I'm curious to know why none of my fellow coworkers are aware of these tasks and exercises. Others have moved forward in their career with the Omni brand team. im hopeful but uncertain if this is a constructive path to success. Any suggestions, insights?

Hi everyone, I would like to give my learners the ability to share their badges on LinkedIn. In the Adobe documentation, it looks like the only way to do this is to create an account in Credly. Has anyone found another option? I would really like learners to be able to share badges in some other streamlined way, which does not involve a third-party account. Thanks in advance,Jennifer

HiI am the admin of the Adobe accountI can still access the Business area / Admin Hub but I appear to be locked out of the Adobe Learning Manager Area. When I try to log in I get the following message; An error occurred while processing IMSRedirect request /loginpost, Your user's account is inactive please contact your admin to get the user enabled. Your user STATE is DELETED I was trying to log in as a learner as some of my employees keep reporting issues with mobile devices on training modules. I was investigating this claim when I was locked out.Please don't suggest going to Adobe support I was directed here from there.

Within our Adobe Learning Manager, learners are added to our account through our HRIS system and SSO access.When setting up an Onboarding Learning Plan, I initially set access to occur when a new learner is added.However, this approach is not ideal because employees are added to the group from the HRIS before their actual start date. This triggers the automatic assignment of the Learning Plan to the new employee, starting the countdown for course deadlines prematurely and sending reminders to both the employee and their manager before the actual start date.I have considered adjusting the trigger event for the learning plan to "Learner gets added to a group," but I am unable to create a group based on hire dates since it will vary for every employee.What are the options available to set up new employees for an Onboarding Learning Plan based on their hire date, which will vary from employee to employee?

I have a bit of a complicated situation. Original (old) account for user was under email 1. New account was made with same user but under email 2. User accessed ALM from the welcome email via email 2, but the computer auto-filled the Adobe ID using email 1, and the user hit go and signed in using that. This allowed the user to access the course originally, but then when they logged out, and tried to log back in, the system auto-sends them to the old account associated with email 1, where the course is NOT. Is there any way for the user to be able to get back in to the new account with email 2 or do I need to enroll them in the course on the old email (which would force them to redo the parts of the course already done in email 2)? Or, is there any way for me to change the Adobe ID in the new account so they can access it?

Hello Everyone, I haven't recieved my credly badge . I have recieved my certificate url link a week ago but no credly badge. Please Guide. 

I am trying to learn but adobe won't let me lol. I can not get any of the GenStudio videos here to play: https://cpcontents.adobe.com/public/newlearner/newlearner_a21243a7.html?i_qp_user_id=26920064&accountId=128595#/newLearnerExperienceGoes to black screen, like it's going to play, but it just has the loading icon spinning. Nothing actually plays. Tried this with multiple ones (videos) and on different machines/screens...still nothing.Any advice?

One of my staff are trying to log into MDE using Adobe.  They have an active Adobe account, but they keep getting an error. "An error occured while processing IMSRedirect request/loginpost, your user's account is inactive please contact your admin to get the user enabled.  Your user STATE is Deleted. " Like I said, she is not deleted.  We've also deleted the cache and we tried incognito, but the error keeps occurring.  Any thoughts?

I'm enrolled in acourse which is retired. The course says explicitly to not take that course, and instead take another one  which i have completed.   How do I clear the overdue one?

Application is not working on my phone

When I go to create a new Learning Path, in Adobe Learning Manager, the courses I'd like to select for the path are not there. Is there a setting that I'm missing in courses, that disables their use in a learning path? I've tried both catalogs we have, and the courses still don't show up as able to be chosen for a Learning Path. 

It would be nice if content had a Language label that the catalog could filter by.

How can i link my AdobeID to my PrimeAccount? The cache is not the problem.. tried with several browsers, but not working.thanks for help.kind regards
