私が撮影した画像をphotoshop , gemini で加工し、それを動画にしようとしたところで「照画像​がユーザーガイドラインを​満​たしていないため、​この​プロンプト​を​処理​できません。​別​の​画像​を​アップロード​して​再試行​してください。」と断られました。 特にレギュレーションに抵触するものとは思えません。何が問題か教えてください。

Hello! Adobe Firefly's content credentials indicate that the video I created is "100% AI generated", which it is not since I created/provided the image (photograph) in which to create the video. How can this be changed? To perhaps...50%? Or?? 

Hi, I have a prepaid yearly 2000 credits/month Firefly plan. I ran out of 2000 credits this month and wanted to top-up by buying additional credits only for this month. Is there a way to do it?

Hi everyone, I'm writing to report a pretty serious issue I'm encountering with Adobe Firefly, and I'd like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience. I've generated numerous images using Firefly over the past hours/days. Unfortunately, I've noticed that the generated images are not being saved in my "Generation History" within the "Files" section of my account. I've checked thoroughly, and there's no trace of these creations. The most critical problem is that, even though the images aren't visible or retrievable, my Firefly credits have been consistently deducted for every single generation. This means I'm losing credits for a service that isn't retaining my work. I've already tried: Checking the "Files" section multiple times. Refreshing the page and restarting my browser. Accessing Firefly from a different browser. None of these actions have resolved the issue. This is a significant bug because it undermines trust in the use of credits and the preservation of work. Creating a Logo in the video generation of FireFly. Word used in the Logo has appeared fine in other videos however now FireFly always replaces an 'a' with a 'z' and wasting 400 credits everytime trying to get it to correct itself by changing the prompt text... but no joy 😞 . I dont want to attach files as its a TM Logo.

Every command I enter generates incorrectly. It adds a camera image to most graphics, even though the command didn't mention anything related to photography. Materials for composition or style aren't taken into account during generation. It was much better just 2-3 days ago!

Used quite some time ago, manual brushing and then filling in with AI, cant find in the new UI anymore, impossible to do small patches with just text prompts. Am I blind or was it removed? Any known alternative?

Consistency and ease of use is an issue, made a better video on a cheap phone app, tried to bring it in as reference and asked to change the background from a wheat field to a rice field, it couldnt. It shouls also be able to maintain text fed in from the reference if requested.simple upres should also be a feature. Also there has to be a way to charge for the year without having to keep buying credits.

J'ai consulté plusieurs forum mais trés peu de solutions sur ce problème.J'ai réalisé toutes les mises a jours possibles sur mac mini M1 et i pad pro 2022,j'ai essayé sur les navigateurs safari, chrome, firefox,j'ai un abonnement pro sur adobe créative cloud, Rien n'y fait ! toujours le même message qui apparait à l'écran et ce depuis une 10zaine de jours....Même problématique pour consulter des boards dans la gallerie adobe, un message apparait me disant que le clonage des fichiers est impossible et me renvoie à la page d'accueil. Quelles sont les solutions svp ????

Hi,I have a Christmas image that I would like to convert into a video to make the lights twinkle. When I go into Image to Video, there is no place to upload the image. Am I doing something incorrectly, or I read somewhere that Image to Video might still be in Beta?  Is there a way in Firefly to make an Image to Video or do I need to look elsewhere?Thanks,Ed

Im not happy at all Kling, Runway etc doesnt make me think 10 times what king of prompt write or image upload. You guys need to level up you game before you lose all you clients.
