Hello. I need to install Adobe After Effects 2022 (version 22.x) for compatibility with existing projects. It's not available in Creative Cloud. Could you provide the offline installer or help me install this version?

When I fully render, in that frame/moment between the switch of layers appearing the two layers of the legs are grayed out. Like perhaps it is showing those two layers at half opacity. This glitch doesn't show inside the composition, only when rendering. When I scrub it looks totally normal when going from one frame to the next. I have tried overlapping and turning off the opacity manually instead but that doesn't help either. When I have them fully overlapping (weirdly showing four legs) it appears to render just fine. What is happening? 

Hi! I'm relatively new to AE and had a question about the best way to go about this design. I have this vector below, everything is seperately editable, and my goal is to create this kind of pulsing animation from the center. I've never done something like this with so many components. Any advice? Thank you guys!

After effects crashes on both old and new projects. It started doing this problem about a month ago, before that, everything worked fine. I work on Imac 2020, intel i7 with 40 gigs of ram and external disks (HDD SSD). I tried to solve the problem by switching from 2023 to 2025 and also changed OS from Big Sour to Sequoia, but the problem is still there.

Not sure what's causing this, but everything was fine in Geolayers 3 until I clicked the "Finalize" button.Now I have entire sections of my map vanishing. Has anyone else run into this issue with Geolayer 3?  

Hello all, Im trying to achieve the solitaire ending / Windows XP glitch effect using the Echo effect similar to this reference.https://giphy.com/clips/laguarimba-glitch-guarimba-film-festival-VWKZo6eOpI9C58M2k1 I pretty much want the echos made to stay forever and not move based on the path the animated object goes. I know there is an expression out there for the echo effect that can achieve this, but I just can not find it for the life of me.  Does anyone know this expression? Or perhaps a better way to achieve this effect? 

Hello once again. Few days ago, I have come across a weird problem / glitch / crash that occurs that has never happened before. In an After Effects project that I am doing, I am planning on making the boomerang effect. Basically, I want to put slow-motion to a clip and then duplicate it, and reverse the duplicated layer, to give it an effect similar to boomerang. But something weird happens every time I do so. I want to give boomerang effect to different parts of a video, with the frame rate of 23.978. So in my first clip, I would pre-compose it, put twixtor pro to it (I put the frame rate of the video as it is in the twixtor, which is 23.978), then pre-compose again. Then I duplicated that pre-composed layer with twixtor inside it. I moved it right next to the 1st layer, and then I what I did was : right click > Time > Time-reverse layer. It worked perfectly fine. But then, I cut to another part of the video to make the boomerang effect with and also to put twixtor. So I did the

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a color quality issue I’m facing when exporting videos from After Effects.I completed my post-production in Adobe After Effects using a PNG sequence for the source visuals. When I rendered the project into a .MOV format, the output maintained the exact same color vibrancy and accuracy as the original PNGs. However, the resulting video is 10 minutes long and around 50 GB, which is impractically large for delivery.To reduce the file size, I converted the .MOV to .MP4 using Adobe Media Encoder. While this reduced the file to a manageable 1 GB, I noticed a significant loss in color quality — the colors appear dull and less vibrant.Additionally, I tried exporting directly to MP4 from After Effects, but the same issue occurs — the color fidelity is noticeably degraded compared to the .MOV file.My key question is:Is there any way to export or convert to MP4 (either t

I thought I had done this in the past but it seems that I can't resize the timeline. I've added an image to show you, but the transform section is almost the whole size of my screen with the actual timeline is about 1/5 of the screen. Is there a way to maybe reverse the sizes so there is more timeline space?

 This is a new type of error that I've been getting here and there. My AE is very unstable. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? My AE has stopped offering to send Crash Reports, so I don't have a dmp file.

Usually when I drag my Current Time Indicator to a certain frame and press space bar to preview, the rendering would start where the Time Indicator is. Now, when I drag the Current Time Indicator and press space bar to preview, the rendering starts at the beginning of the composition and refuses to start where the Time Indicator is. I don't understand why it's not working all of a sudden. It was working just fine a couple weeks ago.. How and what can I do to fix this problem? I have Adobe After Effects CC 2017 btw.

In After Effects, perfectly framing a moving target is easy. With a null parented camera, you simply parent the null's position to the moving target's position and the target will always be perfectly centered in your frame. Why is it that Geolayers 3 doesn't allow me to do this? It will frame a moving object along a path using "Animate View Along Feature", but I can't seem to frame the moving target perfectly in the center of my frame with Geolayers 3. What am I doing wrong or possibly missing? 

We have an Adobe contract. One machine is limited to WIndows 10 and will be upgraded when possible.  We are running AE vrs 23. However we have lost the link to Cinema 4D lite.  We have also installed AE vrs 22 however the problem remains.  Creative cloud no longer offers an add to option.  Is there anyway of being able to use Cinema Lite as a 3D renderer again?

J'utilise after effect en mode silencieux avec l'executable aerender.exe.Le rendu plante souvent et le projet aep reste ouvert en fond de after effect. La fenêtre du projet planté est blanche puis windows m'indique que l'application after effect ne répond plus.C'est avec after effect v24.0 mais j'espère pouvoir trouver quelqu'un capable d'exploiter les infos dans les crash reports.J'ai essayé avec v25.0 et j'ai toujours le problème. j'ai récolté plusieurs crash report que je souhaiterais joindre mais impossible ici. Hello Giants of the Industry! (yes, I'm sucking up).I'm trying to get a 3D object to stay on a 3D camera solid I've created. I whip picked the object to the track solid but as the camera pans right the object drifts off. The solid does a nice job of staying on the table surface it tracked. I selected active camera. Anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? (other than trying to put a T-Rex in a science lab)?

When i try press button "Edit" ( https://imgur.com/a/QFFb4bK )  , she doesnt work. I have reinstalled AE many times, reinstalled the plugin itself, but all to no avail, however, what is worth noting is that if I take a ready-made preset on MBL (without using "Edit"), it will work perfectly.Does anyone know what this could be related to? Please, I don't know what to do anymore I think it could be related to file directories, since for example I don't have a LooksBulder folder in "Program Files(x86)", although I am most likely wrong

I'm trying out After Effects CC and doing a simple position animation with an easy eased keyframe. I'm hping to adjust the bezier handles in the Graph editer as I've done a thousand time but I can't get them to appear. Am i missing a check box or something somewhere?

So in short everytime I use my rotobrush, the mask begins drift off its intended path after the first frame.  Before:After:          This is a minor example of what happens, often it gets worse when involving people  From what I've found:       1. This applies for all clips, even ones that has little to no movement at all.       2. Any version I downloaded struggled with the same issue       3. Pre-Composing does not the fix issue at all.  What really boggles my mind is rotobrush was working completely fine for over a year and it happens now for some reason. If anyone can help, please and thank you. (Also please note that english isn't my first language so I apologize if I have any grammar issues)

Hello community,I opened a .aep file that I hadn't opened in 2 to 3 months. Upon launch, I didn't receive any message indicating missing files, and I don't have any Photoshop files. However, when I start the preview, it works for a while then abruptly stops and displays an error message.I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled After Effects, updated Camera Raw, but to no avail.I'm lost because I can't seem to solve this problem. I've searched everywhere on the internet and haven't found a solution to my problem, so I hope you can help me here. Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same issue as a previous poster where the first frame the rotobrush is trash while the rest are great, this is especially problematic if you tweak settings like feather/reduce chatter, it makes the first frame feel like a jarring jump cut mistake. How do I resolve this?There are no additional keyframes meaning nothing is warping due to keyframing. 

All plug-ins from Magic Bullet Suite work as they should but only that I need is 'Looks''When i press ''edit'' button there is a short loading and nothing elseHow can I solve this?

I have what I think is a very simple question about Null Objects that I just can't seem to figure out.  I've got three null objects as parent to several child objects moving nicely across the screen. Simple motion from one side to the other. But, I'd like all three Null Objects and all their children to pause for a few seconds and then start moving again. I've tried to create keyframes to pause the motion in the Null Object but that doesn't seem to work. The objects don't stay still but jump back and forth between two keyframes with the exact same position.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi.  In the attached images I have a heart particle system along with the settings and I would like to know what I can do to make the following adjustments: 1) How can I make the particles full opacity throughout?2) How do I chance the color so all the hearts match the Asset_heart attached?3) I have the glue effect on my floor and would like the hearts to stick for a couple seconds then disappear without the opacity fade.  How can I fix that. Thank you in advance.
