my adobe firefly account have some dowload troubles. ı can not download anything (photo and video), please help me about this feature. I can not working on my project. My download button is not working.

En Texto a Imagen: Desde hace un tiempo sólo me genera casi la misma imágen cada vez que cambio detalles en el prompt. Ahora además todo el tiempo me aparece ese texto: Que no se puede mostrar la imagen generada. La verdad así no puedo trabajar. Alguna idea de cómo puedo solucionarlo?  Gracias!

Dear Support Team, I purchased the Adobe Firefly subscription through the app, and the payment has already been deducted from my account. However, despite successful payment, the subscription is still not activated on my account. I am facing the following issues: 1. The amount has been deducted from my bank/UPI/Google Play. 2. The app still shows “Buy Subscription” instead of “Active”. 3. I tried restarting the app, clearing cache, logging out and logging in again, but the subscription is still not working. 4. firefly refuses every command

when i start generate videos from images, the firefly generate a video with a strange sources not related to the original image source completely, i make sure from my prompt, that waste my credits

how to make videos last longer than 5 seconds in Firefly. 5 seconds is too short to get a good idea across 

This is my prompt:“enhance this picture, keep it as close to the original as possible but make it more realistic with lights”Answer is:Prompt declinedOne or more words may not meet User Guidelines. Try changing your prompt. What the heck am I paying for??? Can’t hate Adobe enough. [abuse removed by moderator]

Right now firefly will use up your credits whether or not it produces a result. seems kind of unfair to me.

TYPE D’ABONNEMENTJe paie 11,08 €/mois TVA incluse avec 2 000 crédits génératifs par mois, mais je n'ai pu réaliser que six vidéos. On me demande maintenant de souscrire un autre abonnement ! Pourquoi ? En principe, je devrais pouvoir créer jusqu'à 20 vidéos de 5 secondes, non ? Ce n'est clairement pas le cas. Merci de bien vouloir rectifier la situation.

I am reporting a bug where Adobe Firefly is consuming my generative credits but failing to generate or display any images. Each time I click generate, the system indicates it "Uses 40 credits," and my balance has now decreased to 1730 out of 2000, yet no images are produced.  

really bad outcome on image to vids, please refund my credits and help with any guidance on how to actually get good image to vids from prompts.

depuis quelques jours on peut grace à l’abonnement 4000 cédits avoir un quota de credits illimités pour tous les modeles d’images . je me demandais si c’etait valable aussi pour les modeles de videos

It's consuming credits incorrectly.I'm filing a complaint - I've consumed a lot of credits while editing an image. Firefly doesn't execute the commands entered in the prompt, doesn't take my prompts into account, and keeps generating the same image despite changing the prompts. This consumes the credits I purchased. Please respond and contact me regarding this matter.

Credits suddenly set to zero

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos   English: (added by moderator)  Currently have a Creative Cloud plan, which includes Firefly.
