Questions

This problem occurs only when using the Share Link. In the Prototype Preview this doesnt happen.Whenever I have a Hover Effect, it cancels out the tap trigger. In previous threads it was recommended to add the Trigger to the hover state, however i tried that and it still doesnt work. Also this problem wasn't occuring a few days ago. I don't know if it's due to an update or because my project file has since grown by a large amount and now the site has problem loading every feature.

Whenever I try to save my changes and updated the link, then after some time the changes I have made earlier got reverted to the previous verison automatically.Another issue is, While working on XD its start loading screen inbetween and revert all the changes after that automatically. My internet connection also stable and other internet application was working fine during this same timeframe.  

Hi. For both below paths the border size is 0.5 but as you see the first one is some kine of dobule line poth.My desire size is 1.7 but with this doubled line it does not come below 2.How can I change it to look like the right one(just a single line path)?Thanks.   <Title renamed by moderator>

So, im trying to understand the styleRanges a bit more.Im not sure if i quite understand correctlyhttps://adobexdplatform.com/plugin-docs/reference/scenegraph.html#Text-styleRanges Visually, within Adobe XD, i can see that all the same styles are applied continously within the text's field.However, when i console.log styleRanges, I am getting mutiple 'ranges' or multiple indexes within the array.  In my mind, this should not be happening since every character has the same styling. When I select a textbox or a shape in adobe XD and I try to change a feature of them on the right panel like, color change for example, and I need to scroll for it (for example add a drop shadow effect to a square) the scrolls goes backwards to a fixed position.Visual Example.1.- I select a text, the right panel appears with the options to change the features of the text  2.- I scroll down to see the options below including fill, border etc.  2.- In this example I select fill in order to change text color 4.- As I click on fill, the panel scrolls back to starting position and for note, the change color prompt never opened when I clicked "fill"  And this happens also with shapes, and all interactuable objects in XD and with all options on the right panel which are below and need to be accesed by scrolling. I am creating a tutorial series using XD and I'm having trouble with Prototype overlay transitions on some of my artboards.  If I click through from the beginning of the set, once I get to a certain artboard, anytime I click on an overlay link, it brings me back to the previous artboard (and displays the overlay in the same position it should be displaying on the parent board).  If I start the tutorial at the board that causes problems, all my overlays behave exactly like they are supposed to.  If I click back in the tutorial and move forward again to the board in question, now all the overlay transitions move me back to the previous board again.  I thought it was potentially being caused by the fact that I have one overlay artboard being linked by two separate pages.  I tried duplicating the artboard and still have the problem.  I've also tried deleting and recreating all the transitions and it still doesn't work. I saw this post but nothing was help

Hello Adobe, Thanks for making such useless product. As you see in 1 error image, Its showing something went wrong and take me to the link where you are showing internal server error(2 Error Screen). I've been trying to open this file for the past 3 days. But results are the same. I open again and again and even restart my laptop. This is something very difficult for me to carry on with adobe products. I'm losing faith in adobe products. Your team is not working properly that's why adobe acquire Figma.

My artboards are transparent but my video still has a black background. What do I do?

Hi, Since I've installed macOS Ventura I am not able to open XD. The XD icon keeps bouncing in the task bar but nothing happens. When I open the "force quit" window it says XD is not responding.  I've tried everything including tips on this forum (Adobe Cleaner tool). Unfortunatly nothing seems to work. I even reinstalled CC. Hopefully someone has a solution, thanks in advance.

I use XD to create UI prototypes supporting feature development. I use the "Share" tab in XD to generate public links and then post links to various stakeholders, usually via Slack. They review my prototypes, comment on them using XD commens or during live meetings/calls. Most of them don't have Adobe accounts.  Prototypes go through multiple iterations. For each new one I create a new XD file named "Topic name v3 23.02.2023" and share public links again. Links to previous versions get lost in the limbo that Slack PMs/channels are and the stakeholders no longer have lists of all iterations of a certain feature.  Obviously, I could simply create a Google Drive list, share it with all stakeholders, and update it manually each time I publish a new XD file. This costs time and is error-prone, so I've been searching for an easier way. So far, I haven't found any XD feature or plugin that serves my purpose.  I would be grateful if anyone could give me a hint of

Hi everyone. Please help me understand how to score iPhone XS Max 6,5 inch art board sizes in XD. So the iPhone XS Max 6.5-inch screenshot size is 1242 x 2688 pixels. If I start with 1242 x 2688 pixels it's looking gigantic. Where I can find or score the correct artboard sizes for iPhones? Thanks a lot in advanceRegards, Lilit.

Yet another of these terrible bad usability from an app supposed to design User Experiences. Simply, not being enough this hurting white interface for those working at night, selected items highlighted on panels,  both on layers and components, are so low contrasted, that it can be a real headache to find it.The cognitive effort and friction scanning vertically through these diminutive list of items, makes big projects a real pain and a source of stress and fatigue.   Below you can see the extra pale blue barelly recognisable from the peripheral view, specially in very big screens and sorrounded by layouts full of bright colors.           {Renamed By MOD}

Im working on a project where I have a lot of components that I need to set the destination for and Im having to scroll through the list of components in order to set the destination. Is there a way to make the window bigger so Im not having to constantly scroll back and fort on the window? Im worried that adobe doesnt give you the option yet to make it bigger.  

Hello, I have problem with my xd project, I set some "scroll to" animations in the prototype, it work well inside xd, but when I export the project to web, the animation doesn't work   Anyone know why and how to fix it?    <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello I created a web design with adobe XD at my work computer. And then I shared the document with my personal computer. From my personal computer I did a save as. once I did a save as I tried to share the document with my developer but he told me he could not export images from the link i provided. I tried to share document both ways. 1st) I went to share selected "Developement" and provided the developer with the link 2nd) after that didnt work I selected the Person Plus Icon on the top right and put in his email and still no luck.   After both didnt work I just downloaded the xd file locally on my computer and gave him a link. Hopefully that works. but for next project i would love to be able to just share a link with my developer and he is able to export images and get svg code etc.. to build the website. So please let me know what I should do next time.  

I just noticed that XD is no longer listed on Adobe's website. https://www.adobe.com/de/products/xd.html leads directly to a support page. Is there any information available as to when Figma will become a part of the CC subscription? I don't think it makes sense to start new projects with XD anymore.... 

I have the latest that CC offers to me, version 49.0.12.14. However, im still not able to open an XD file, getting the darn message "This file was saved with a newer XD...Please update to open it". This would all not be an issue if you just make your apps backwards compatible. 

Everytime I click alt + other keys it makes bing sound. I know alt key activate/highlight the menu in the illustrator and while menu is activated whenever I use mouse to do anything it makes sound. Can I disable that bing sound?
