Is it a must wait until the free trial end then can cancel the subscription? Because I do not want to charges by adobe. It say that after trial will auto billing through the card.

I'm trying to use Gotham and every time I change the typeface it puts the first line of text outside the editing box and i can't see it or edit it. Not to mention it screws up all my measurements. It's impossible to work. I can't pick a different font either because this is client work and they use Gotham.   I don't know what to do. Sometimes if I swap between fonts fast enough it stays in there. but then I can't change the typeface subtype because I come up against the same issue.   I'm really new to XD but I can't seem to find any way to change the copy's baseline although it does seem to be a baseline issue.

Dear Community, Thank you for your time. I'm trying to install the 'Web Export' plugin for Adobe XD 55 on my Windows computer, however it appears that it is not possible to install any plugins. I've tried the 'troubleshooting plugins' doc, but I don't see any errors, the option to get plugins is simply not there. For example, when I go to 'Plugins', all I see is 'Manage Plugins', and 'Development'. I don't see the 'browse plugins' option at all:I think below is what it is meant to look like this when I click 'Plugins', but it doesn't look like that for me as there is no 'browse plugins':   Clicking on 'Manage Plugins' just brings me to a page where it reminds me I have no plugins, as does not offer a way to install any. Additonally, I tryed to install plugins the alternate way, through the plugins panel. However, in the plugins panel, I see no plus button (+) as shown in the Adobe Docs to install any plugins:I think it is meant to look like below, but

We have a 45 artboard prototype - and in our last refresh of the link (and we checked to enable hotspots), the hotspots no longer work! Help please.I'm not sure what's happening (we even checked hint=off/on), and our other prototypes work as expected.Has this happened to anyone before...and what did you do to resolve it? (short of working from an older file)? Thank you!

I'm in Adobe XD and I'm trying to prototype, but any time I want to use the action, "scroll to," the animation settings are greyed out and I can't change the easing or duration at all. I've looked everywhere to get an answer for this problem.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Gracias. Hello, I’m creating a prototype, but the view in the live preview puts the texts and objects out of place, it’s not the first time it happens. I want to be able to see my work on the phone as it looks on the screen, I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you. 

Question on scenario: Can you interact with an XD file from another XD file?   We have a smart phone and a tablet, both running XD projects, and I want to know if I can have a button press on the smart phone interact it's the XD file running on the tablet?   Cheers,   Brian   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello, I just get a job to design a website but I found out Adobe XD is not working. I deinstalled XD via Adobe CC app and re-installed it. I rebooted the machine and threw away the preferences. I tried to embed XD prototype into a LCMS system, using a web component feature that is used to display links inside of our pages, but received error message... "refused to connect". However, Dev tools throws the error that it is refusing to display because it is "set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'".  Can anyone help me with this please? The LCMS I am using does allow iframes and web components? The exact error message showing in inspect mode is "refused to display 'https://xd.adobe.com/' in a frame because it set 'X Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

I am trying to open XD, and it will show that it's opening for a second but then it closes, showing no further application activity. I've reinstalled, repaired, and reset the app. I also attampted to follow this tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.htmlIn C:\Windows\System32, there is no msvcp140.dll nor a vcruntime140.dl. Maybe this is the reason why I'm having problems? None of my other apps are affected this bug. How can I redownload these missing components, should this fix my problem?

Hello, since this tomorrow, Adobe XD keeps crashing after i click on "new File" i see a canvas for some seconds and then it closes.I am running the newest XD Version and Windows 10.I also restarted, reinstalled and tried older Versions ofcourse. Can someone help?  Greetings

Steps to reproduce:1. Create an artboard taller than the viewport height (simulating a vertical scrolling mobile experience)2. Create a group intended for horizontal scrolling within the viewport area3. Apply the Horizontal Scroll option in the sidebar (optional: preview to ensure it's working correctly)4. Check the box for Fix Position When Scrolling As soon as I check the "Fix position when scrolling" option the horizontal scroll won't work anymore.   This has been reported here but has never been solved. https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/scroll-groups-not-working-with-fix-position-when-scrolling/m-p/13413210/page/2#M68458    

Too many spaces when saving. How can I solve this problem?

Im really struggling with XD as I have created a Web layout with icons/illustrations within the XD file (That include both Background Blur and a gradient) and when exported as individual SVG's it removes both effects from the artwork.
