Bonjour,dans ma version téléchargée Animate 23.0.2 l'outil pinceau fluide n'est pas actif il est grisé . Je ne peux donc apparemment pas utiliser les brosses texturées. Avez vous une solution? J'ai tenté de désinstaller et de réinstaller le programme mais cela ne change rien. Merci d'avance pour votre aide,Anne

Just for the record, because people on other forums reference threads posted here. The latest Animate update - 23.0.2 - broke compatibility with Flash 8, CS3 and CS4 FLA files, which can open without any issues in 23.0.0 and 23.0.1.Tested on Windows.  Compatibility was broken before in Animate 22 on Mac and later fixed in AA 22.0.6. Introducing the same major issue a second time is ridiculous and a sign of total lack of QA. 

Hi, I just had trouble opening a good many old Animate files (created around 2015).I thought "Oh, no... corrupt files?!?"Instead, I solved it by downloading Animate 21.0.9. Files were opened perfectly.So, the latest Animate has a problem with some files (Adobe please look into this). This (I hope useful) post is for those who've bumoed into thie problem. cheers 

I saw that there's a editor called Rive that can export animations to play in Flutter-based apps.I couldn't find any solution online on how to export Adobe Animate animation to Flutter.I'm trying to find a way to export the animation based on svg so it can be responsive and adapt to different screen sizes.Is that possible?

Hi! This might be a super silly question but I need some help with what I point out in the videos below (i'm not sure what is considered a symbol in Animate) I only have one week's worth of experience with Animate ever so sorry if this is stupid The first video shows me working with the... inner symbols? idk what they're called, I point out that the hair animation lasts 40 bars or whatever those 3 digit numbers are below (120-160). Assuming that it'll last 40 bars in the second video. The 2nd one, I go back to the main body -> head layer and then play out the two classic tweens for the head layer to see if the animated hair lasts 40 bars but you'll see that when it reaches the first keyframe of the second tween, the animation cuts off. I'll circle around it Additionally, the last video shows the full body animation but with the full hair animation playing much later instead of when I want it to. I'll circle the area in the video to show the late hair animation.&n

Hey, i'm trying to load some of my saved swatches that automatically come up on old projects. I go to the "add colors" button i can click on my pre-saved palates but they simply don't load. I don't get an error message or anything.  I also tried going back into a document i was working on just yesterday. I deleted the color palates and tried to reload them but the same thing happened. I didn't save it and when i reopened the old file the color palates automatically came up. I just can't get them to load on anything new?  I also tried opening an old file, copying an old symbol and pasting it into the new doc, the pallats still aren't showing up on the new doc. Please help? 

Heya,I'm animating pixelart, when the frames get imported into the library, they're all blurry, so I have to right-click them, go to "properties" and uncheck "allow smoothing"Now, doing that for every frame of every character and animated object feels like rolling a boulder up a mountain, and draws majorly from my motivation, is there a way to make the "allow smoothing" box unchecked by default? or at least mass-unsmooth my imported frames?

Hi all,I'm having this weird bug where my upper menu is acting wonky. So much that it makes it pretty much unusable. The strange thing is that I don't have this in any other Adobe CC package, which I would expect in a case like this. I did update the last version yesterday, but I hadn't worked on this system with Animate CC before so I can't say if it was present in the previous version of Animate.So for example, if I hover over 'File', it will open the 'Control' dropdown menu. If I hover over it and DON'T move my cursor, it'll open the correct one. But as soon as I then move my cursor any direction, it will switch to the wrong menu.It applies to the File, Edit, View, Insert, and Modify links. But everything after that works fine. Very odd.I did some googling but didn't find anything useful. The only thing that seemed to come close was the following, which didn't help me. The drop down sub menus display on the wrong side

I click the Club button in the upper left of the stage panel. I get a hierarchical menu of the contents of my library. I click on one of the library items and... the menu closes. Nothing else happens. Isn't something supposed to happen?

Unless I have something converted to a symbol, animate will simply ignore my decimal values in it's X and Y position. So.Lets say that I want to duplicate an object and put it in the same exact place as it's symbol counterpart, but the symbol is at 130.2.  If I want to position the object there, the closest Animate lets me is 130.... Is there a preference or something that can do away with this pathetic/pointless limitation?

I want to make an animation in which a nurse walks through a hospital ward and stops at different beds.I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30cHqTXdDgg. I made an object follow a path, but after I add a keyframe, at the bed where I want the nurse to slow down, the object doesn't follow the correct path anymore, but follows the shortest path to the end point. The path the object follows does interact quite some times (I can't get rid of this). Before adding the keyframe the object did follow the path just fine.Underneith shows on the left the guide path with the dots where the nurse should stop. On the right, marked in red, the path is shown that the object follows after I add the keyframe.What is the simplest method of solving this or making the animation that I want. I do see the option of making different paths but this seems quite a lot of work, expecially is the animation becomes more extensive. I also want to have the nurse walk in a similar pace the whol

Really? I can find a few items, can you? When switching to Code F&R, my text is cleared out, why? What gives?Why isn't there an option to F&R ALL text values I specify, including Instance Names and MC names?

Hi guys! I'm doing a project in Adobe Animate, and I'm having some issues with the rigging. Sometimes parts will just randomly drift and won't stay in the right spot despite the parent layer not moving. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'd really appreciate the help!

First off, this is the first time I have ever used the warped asset tool for animating purposes. I've been animating them using classic tweens, but I'm encountering some corruption issues.For example, when I reopen files I'm receiving the following message:"Could not load scene into memory. Your document may be damaged."The FLA will still open and I can see all of my animations, but the warped assets are either missing completely or they're not animating at all. In the image below you can see that the warped asset has defaulted back to its original positioning. If I duplicate the layer or copy and paste everything into a new file, it will snap back into place. This is happening A LOT with any files that use the warped asset tool. I've found one other post about this issue and it claims to have been a bug that's been patched, but I'm using the most current version of Animate and still experiencing the issue. Can anyone help please! In Photoshop, Premiere, and other Adobe software - you can change the settings to use GPU.In Adobe Animate - there is no way to change the software to use GPU.I cant find a way in the Nvidia control panel to force the use of GPU either.Even Edge is using the GPU - but Adobe Animate will not.I have a 27" 4k monitor - and a Nvidia Quadro graphics card.But working with Animate is terrible. You cant move movieclips around the stage smoothly, and its just so laggy.I had same problem on my other pc a year ago. Also a 4k device.Please can anyone help - or Adobe offer an answer!

Hi All, So this is something I haven't come across before. I have an animation which plays back through all scenes fine, but when I come to one particular scene, I have symbols that move and resize into a circle, and then follow a motion path to the side of the screen. When scrubbing back through the timeline and when playing in the main animate window, everything works perfectly. However when I test the movie or export it, most of the symbols freeze and don't follow the path or motions set out. At one point animate crashed and was flashing up a load of messages about Advanced layers. I've checked and they are still on but I wonder if this has something to do with it. I'm not sure if I am allowed to attach it yet as I need to find out from the client due to it being their new product but if anybody may have some idea of what could be causing this, I'd be very grateful. hello community. I'm trying to put a sprite object (a text with a border) centered and it's impossible. In animate debugging it goes well, but when passing the apk to the mobile it goes wrong. And it goes wrong because the scale property doesn't work well in sprites and it does in movieclips (on the stage there is a movieclip (the background) and the text and sprite frame)scale works well in the entire application, but when scaling the sprite object (the only one in the app) it decenters me (if I remove the scaling the text comes out without scaling but centered). Any idea how to fix it?.
