I'm unable to access any XD links. When can this be resolved?

Hi, I have been facing the crashing issue on windows since the update 41.1.12 on windows PC. I have been really trying hard toreach out for help for this one. I cant get this issue fixed. Even after reinstalling everything on my PC. Tried updating video drivers, Windows updates, Adobe XD. I was known of this issue in the past but after the Update I cant work on XD for more tha nhalf an hour even cant open two files at the same times. Or even cant create a public link on it. On the Task manager the XD shows as suspended process and nothing happens. I have a good PC with 64GB of RAM. Pleas help me Adobe. I cant keep up with my colleagues due to this. And struggling a lot in my companies deliverables.... Hope you can look into this issue and help me out. Thanks in advance....

For a while I can't import svgs which are located in a local network ('There was a problem importing your SVG asset because it contains invalid SVG markup'). When the same file is just on my desktop it can be imported without error. We store files on the network so it's accesible to everyone. This workaround (first on local desktop, then after XD document is done with transfer it to the network) is def not ideal.

Hi, when I'm achieving an effect to show a fixed element only when you scroll something weird happens.I have a fixed element placed behind all other objects and on top of the viewpoint. This element will only show up when there's nothing on top of that element anymore. Here's a working example in the preview on XD: https://recordit.co/OPB3du0BJM And here's the outcome when I create a shareable link: https://recordit.co/R4PMnMUdhe As you can see the white background disappears when the fixed element shows up and is replaced with a gray color. The white background comes from the page itself, there's no extra white shape below. Even when I put a white shape below it all, it doesn't show up, it's still grey. This also happens with colours in another document, but then it shows up already and all dotted (see attachment). This way I can't really show it to my customers. Version 42.1.22 on Windows. Hello! I am in desperate need of some help. I am new to Adobe XD and I am doing my frist Prototype. I have done sever vertical scroll boxes in my artboard and I need to make some interactions where I click on a specific area of the scrollable part and I want that in the next screen the position where this was tapped be respected...I know that when you generate the interaction there is a "Preserve Scroll Position" box. Its clicked and it doesnt seem to work! Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong or what I should be doing? Thanks a bunch! 

Hi there,I need to pass on a prototype of a website I've been working on for a client in XD however I can't do it yet because the auto-animate page transitions are not working when I click the web link to my work. The auto-animate page transitions are working in the preview mode in Adobe XD but they are not working in the browser when I click the link. Can this please be rectified? I need to send this prototype over to them asap.Thanks so much.

Outputting a @15739213 version of an @1x artboard resulted in images missing from the outputted @15739213 file towards the bottom of the canvas, however text and vector data at the same depth was still visible though.  The non @1x version outputted correctly. After doing some tests with @15739213 and @11199216 versions to look for any patterns.  It seems most of the dropping of bitmap images in the design happens after 16,380px of canvas depth.   On searching for 16,380 number and XD problems, it does look like XD is supposed to have a max output size of 16000px.   So what’s strange is that it happily exceeds that artboard size limit (I’ve tested 24,000 artboards – which it will create) but in doing so, it’ll just miss out any bitmap data after the 16k depth, making it unusable (without hacking the output file afterwards with pasted over sections to fill the holes)  Surely a 16,000px image (a page of just 8,000px in depth – output @15739213) is n

Hi there,  I'm designing a platform of my company and have minimized each screen in my xd link and put on vertical scroll. However, when I go to the share link and click into the developement mode, I cannot properly inspect a lot elements on my screens. The bondaries are off center and seems to highlight 'hidden objects.' There are no hidden objects on my files, though, as I've checked several times. Does anybody else have this problem? 

I am looking for tools/ efficient plugins to convert my adobe xd components to bootstrap components or html code. Number of files are huge so I cant afford manual coding.Also, would like to see if any crisp video/link to help beginners on how to design on a bootstrap grid in XD? Appreciate your kind response.. Hello,I was wondering whether I can relink assets from the documents own library to a shared library.I am putting together a styleguide and everytime I have finished a page, I copy it into another document, which is available to the developers. So basically I have a working document and a presentation document.Now I am getting doubt whether this was such a good idea ;-), as my assets have not been copied. Even as I published the library to the prestentaion document, the assets aren't linked to the assets (of course with the exact same name). Any advice on a better workflow and /or the relinking part?Thanks for your help 🙂Andrea

when exporting any svg it divides the whole paragraph into multiple layers and adds them to a group, is there a way to solve this problem    <Title renamed by moderator>

 The MacOS font suite, San Fransisco, is buggy in Xd. It will frequently replace itself with a placeholder font, even when its enabled in Fontbook. The "Replace font" will sometimes be disabled here. I don't know why. so I get stuck with these messed up fonts and my file is pretty much destroyed. I'd like to be able to remove SF from my files entirely but I can't do that either for the same reason.

Hey, just got annoyed by a bug here on XD : While i tried to previsualise my design, the bright blue i placed on my nav and who's perfectly ok beforehand just turn to a darkblue... I can't fix it at all so i'm kind of stuck with it for the moment...  Is there any reasons for it ? Can i do something ? Thanks.

Newer user to Adobe XD. I have an XD file now that's grown to only about 180MB, but it's gotten to the point where it's constantly causing Adobe XD to freeze, sometimes for several minutes at a time. Random actions seem to trigger freeze - deleting elements and making large symbols (this can sometimes cause it to freeze for several minutes), moving elements, editing elements, everything seems to randomly cause it. It sort of acts the same as when it's trying to save, so I'm wondering if those actions are triggering some autosave (which would normally be beneficial) that's causing this. Closing the application and then reopening it seems to fix the problem for about 10 minutes before it starts to occur again. So, I'm having to constantly close XD and reopen to work with it. I'm editing the file on our local machine too on SSDs, not over the network or anything (seems to make no difference either way though).I've attached a gif whereyou can see this happening. When scrolling down in the preview window, the window freezes for 1/2 second. It feels like the next fragment of the preview is loading. CPU, memory and GPU usage remains low. Additional bug reports:- Adobe XD starts to slow down after few hours of work and I have to close the project then open it again.- Sometimes the windth/height input remains "active" even when i click to unfocus it.- Sometimes the width/height input doesn't allow me change the value (or write "+ N px" or "- N px"). Specs:16 GB RAMRyzen 5 5600XGTX 1050TiSamsung 860 EVO

Hello! Adobe XD dropdown menus are greyed out and darker. Is there a way to remove it? The shadow/darker menus are very annoying. Do you have the same or similar issue? I noticed it only after the latest update. I am on Windows. Thank you for your help 🙂

It would be great if it had similar page functionality to figma, it would make the workflow more organized. Who works with Ui and UX design uses several methodologies that sometimes need to be separated from design. I'm working on a project and I missed this functionality, I need to create wireframes separate from the application's screen design, I thought a lot about joining figma for this reason, but I really like Adobe xd if you implement this function I'll definitely adopt the tool with my main work tool.

Hi, I have an issue with feature 'edit in photoshop', it works only for the first time. Then, when I try it again, nothing happens. It is even unable to export any other asset using option 'Export selected' after this 'edit in photoshop issue' occur. Only way to get it working is to restart XD and then I have a possibility to use 'edit in photoshop' once again. I tried to reinstall Photoshop and XD, still the same story. Something just started happening in the last week where if I have an existing document that has a design review share link (haven't tested a development link), it won't let me update it anymore. It keeps saying "error 44:47" and wants me to recreate a new link. This is a problem because we share out these links to a team and then have to keep remaking a link and resharing it out to them so everybody is on the same page. Anybody else getting this issue and how can we quickly get this resolved?  I'm on windows 10 pro latest version, using the latest version of XD 42.1.22.4

I posted this inside the bugs forum for adobe xd in uservoice.com but didn't get any answer.I'm trying to use quotations marks on XD and I went with Georgia font. But it renders the quotations wrong. I tried other fonts (Century, Times New Roman etc) and they all render the wrong font when I try the quotation mark. Regular characters works, but I didn't try it all.You can see better on the screen shots.

when I want to delete one component from the assets panel is easy (right click + delete) but when I wan't to delete more than one at the same time or all how can I do it?

no matter what i do or try, I can open Adobe XD app on windows. Uninstall it and installed it 10 times. Cleared all temp files. Deleted "Adobe XD" file from "common Files-Adobe". Signed out, signed in to my adobe account 15 times. nothing works.  all i get is this message

HiMy team mate an me work on same file. We both want to publish and refresh the publish link for developers. Currently just 1 person can refresh the link as the owner.How can we both publish/refresh the existing link?Thanks for response.Susann
