je viens de générer deux vidéos avec 1000 crédits et les deux ont buger et ne s'affiche pas mais j'ai quand même été débiter...

Não consegui gerar o único vídeo que pedi, pois veio sem áudio, tentei refazer por três vezes que foi o suficiente para consumir todos os meus créditos sem conseguir um só vídeo utily, motivo pelo qual quero cancelar minha inscrição. Sequer permite reclamação.

All my credits are gone and all I did was prompt in firefly and no download. 

What happened to unlimited generative Firefly credits until December 1, 2025? I have a Creative Cloud plan and was told by Adobe that I had unlimited generatice credits in Firefly until December 1, 2025. After using 2,000 credits Firefly has stopped working until I buy credits. What happened to unlimited? When I tried support chat, and agent gave me a phone number. Judging from the menu options I went through, it appeared to be the correct phone number. After reaching support for Firefly, I was told I would be connected to an agent in less than 1 minute. Music played for 2 seconds, and then it was total silence. No one ever answered. How can I get Adobe to fulfill the promise of unlimited generative credits in Firefly until December 1?

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie to firefly and still learning. Does anyone know how to change the setting of generating 4 pics instead of 1. Generating one picture is limiting my options of selection. anyhelp will be appreciated.  

When a "hero in a mask" face is created facing straight ahead, I can't imagine it at a sideways angle very well:there is something vague about the cheekbone region. Maybe you could have a test of an AI generated image to see if it has enough cheekbone detail?   Thanks, Mike

I am facing a recurring issue in Firefly while generating videos from account "█████████████" The application is not detecting or using the image added in the frame, even after providing clear and repeated instructions. Because of this technical problem, multiple credits were consumed without producing the intended output.   Since the credits were wasted due to an application error and not user misuse, I kindly request you to look into this issue and refund the credits that were deducted during these failed attempts.   Please guide me on how to avoid this problem in the future as well.   Thank you for your support and understanding.
