Firefly is unable to spell anything correctly, not something I would pay $ for

Hi there, I wnated to use firefly, but when I want to generate a image or a video I get the next message;  please contact your administrator for help, I have a SURFspot Operational Console account. Anyone know how to solve this problem. I have ai-credits. So why don't the work..? 

For the last two days everytime I try to generate images it says the servers are down. Is this issue being looked into already?   

This "error" is not good enough since you charge us A LOT each month. My works are negatively effected.Not cool Adobe.

Lately in Firefly photo uspcale to 4k with Topaz works very poorly. Is it just for me?

Hi. I've tried creating images on both Safari and Brave but neither browser shows the options for styles and viewpoints. Last year I had no problem accessing this, it's just disappeared - it used to show on the left panel. I have a premium subscription and am using a mac with the latest iOs. Any advice much appreciated, thank you 🙂 

Bonjour, Il y a un probleme technique. Votre application n'arrive pas a creer une photo. Il y a marqué probleme survenu. Pourtant il m'enleve a chaque essai 10 credits ! Et deja pourquoi 10 credits pour une photo ?  Ca commence bien avec l'essai gratuit!Pouvez vous reparer cela. et recuperer ces credits . Merci

This is a problem that makes zero sense. Adobe decided file names with a period is an unacceptable preset? I have 200 files that a client supplied that I'm trying to batch edit - anyone know a work around? And please don't say "manually edit 200 file names then upload them"......(screaming)

Hi, I had a failed Firefly generation that deducted credits even though no output was produced. The failure happened on within the last 7 days, and it deducted about 400 credits. Please review the job in my generation history and restore the credits that were incorrectly deducted. This was a failed generation with no usable output. Thank you.

The number of credits being used for video creation are not showing in the bottom right. This info is key in determining which product I use (eg Veo 3.1, Ray3, etc), length of video and frame resolution. Without it, the use of the product is fully compromised -- unusable. Is this a bug, or? Your kind help appreciated. 

I wrote a very specific, very detailed, step-by-step (instructional design-style) prompt. The video generated did not provide what I needed. I rewrote the prompt to be even more specific. The regenerated video was even more weird and appears to have a second human spontaneously generate out of the first human so my video ends with two people where there should have only been one. Of course the system is charging me for each weird rendering. I would appreciate help, and a refund.

Hi guys,So I am trying to generate a logo (with mixed results ! Due to my first time trying and )My issue is the AI. is making basic spelling mistakes, which is frustrating because I am still having to use points to generate the thing and also, it seems to mess up on the ones I actually could use! 

I understand that there are guidelines, and I respect them, but some of the restrictions feel a little too restrictive. I am trying to make a funny video that starts off with a lady lying in a hospital bed, and people are gathered. It starts off serious, but then the lady sneezes, and then people laugh. She sneezes again, and people laugh again. Then puppet animals are randomy at the door, and they start laughing. Now I understand that hospital settings can be sensitive, but I guess the way I look at it is that creative writing and movies can involve sensitive themes, so it doesn't make sense to me why there are more restrictions with AI. So something that I request is a way to accommodate less restrictions, depending on the audience that the content is shared with.

I did the $9.99 purchase then paid the $19.99 upgrade. I was able to do 8 more vidseos? Maybe 10??? And ran out of credits .Not much of an upgrade. LTX Studios gives you way more credits. And you can get way more done. FYI 

die konkreten Forderungen erfüllt werden. Falls die KI Doppelmoral o.ä. hinterlegt ist, sollte darauf hingewiesen werden und dann dürfen auch keine Kosten/Credits o.a. Berechnungen erfolgen. Mit der KI müssen menschliche Freiheiten möglich sein, denn Gewalt u.ä. Darstellungen sind doch auch möglich?

cuando estoy grabando el sonido para el tiempo en firefly, el programa baja el volumen de la grabación abruptamente y eso lleva a que me genere un sonido defectuoso

Je tente de créer des videos et votre programme refuse de présenter un couple qui s'embrasse. Rien de d'éplacé, rien d'indécent. Simplement un couple qui exprime son amour envers l'un et l'autre. Votre programme juge que c'est du contenu inapproprié. C'est ridicule. Je vou remercie de votre attention. Bonne journée.Karoline

I made multiple attempts to generate a video using 3 reference images with Veo 3.1, but firefly wouldn't work, stating something went wrong. Previous video generations were generated successfully using the same settings, 1080p, 16x9, 8 seconds with audio.

I used 3 images to get a rendering of an 8 second video with no audio.  I've tried mutliple accounts and many times of over an hour processing time and didn't get a single render.  It used to render within minutes.  Planned on allowing it to try overnight.  Please help

I just noticed that I am using credits to make changes to an image. However AI hasn't changed the image as suggested. I keep seeing the same image. Thats is hardly fair to charge me credit for no changes. How many credits do I get? As a premium user, do I  have a limited amount?
