I have been using Adobe Podcast for a little while now but recently ran into the upload failed issue. A podcast I recorded is refusing to upload files and the instructions on this page https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/podcast/adobe-podcast-faq.html have not helped. I have kept the tab open both computers involved in the recording but we cant seem to get it to trigger the upload. All we get is this messageWould love to be able to get the local files saved in Cache if only I knew where it was.

Hi, I tried to Enhance one hour of audio file, but the process happened for 10 mins only and so the downlaoded file. Is there a fix? Thanks. 

Hi everyone, a VERY frustrated school teacher here, my class are all ready and set up to record their podcasts (where they interview a famous person), we also have premium access. When the interviewer asks a question it records perfectly, however when the interviewee tries to answer it adds to the original already recorded transcript and just extends the first part of the speech? It doesn't give a new speaker - new line?  Hope someone can help? 

fuccck helll there is no option for subminting a request and .. hell disappearing original video after downloading wav audio from adobe podcast my 3 days of hardwork lost .. it happens with me a few months ago too.

Ive been using Adobe Podcast for a while now, but just in the lat half of the year, it seems like AP is allowing less and less files to be uploaded. It wont let me upload anything but MP3s, and half the time I cant even do that. I have not run out of uploads for the day but no matter how many times I try to insert an mp3 (not a long one either), it says enhanced failed. Im getting really tired of seeing this every day and would like adobe to fix this issue. 

I have uploaded an audiofile with two speakers in it (interview) and everything gets transcribed well, only that it only shows everything as said by one person. Can I edit this or is there another software for this use case?Thanks for looking into this,Daniel

We just recorded an hour long session with 3 very costly lawyers as guests on a podcast episode. Once we stopped recording and went to look at the transcription we saw that that somehow the audio streams have been shifted and the transcription shows various speakers speaking on top of each other. Unfortunately, so does the audio...is there a way to isolate each channel and correctly re-align the recordings and then transcribe again? I'm not sure we can get everyone back on in time for a complete redo. This is the most ridiculous glitch I've seen yet on this platform...

Hi. It seems laughter is being almost entirely muted. Background noise improvement doesn't seem to help. How about having a slider for selecting places where you do NOT enhance? I.e. click the audio/video at a certain point, drag and release -> automatically leave this part unenhanced.

I don't see the buttons to invite remote collaborators to my podcast projects. I am a premium user. What can I do to fix this? 

When I upload an audio file, it only says "Uploading." My internet is working fine, and I've rebooted my device, but the problem persists. What should I do for my project?

I have a paid account and my downloads yesterday and today are between 9-15 kb/s. On a gigabit fiber connection. With or without VPN same speeds. Different browsers too. What gives? Im waiting an hour to download a 6 minute audio clip. 

You all aren't ready for prime time. You keep focusing on new, admittedly impressive bells and whistles -- WHILE NEGLECTING BASICS.  Just now, after covering a US Senate vote, I went to save a breaking news interview from today, Dec. 9th, yet Adobe had Dec. 10th as default for today.  If you think that's a small mistake, I'll never use a single product of yours again (or recomend them in my lectures; rather I will go to war with you in my op-eds...): Facts matter, especially in this era where journalists don't (at least the "MSM"...).  Small things matter. Hello There, I'm trying the platform and I'd like to record an interview, I've sent the link to my guest but he is unable to access without register to the platform, that's not very helpful as they might not have any interest in joining Adobe, is there a way to have access to the recording tool without registration?

Good afternoon,I've been using Adobe Podcast for awhile but I'm new to the Transcripts side of things. While the transcript is displayed in the webbrowser with paragraph breaks, when I export to Word or PDF the result is the same as the TXT file - just one very long paragraph with no breaks. In fact, I fail to find ANY formatting in the Word or PDF exports, as they look exactly like the Text export.Are there any plans to add formatting to the Word and PDF exports so they live up to the description on the export page?Thanks,Shawn

Ive cleared cache and cookies. Used a diffrent brower. logged in and out.  I keep getting the same error message when trying to download my file. Its been 3 days. I logged a complaint with adobe and they closed it down regardless of no resolution. 

For final audio processed through Adobe Podcast, does the transcript matter to the final recording? Should I bother to edit sentences with periods and capital letters etc.? Does it make any difference in the final mastering/finishing? Finally, what is the best way via Adobe Podcast to insert a short (2-3 second) pause into audio conversations during editing. The equivalent of a space break or drop cap break in print. Thank you,Cynthia

I want to use Podcast Enhance v2 and have a subscription. Accordingly, I have two sliders.1. Voice2. BackgroundThe default setting is 90/10. 1. Question: If I set it to 0/100, will there be no change? 2. Question: What are good values if you record reasonably well at home with a Shure SM7B? It feels like it quickly becomes robotic. 3.  Question: Why is the maximum change for speech at 100% and for background at 0%? Isn't that a bit strange? I am grateful for any input. There are two sliders, but somehow it is never explained properly anywhere.
