4,000 Firefly credits per month. Adobe’s running a promotion with “unlimited generations on select models”. I’m grateful for the promotion, but I’m still having credits deducted from my balance when using those models covered by the promo. How do I fix that?

it says it can’t load

I have been trying to generate videos using Kling 3.0. I currently have a premium plan, but ironically I cannot use it because the system does not even consume credits. In just one day of use, these have been the most recurrent issues:Images cannot be uploaded. Files cannot be downloaded to my computer. This is not a device issue—I am using a Mac and I am an experienced user. Paid video assets cannot be uploaded into Kling 3.0. Video generation fails because the system flags content as “violating user guidelines,” even though I am only using prompts with fully clothed adult characters and neutral scenarios.Frankly, I did not expect this level of malfunction from a paid service.I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt resolution.

Veo broken in Adobe. Hopeless.

can’t use "harmonize" in photoshop. photoshop says I'm out of credits. but i see i have lot of credits [personal information removed by moderator]
