Bonjour, j utilise Adobe Scan. J ai scanné un document de 78 pages, puis enregistré celui-ci. Mais je ne trouve ensuite le document nulle part. Ou puis-je le retrouver ? Erreur de l application ?

Have been using Adobe Scan almost weekly since May. No issues until today. It seems that all of my scans prior to this month are gone except for one scan from May, 2025, which is when I started using the app. Updated the app. No change. Logged on to the web browser and there are no other files. Could someone please help? Thanks!

Since the recent update, the ability to select multiple items in the adobe scan app on iphone ios has disappeared

Hi,I've encountered an issue with Adobe Scan and the Fill & Sign feature. After use Fill & Sign on a scanned PDF, I can no longer modify the file for example,can't add more pages, rearrange them, or combine it with another PDF. It seems the file becomes flattened or locked after signing, but l'd like to know if there's any way to add pages or make edits after using Fill & Sign, without having to start over from the original Scan.Is there any recommended workflow or setting that allows adding pages before or after Fill & Sign in Adobe Scan?Thank you for your help!

Pdf not sharing, showing up as a link

I recently scanned some files using Adobe Scan, but noticed that some of the pages were incorrectly oriented. I rotated all the pages so its all vertical before performing OCR in the app. However, when I open the files on my computer and try to select the text, the OCR'd text appears completely misaligned.For context:The text i the book is horizontal, but when I select it, the selection doesn't match the actual text positionI've attached two images and the file itself, one showing the selected text (highlighted in blue) and another showing the OCR results.Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a fix or setting I might be missing?Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, I have a company account with no access to Adobe Cloud storage so I cannot use Adobe Scan. Isn't it possible to use it without acs? thx 

I was trying for a freetrial in Adobe scan .but after that they deducted 890 rs from my account.even after that I didn't get any subscription.I want to know about how can I get my money back .

I’m having trouble with the Adobe Scan app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max — all my scans are coming out extremely blurry. The camera itself works perfectly fine in other apps, so it seems to be an issue specific to Adobe Scan. When I used the same app on my previous iPhone 12, the scans were always sharp and crystal clear. Has anyone else experienced this problem with the iPhone 15? Is there a fix or update that might solve it? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am trying to use Adobe Scan on my android phone to import a folder of photos of a document I took. However, when I select the images from the folder and import, they show up in a totally random order in Adobe Scan. Is there away to import images and keep the order, without adding one image at a time?Thanks!

HiI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your app. I recently used it to scan a 10-page document, and when I attempted to save it, I was forced to activate a 7-day trial that included an automatic payment enrollment. Given that I had already scanned my documents, I had no choice but to proceed with the trial. However, instead of initiating a 7-day trial, the app immediately deducted money from my account. I promptly canceled my subscription, but I have yet to receive a refund. I have taken the subscription of modifying texts, i.e., premium version of Adobe scan and while I was subscribing there was a message on screen from Adobe only that for 7 days I won't be charged anything if I cancel before 7 days. I cancelled my subscription within an hour only and still monthly subscription amount of 890/- had been deducted from my account. I request Adobe to refund my amount as I subscribed today only and cancelled within an hour of subscribing.If Adobe doesn't refunds my amount then it's a kind of dissatisfaction that no one would recommend to take a premium subscription. So I request Adobe to please take action ASAP and refund my amount back. 

Liebe community, ich hoffe, ihr könnt helfen: Bei eingescannten Dateien kommt es oft vor, dass einige Seiten nach dem Upload in die adobe cloud willkürlich im unteren Drittel abgeschnitten werden und nur noch grau sind. Manchmal hilft es, die Dateien erneut zu bearbeiten und den zuzuschneidenden Rahmen etwas anders zu setzen. Dabei kommt es jedoch auch vor, dass dann andere Seiten, die zuvor noch vollständig gescannt und sichtbar waren, abgeschnitten werden.Im upload-Prozess werden also willkürlich Seiten quasi grau "geschwärzt". Im Anhang gibt es dazu ein Beispiel. Wie kann ich dies verhindern bzw. bearbeiten? Die krux ist ja, dass eine manuelle Nachbearbeitung nur bedingt hilft, denn selbst bei erfolgreicher Nachbearbeitung der defekten Seiten werden dann ja wieder andere Seiten "zerstört" - ein Teufelskreis... Viele GrüßeFK

Changed phone from I phone 12 pro to I phone 16 pro max .Existing valid Adobe Premium subscription Not showing on new phone .Restore previous purchase shows " restore error ". See attached pic . Same email ID /same phone number . Hv switched off-on phone signed out of app n signed in again  please help me to restore my existing premium subscription valid till June 2025 

アンドロイドで使用しております。突然書籍モードでスキャンすると書籍サイズは正常に認識しますがその後の青い枠でページを範囲で認識して取込み場面で全く違う範囲で取り込んでしまいます。書籍を替えたり、再インストールはしましたが改善しませんでした。前までは正常に認識しておりました。改善方法等ご教示いただけませんでしょうか。

On my iPhone 15 Pro, the Adobe Scan app often (almost always) takes blurry pictures while scanning. I'm attaching one such picture, the text is unreadable. I've tried all kinds of settings, I think there might be a problem with the camera settings and the app's developer settings.I don't experience this problem with other scanning apps. I also don't experience this problem on other types of phones where I use Adobe Scan.

All of a sudden my files disappeared but they keep taking up space, that means they exist but where?I tried install/uninstall, search from windows PC, but nothing...Any help?

In how many days refund will be initiated and credited for request submitted today for auto debit happened before 14 days of subscription. 

How can I access my scans if it says on the screen uploading scans? This has been happening since yesterday.

Is there any way to turn off the automatic upload to cloud feature ? There should be.Give users the freedom to choose if they want to upload the file or not. 

I have issues signing in to adobe scan, it prompts me with this error no matter which devices i tried to log in with, wasn't experiencing this issues even a week or two ago. Any guidance and help will be much appriciated, thanks.
