Questions

(Mac user)1. When I open my XD files, they flag Open Sans has 'missing font' - I confirm in Adobe Type and the entire font is synced.2. I replace all the flagged missing fonts with Open Sans and keep working.3. I send the file to a colleague and when they open it, the semi-bold becomes bold and some of the letters disappear.(already did that magic of shutting down the computer, unsync and re-sync the font, etc)This is a huge problem when you have a release to do.

My teams account has 2 members.I have created a share link of my xd prototype for a client. When the client comments and Adobe sends me the email notification, does my other team member also receive that email?

Hi everyone!   I'm creating a layout for my company's new website, and I made all of it in a desktop size. But now I need a mobile version of the site and the layout is not being responsive, is there any way to make the mobile version automatically adapt itself or do I need to create an entire mobile layout and a tablet sized one too? And if so, how do I put everything on the code for the programmer to insert on the page code?   {Renamed By MOD}

There was an update to the windows version of XD (28.8.12). This update is not available to Mac (currently 28.7.12).Now if some one edits a cloud based file with the newer version von windows all others editors on Mac are excluded from collaboration. How can that be? When is the release of 28.8.12 available for Max?   This is a serious flaw in XDs core feature of collaborative working.   {Renamed By MOD}

I'm still unable to create a desktop preview to show clients that will scroll. See attached pic. The blank white area below the car racing photo is supposed to have content. Artboard is 1920 x 4132, viewport is 1080. I've tried this on 3 computers in our shop, same result for each (all using Chrome). All artboards are set with vertical scrolling enabled. I get the same result in presentation and user testing preview modes. Please help, I'm unable to send previews to clients with this glitch.<The Title was renamed by moderator in XD>

Can u create a sub menu in a drop down hover menu???When I click on any thing in the hover drop down menu,it does not connect further to any artboard.how does one get that done in XD? 

Hello everyone, I'm looking for the shortcut to modify the new feature : "padding" direclty on my canvas. I know on the US keyboard (QWERTY) the command is : press the key "tidle" + hover, but I am using an AZERTY keyboard and I don't know the shortcut to do that.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi,  I'm actually prototyping a website for my study portfolio.   On the top dashboard, when I click on "Le centre de formation", It conduce on the bottom dashboard. But I would like that automatically scroll under the image. Is it possible ?   Thank you for your help !   {Renamed By MOD}

When I try to open any Adobe xd file, the progress bar gets stuck forever and the file never opens. Please help, I need to get work done. (I'm on a mac computer & have Adobe XD version 28.7.12.4)   {Renamed By MOD}

  My cloud document now never ending saving, I try wait, 5 hours and its still saving like that. That is my 6 month of work, and now I cannot do anything with that document. Everytime i edit my file its always never ending saving, and when i close and open it again,it is not save, it still my old save. Anyway my connection is fine, can playing youtube on 4k without buffer.   Oh I forgot, I PAY 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION for use this XD. But customer service is nothing, there is doesnt even have a customer support!!   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi! All my artboards were suddenly messed from the project, when changing from a Router connection from my cellphone, to Wifi from my home. Take a look at the image: the contents of the artboards were all centered in the screen - it's just a mess now... I'm not so desperated because it's in the cloud. [EDIT]: It gave me a lot of work to copy all my project to the current file! I had to delete everthing in the current version(included the componentes - if you don't delete them, it will be duplicated when you paste the content of previous version), open the previous version that was ok, copy in the "prototype" mode(or your links won't work). Then, back to the current version, in "prototype" mode again, paste the content of the previous version. 1 hour to get the version I was working! wtf Adobe! Put an option to select a previous version and set it as the current version!!! I think there's a bug in XD when wifi suddenly is down, and we change to another one like a Router connection

it posible to check that fixed position only for second state? in current version of adobe xd you can only do is fixed the whole statetnx in advance. 

There seems to be a bug where hiding a group will expand said group if one of its layers are selected: create a layer (e.g. rectangle shape) put the layer in a group select the layer collapse the group hide the group   Expected: group remains collapsed Actual: group expands   This is super frustrating because the fact I've hidden the group means I'm not interested in it nor its contents. So automatically expanding it is a huge pain.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Salve, io ho da poco iniziato ad usare Adobe xd per la creazione di un sito web. Vorrei che L'header fosse la seconda pagina e non la prima avendo per la prima pagina un'animazione diversa dalle altre. È quindi possibile partire (ad esempio inserendo il banner del menu) dalla seconda pagina di lavoro? Se si, come posso fare?      

This is the second time it's happening, and it' driving me INSANE. I open a file I worked on just the other day, and ALL THE FONTS ARE MISSING. But I never disabled the font that I used from Adobe Fonts. AAAARGHH   {Renamed By MOD}

I am in a panic right now. It was two weeks work and all it took was a click - "yes accept the changes from another" (I don't remember exact wording).   It was only a cloud document, I never had a local copy (because that is default behaviour of adobe xd). I shared with file with that designer some time ago. I also have only a free plan, because I never needed anything else. Only place this work is currently saved is within a shared prototype link (which is not even linked to file anymore).   Can this be undone? (Please say yes 😞 )   Edit: probably how this happened is that other designer two weeks ago created a diverging history branch and today his history got caught in cloud. こんにちは。 レスポンシブサイズの変更に関しまして、共有リンクにて、ウィンドウサイズに応じてサイズの可変はできるのでしょうか？リサイズは別データで作り直す必要があるのでしょうか？ データの作り方がわかる方がいらっしゃいましたらご教授願います。  

Simply I've lost one client, time, money and health with the suming amounts of bugs and insane unusability of XD user interface. Realy... I'm tired, very tired.Just built an "atomic" approach of buttons, dropdowns, etc... invested weeks learning the anti-intuitive way to make states work, with hours and hours googling for hacks to overcome XD bad design and bugs... yes, even the "group" a component in itself to be accessed from a sibling component's state.All that, with promises to my client to deliver a "near" reality experience, ended just moments before the live presentation,  when made my final testings: broken structures, random resizing, text changes, movements in position of internal components...etc, etc.For short, the so hyped and over promoted "States" don's stand a simple linkage from an external assets/component/whatever library. Even worst... breaks when we try to overide any of their components (something basic that works like a clock in other design apps out there)A

Is there a way to repeat an artboard inside an artboard OR at least place child components inside different arboards and maintain the verticle scrolling cut off?  I would like to add a scrolling menu to several pages, but if I just copy the components in, the scrolling can't take effect.    

開発チームでXDの共同編集機能を使っています。XDのアップデートが来た時に、チームメンバーの一人がファイルを開いたまま古いバージョンを利用していると、最新バージョンにアップデートをしたメンバーが、ファイルを開けなくなる現象（添付画像のエラーが出る）がよく起きてます。「更新してください」という内容のエラーですが、最新バージョンの状態です。今は、他の（アップデートをしてないであろう）メンバーに連絡して、一度ファイルを閉じ、最新バージョンにしてもらってから開いてもらってます。（ファイルを閉じた時点で最新バージョンのメンバーはファイルが開けます。）こちら何度も起きているので、何か解決方法がありましたら教えてください。

Hello, I am in so much critical condition when I write any text it just hangs like a statue I want to submit my project tomorrow and xd will not run while am write any text please help me while updated version which I installed tomorrow after that I give so much problem while writing anything in the text box. Please help me otherwise my project will reject am a student mam please help me.

I saved a XD file to the Adobe Creative Cloud. And it's saved under Cloud Documents. When I go to the creative cloud website I do see the file is uploaded. But when I open the Adobe XD app on my Android phone the cloud document does not show up. Please help.   {Renamed By MOD}

I maybe working way later than I should be, but it seems there's no way to close a document in XD withough closing the application instance. If I click Home, it opens a new instance of the application.

When attempting to update XD on said computer, the update fails and I get an error 301. I've noticed that the latest updates of Photoshop 2020 do not fully support the GPU on my Mac. Is this the case for XD as well?

Hi Guys, I have fresh iPhone SE 2020 iOS 13, I wanted to try out the real-time live preview on my device in Adobe XD, I have installed the newest version of iTunes, but it does not work.   Any help appreciated 🙂   Problem solved, needed to reinstall adobe xd   <The Title was renamed by moderator>
