Hello there.I would like to make a subscription in adobe scan, but it hasn't let me. Is adobe unavailable in Serbia? My apple id is here.

It seems like AdobeScan could be useful not only for taking notes but also for non-destructive scanning of books. However, it is a bit inconvenient since it doesn't support Bluetooth shutter. I usually scan my purchased books by disassembling them or using scanning services to convert them into PDFs, as it allows me to read them anywhere. However, for expensive books or borrowed ones, non-destructive scanning is necessary, so I had given up on that idea. I tried using AdobeScan, and I found its features such as automatic detection of extraction area and distortion correction quite impressive. The free version has a limitation of 25 pages, but if I divide it into 25-page segments, it would be sufficient for my needs. It would be best to capture the pages from the front without distortion. One disappointment I encountered while testing it was that even on smartphones that support Bluetooth shutter, AdobeScan didn't recognize it as a shutter button. Instead, it was assigned to the vo

I signed up for PDF app to sign documents. I was charged for the $9.99 per month fee just like that!  I want my money back and to cancel!! Found out I didn't need this. Marilyn

I have been using this app for 2 years and copying my captures to One Drive. Now when I try to copy to One Drive I get the message "There are no folders you have permission to upload to". I have not made any changes to One Drive or Adobe Scan settings. How do I correct this and regain my folder access?

My account is lured to an email associated with a job I don't have anymore. How do I change the email?

Hello, I have an iPhone 14 Pro and cannot access the Scan app. I get an error stating that access is denied. I have been able to access and use the app in the past and am not sure why this is happening now. I've checked w/ my enterprise admin and they said that I should have access. Help, please!  Here is the message:  You no longer have access to this service. I'm trying to capture the documents with Adobe camera, but the camera isn't clicking the pictures. The picture isn't being saved. It's the same case with other document scanning apps as well. Please help me here. Thank you.

I'm unable to see my data which I had stored on cloud storage of Adobe Scan, I've many important work files as well as personal files. I'm a free user, this has never happened before, please help. 

About 30 days ago, adobe scan started presenting a pop up message when trying to open a file I scanned and sent to email.  It will not allow the file to be opened. The pop up message says: "Adobe acrobat, could not open adobe scan May 27, 2023.pdf because it is either non-a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment wasn't correctly decoded).  To create an adobe, PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF." Any idea how to resolve?

Not every document I need to scan, is going to be in my camera roll. In fact the iPhone has a place for documents. And that's the Notes app. Yet your app doesn't even acknowledge that it exists.Please add the ability to import a note into your scanning app. Because that's where I'm going to construct my documents. Please also ask your programmers to image it shareable FROM the Notes app to your app.  So it goes both directions. These are two separate functions. As of now, from within notes/share, your app is not listed as an app that I can share a note to. This is an easy way to enable importing. I have an app that sends paper mail for me and it uses your app to create those printouts. But your app only has camera, and camera roll.  Thank you for passing this on to your product manager/programmers.

When i select multiple images it auto crops to all but i want original ones without any crop, it consumes lot of time to uncrop all one by one. Please guide.

For some reason, when I am scanning books, some pictures get not fully captured. Even though I am capturing the same way all pages, and getting nice results to most pages, some get skewed or cut like in the picture. I am not sure what causes this issue, but is quite annoying. See the attached picture. First the left page looks perfect, but for some reason the right one was automatically adjusted and effectively 'destroyed'.  

Hello, Today I opened my Adobe scan app that I sometimes use for scan documents, and found PDF's appearing in my Adobe APP that I did not open and do not know how they got on to my history.  Based on the title on them, they appear to be explicit, and very immature content.  Has anyone had this experience, and does this mean my device has been hacked?  Would appreciate any recommendations because they are very inappropriate and would appreciate if the Adobe customer support could assist to have them removed.  I have not clicked on them but it does not give me the option to remove.  If anyone has had a similar issue would be interested to know how to resolve.  Thanks in advance.
