Questions

First of all, I've attempted to make several videos, and I have not been able to use even a single one of them. In my last few attempts to create an image, I noticed that whenever I said "Do not add additional objects or backgrounds to the image" it would do the exact opposite. It is as though it read "Do add." After trying several times, I decided to give up and start with a new image. I noticed that the window in which I put the starting image and prompt still showed my previous attempts, and I do not see any way to delete them. So when I uploaded  my new image, and added a prompt, it acted as though I were working on the same project, adding the wrong instructions from before to the current image. How do I reset the window so I am starting fresh, and it has forgotten the previous projects?

Hello,How can I simplify the amount of shadows and highlights on a photo portrait so I can create a simplified version of the picture? (AKA a flat portrait) I have attached the desired effect below.

Hello,  I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this question, but here goes...I'm really enjoying using Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana) in Photoshop Beta, but I noticed it said that it will no longer be available toward the end of October.   What does this mean for users who want to  continue using it.  Will it then be availabe in the main Photoshop program?Thanks for any insight! 

Is there a way to selected and delete a group of images from Firefly library?

I'm wasting credits asking Firelfy to add 3 peopel to the background of an image and it adds 1. Over and over.  I ask the people to be added to the left and they appear on the right.  Worst AI I've used yet,

I'm using Firefly and I'm generating a picture based on this text:"ice cream melting, white ice cream". Then I'm applying an effect and camera angle. See my screenshot: Then I want to apply my reference to composition. Here is an image of my composition:So I expect after that to get the "Menu" text in an ice cream texture. But actually nothing happens. I still get the same result which is incorrect. Any help how can I make it work?

i tried to generate a text to avatar and it deducted points off my allotment but did not give me a video. How do i get a refund of my 23 credits? 

I want the logo (see attachement) in the shape of a silver foil balloon. My prompt is "Make a silver foil Balloon from this logo, with no background"- but the result is not what i have in mind.... What am i doing wrong?  🙂  thanks a lot! Eva

Does anyone know why Firefly for past few days is generating the same images? After I generate 1st 4, then it will generate all the exactly the same ones. Even tho after any adjustments I am adding in into description. Any ide? Or suggestion what to do, or if it have some history log to be cleaned, or smoething?

good morningmy admin close the actual adobe account and create a new one, same login credential for me but new company profile.i notice that in adobe firefly (new company profile) i cant find the boards and artwork created with the old company profile, even if same login credential (email and pw). runaround ?

A pesar de contar con el plan standard que incluye relleno regenerativo ilimitado, de un momento a otro empieza a aparecer el mensaje "Se ha producido un error y no hemos podido generar ninguna imagen. Vuelva a intentarlo." Busque posibles problemas y soluciones, borre la cache, cookies, y reinicie mi computadora. Al reiniciarla firefly vuelve a utilizar y me permite usar el relleno regenerativo un par de veces para que luego vuelva a suceder el mismo problema... Esto empezo a ocurrir con unos prompts extensos (que ya me habian funcionado anteriormente) e incluso usando prompts de dos palabras sigue ocurriendo.

El día de hoy generé un video en Adobe Firefly, el primero marcó error a la hora de generarse y me descontó 1250 créditos y al volverlo intentar me volvió a cobrar 1250 créditos. ¿Qué puedo hacer para el reestablecimiento de esos 1250 créditos?

When using Firefly its very annoying that you cant change the "subject" after working on an idea... asking for a style or subject makes the AI to stick to it, and even if you change the subject or want to try e different approach, it maintains opened the "Session" and wont let go the first idea or style.There should be a way to make "projects" so we can change the prompt and get a completely different result, or "re-open" a project to keep working on it in a different day or even month later (like in my case today).And if that exist... well, you really need to hire a new user interface designer...

As I understand it, you need to become an Enterprise client to access the Firefly API. Does anyone know where you can sign up to become an Enterprise client to get access to the API?

There seems to be a bug with exporting artboards in Firefly Boards as PDFs. Once downloaded and opened in Acrobat the layout of the PDF is completely scrambled compared to the artboard. But it retains the layouts just fine when exporting as PNGs or JPEGs.

This happens often enough that I'm going to post my latest example. Prompt: "Create a few icons that represent the concept "delegate." And (besides for them being a terrible "icons") almost all of the ones with people in them are white men in ties.  Here are my five results of the same prompt – counting individually 64 men in ties (with only maybe 3 of them generic enough that they could be considered non-white) and only 3 women.  And sure – I can add further prompts saying specifically that I want to see women or people of color – but why is the DEFAULT to be white men? Adobe – I think you can do better.

Dear Adobe Team I want to report some bugs with the text to video function and the settings. When i generated a tree with roots, the first I tried with a Zoom In, Which worked well. After some thinking I wanted to try the Zoom Out. Still the video it generated it zoomed in. Basically doing everything I didn't want, because I already had it. Next I tried the Pan Up. And after the generating the video it panned down. Again not doing what it should do. Can you please try to fix this in your engine or page or the generator. That it does, what it should do. Please have a look yourself in my files. Thank you in advance
