Firefly não concluio o video solicitado, mas consumiu créditos 

I can’t seem to use Firefly effectively. The videos it creates are very clumsy and unusable. I’m surprised that so many other AI video creation tools produce cleaner, more polished results. Adobe should be the best, but that hasn’t been my experience so far.

I've been using Firefly video creation for the first time, I'm getting the error "Something went wrong - Please try again later" which I did several times and then realised all my credits have been taken even though nothing was generated. Can I get these credits back?

Two things: First, I had an audio problem with the attached error. Would not play in Windows or Adobe Premiere Pro. Second, can you add a music volume slider so that when I download the video and generate music, I can choose the volume level before download?

How do I edit an existing packaging image that was rendered in Adobe Dimension to have the same style as the photo of the actual product. I can only see how to give style and composition image references to a newly generated image not a pre-exisiting image that I upload. Help!

Hallo, die Headline "KI gestützter kreativ Space", klingt irgendwie holprig. KI gestützt...muss man uns Kunden und Kreative stützen? Sind wir denn verletzt oder können es nicht mehr ohne? Wäre so was wie "Deine KI Power" oder so was nicht motivierender? Einfach mal darüber nachdenken. Immerhin wissen doch wir Kunden, dass FireFly KI nutzt. Beste Grüße und nicht persönlich oder böse verstehen. 😉

I provided parameters for video, first one was great but not quite there so updated text a bit and it was better but moved away form the robot graphic provided. So, updated text and it provided almost the exact same thing. 1200 credits for something that should really have been 400 credits. Love it when it works but frustrating when it does not. Definitely should not be changed credits when there are no changes or not as requested. 

Hola, he estado usando la generación de video que consume 80 créditos, y al menos cada vez me toca volver a hacerlo por que dice que no puede cargar, pero me descuentan los créditos, he perdido un total de 240 créditos, que quiero recuperar.

After generating the images in FireFly there is no upscale option. So you can only download the images in low resolution, which makes them completely useless.

It throws an error and doesn’t generate the video, but it deducts my credits and doesn’t refund them.

Hi, Is there a way to take a limited set of still images of a product (in this case, a shoe) and make it viewable from all angles using mouse interaction, specifically using Firefly? The still images I have are from the following angles: front, back, both sides, top, and bottom.  I’m aware that a full 360° view is traditionally created using hundreds of images and then processed through platforms such as Sirv.  However, I’m exploring whether Firefly (or AI more generally) can map these key angles and generate a realistic 3D model without requiring hundreds of source images. I’m hoping AI can infer the intermediate angles and create a high-quality 3D result.  I’ve tested some websites that attempt this, but the rendering quality has been poor, particularly in terms of textures and material realism. I’ve attached the still images for reference. Any advice, guidance, or recommended workflows would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The Adobe Firefly program spent 360 credits but did not produce content and said there was an error. This used my credit in vain. This said try again and spent credit again. It needs to be reloaded and it needs to be improved. And It takes too long,how many minutes should it be? I've been waiting for twenty minutes.Also,it says already logged in again. Why is there a constant synchronization problem!

I am using an image that I've generated previously and that I want to continue using. I requested that Firefly places that image in front of a microphone and has it dancing as a test. Without being propted that image is enhanced in ways not requested and the view is now side on rather than face forward, again this wasnt requested. I seem to be going through my credits getting pieces of video that are useless to me because firefly has taken upon itself to adjust the image and the view neither of which has been stipulated in the description and at ther same time not really carrying out the specifics of my request stipulated in the text. I have worked with Adobe premiere and firefly along with Kapwing in the past to get these initial images and make a piece of video that was useable. I'm no expert I'm a hobbyist and this is for my own amusement but when I'm paying for sotware and asking for specific things to happen to an image and that's not happening but a the same time unrequested chan

Hi everyone,I’ve been using the Adobe Firefly web application quite often, and I’m experiencing serious performance issues.The app feels very slow and heavy overall — page loading, image generation, and even basic UI interactions are often unresponsive. This makes it difficult to work efficiently.I’m using a stable internet connection and a relatively recent computer, so this doesn’t seem to be a local hardware or network issue.I really like Firefly and its features, which is why this is a bit frustrating. I was wondering if others are experiencing similar issues, or if there are any recommended settings or workarounds to improve performance.Hopefully performance optimization can be prioritized in future updates.Thanks in advance for any insights!

Quiero reportar que he tratado de generar alguna imagen y no ha funcionado ninguna,hice compra de 760 creditos y he desperdiciado 50 aprox,aclaro que ultimamente cuando genero alguna imagen manda error (intentar mas tarde) todo bien el detalle es que me sigue quitando creditos sin generar nada y eso es robo.Me robaron 30 aprox por error de generacion de imagen cosa que no es mi problema no deberian quitar creditos si no genero nada.

The title says it all. Mediocre AI, clunky software, and corporate greed disguised as “innovation.” Meanwhile, I could get the same or better elsewhere for two hundred bucks at most. The recent credit hike for AI tools just proves it: Adobe isn’t interested in serving users, they are only interested in squeezing every cent. Their AI tools are trash, their own development is lagging, and they monetize third party tools aggressively because they can’t actually produce quality themselves. I’ve been a year long subscriber, but that ends now. If Adobe doesn’t revert this insane pricing, I’m moving my workflows elsewhere. There’s no monopoly anymore - anything they do can be done elsewhere, often cheaper and better. Goodbye, Adobe. You’ve officially pushed a loyal customer too far.
