Hello everyone,Hope someone will help me on this issue, because i'm not finding anything to solve it.I've a macbook pro and an imac, when i am working on the same file on imac coordinates of my objects are not the same and text for exemple are moving from x146 y380 to x146 y345, and all my design is messed up.Same things on te other way, if i'm placing my objects well on imac, on my macbook pro it is moving. It is the same on my coworkers computers, not shifted on mackbook pro but shifted on imac or the other way 😕😕 I don't know why coordinates are not the same on the 2 devices ? It's an 2020 imac on big sur and 16" mackbook pro 2020 on big sur Thanks for your help

Mac OSX (Big Sur)XDVersion 35.2.12 This has been an issue for me for several versions now, but I have a bunch of master text styles I use across multiple documents. Im not sure which update caused it, but the preview of the character style USED TO show the NAME of the style, making it easy to quickly identify and choose one. Now, not sure if this a bug or not, but it simply shows the name of the font being used. So if I have 5 variants of the same font, i essentially see 5 of the same character style until I hover over each where the name lives in a tooltip popup. I sincerely hope this is not the intended behavior because it is a serious regression in functionality that has needlessly slowed down my workflow. See photo below (font is SPACE MONO, character style name is LabelMedium) 

 Hello guys, I'm facing this issue and because of this, I am not able to even save my files to the cloud.It prompts that It's auto-saving my work, even when I haven't done anything, and stays the same. I've tried closing and re-opening it, creating a new doc.

I've seen a lot of bugs where people's installed plugins on Chrome were interfering with the Spacebar functionality in Adobe products, but I'm finding a different bug with the hand tool and wonder if anyone's encountered this: Steps to repro:1. Select Hand Tool.2. Move canvas with mouse. Result: works.3. Try to move canvas using a Wacom pen (Intuos Pro).  Result: does not work.4. Try to move canvas with mouse. Result: now does not work. Expected result: both pen and mouse should work just fine with hand tool in XD.  My workaround is to restart XD and then never use my tablet. Has anyone seen this and have a fix?  I'm really annoyed I can't use my tablet with XD. Thanks in advance!

Im making the wireframe and User flow in two XD file.Each File won't have more than 20 artboards.BUT!XD crash alllll the timmmmeeeee.Im using Window and trying to transferred to figma.....Very disapointed....Connecting with the Dealer to unsubscribe Adobe cc..... 

Everyday when I start my computer, or wake it up, Adobe XD says it lost connexion and I need to close the app and re-open it again, put again the password, ... It's time consuming and annoying. It doesn't happen with other applications, juste Adobe XD. What can I do to solve this ? 

I have 3 comments that I created as owner that do not have the 3 dots to let me delete, edit or resolve. The 3 dots shown are just for the name extending. Tried modifying the page and re-uploading and still won't let me resolve those 3 comments. Can you assist? 

I have a large Sketch file with Artboards that go very far to the right of the screen, however Adobe XD only allows me to scroll right to a point, stopping me in the middle of an Artboard. I am able to see these unreachable Artboards in the layers list on the left toolbar within XD, but clicking on the does not bring me to them. Seems like there is a fixed "max width" of a document in XD and this Sketch file has surpassed that width. I don't have a Mac anymore so I cannot open this file in Sketch and simply move the Artboards below existing ones to reduce width of the document.

This might be a ridiculous question, but I'm importing a sketch file from a client and cannot edit the base sketch file. The import seems to be capped at 50,000px x 50,000px, which is cutting off parts of the document. Now, I understand why this would be done for performance reasons, but is there a manual way to override that hard cap? Thanks.

I want to have a slight rotation effect when I hover my mouse over my icon.  So I create a component, I create a Hover state and I assign it a 10 ° rotation. But when I do that, the rotation ALSO applies to my "Default State" automatically, and I can't seem to disassociate the two states. So I want to have a rotation of 0 on my Default state and a rotation of 10 ° on my Hover state.  Does anyone have the solution to my problem? Thank you

A huge issue with components when opening and closing XD as well as published prototypes. Finding when I create a component containing a text field set to auto height with padding and then resize it, I find that the text does not retain it's resized width when pubished and also when I close then reopen the XD file. This is a huge issue as not only does it make the use of resizing a single component useless it also means that my clients have viewed buggy prototypes.

I've been working today in my cloud project. Then I had to change passord for my Google account so Adobe XD Logged me out. When i Logged in i didnt find all my cloud projects. Nowhere.

How to switch OFF XD's automatic file saving when editing a CLOUD document? It is annoying that I need to pause each time it is saving and Xd is doing that 30seconds after I apply changes.

My first time trying out overlays, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong or if this is just a bug (using the Windows 10 app), because it only happens maybe 3/4 of the time. Any of my overlays (modal popups, menu dropdowns, etc) will show the overlay fine but underneath it transitions to the first artboard. It's constant and I can't find a pattern, as it will rarely not do this behavior and it will stay on the same artboard as expected. None of the overlays are nested. Obviously this completely breaks the user experience demo... There is also one normal transition between artboards that I have that will always flicker the first artboard for a second before finishing its transition to the correct artboard. There's only one that does this, no idea what is causing that either or if it's related.

Hello Is it possible to put the clickable prototypes via the link to share in a phone or mac mockup, whose color or model we can choose as it is the case on Invision? This would be very useful for client presentations because it is more realistic. hey guys,i just started working with adobe xd and i have problems with 2 main components which a shown in different states of the second main component:I know its because of the different layers. No matter how I do it, one of the 2 main components is always displayed incorrectly.Thanks for your help and sorry for the bad English 🙂 

Hi guys, I just made a quick mock-up for a friend but when she viewed in on her mobile phone, on artboards:iPhone X, XS, 11 Pro – 11iPhone X, XS, 11 Pro – 12iPhone X, XS, 11 Pro – 13I have "fixed positioning when scrolling" to the faces on the bottom of the screen, but these faces disappear on her mobile device. I tried on mine as well and it disappears as well. Viewing the link on PC chrome and firefox works, viewing the project works in the adobe XD android app and in preview in XD itself. The faces only disappear when someone clicks the link on their mobile phone and it transfers them to their mobile web browser.I moved the "fixed positioning when scrolling" group the front but that didnt fix it. Project below.https://xd.adobe.com/view/aae81678-dd31-4176-a673-813759ccbf4a-ffbb/?fullscreen

Hello, 3 hours of work GONE! I made sure to save my Adobe XD file before I went to export the artboards. When I Clicked on export artboards, the program crashed. I went to reopen my file, and NOTHING was saved. How can I recover the file? I know for a fact that I saved before choosing to export.

I Have one Cloud Document with Sync Conflict I can not open it and also I can not delete it,I need help to delete it

Hi, This is the first time I'm using "animations" in XD so apologies if this is a dumb question. I'm trying to build a slider that when dragged will trigger a number to pop up. I followed a tutorial and things were fine until I entered the Prototype phase. In the tutorial, the person uses a gray straight line to animate but when I try, it's a blue curved line. I can only assume there is a difference between the two since I'm unable to get the slider animate. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance! 

I have an active subscription of Adobe XD which was renewed on 2nd Dec 2020.And today(12 Dec 2020) I cannot share the prototype link and got a message "You have reached the capacity for link sharing with your plan. Please upgrade." but I have already subscribed to it.Question 1- How do i fix this? I need to share the link with the client urgently.Question 2- How can I check my subscription status?Awaiting solutions.Thanks.
