I have win 10 and Adobe CC. I have used LR, but I'm now learning to use Bridge because of some advantages.I just cannot find instruction how to reselect adjustment brush pin. I know how to do it in Lightroom. I also noticed that there have been problems with that with the earlier versions of Camera Raw.  I have the latest version 10.5.Is it me or the software?Thanks.Auli

All,I had a number of problems with DNG files converted from Adobe DNG Converter 11.0 on Mac. Hi,I come from lightroom 6 + CS6 on OSX Maverick with no problems.Since I change to Lightroom  + photoshop CC (19.1.6) High Sierra, I have the following issue:When I set an old process version in lightroom like process 2010 (that I use a lot), then I choose "edit in photoshop" or " open as layers in photoshop", the image opened in photoshop was processed with the 2012 process version instead the 2010 I choose.Can anyone help ?Where can I tell it to Adobe ?Thank's by advance.Math.

Camera raw does not support my newly released Nikon COOLPIX P1000 yet, so I would like to use my plugin for reading NRW files.  Unfortunately, CameraRaw is always selected when opening NRW files and not my plugin in.I can't seem to uninstall camera raw or get photoshop to use my NRW file reader.

We use CS6 at the studio, and I am having major issues with the paintbrush making everything darker instead of lighter, or making the file very muddy, even though it shouldn't according the way the adjustment panel looks.  Has anyone had this issue?  Trying an update now to see if that helps the situation.

Gebruik al jaren PS Elements 12. Nu een andere camera in gebruik, nl Olympus OM DE M 5 mark II. Mijn RAW bestanden (ORF) worden niet meer ondersteund. Kan deze dus niet openen om te bewerken.Welk programma heb ik hiervoor nodig. Heb inmiddels  Adobe Camera RAW 10.5 geïnstalleerd maar er gebeurt niets. Kan de RAW bestanden nog steeds niet openen.Wie kan mij helpen. Ben niet piepjong meer, dus graag n simpele uitleg. (Voorkauwen noemen ze dat).Ans

Hi, I tried to use the DNG converter from Adobe and sometimes it works and sometimes it says error. What can I do? I've already tried re-downloading and restarting...

I have downloaded and installed the Adobe DNG Profile Editor, Version 1.0.0.47 betaTwo files get downloaded:  DNG Profile Editor.app" and also "DNG Profile Editor.app.dSYM".I am using an Apple iMac running High SierraThe program seems to start up properly when I click on it.When I click on File >  Open DNG Image.   ......the file opens.   "file name...   then M8 Digital Camera - White Balance: 4950/10"If I select Tone Curve, the program works If I select "Color Matrices" this is what happens:I go to "Temperature" setting, and try to move any "slider".  I get an error message "The operation could not be completed."I click OK.I go back to the program window, and at the top of the screen for DNG Profile Editor" and then select "Quit DNG Profile Editor".Sometimes the program will not quit.   In that case I need to Force Quit.Other times it closes.If I close and try to re-open an image, or a different image,  I get "DNG Profile

I have just recently upgraded to the latest windows 10 offering and all is well except when I am in adobe RAW and try to open a RAW file, the adobe programme crashes. It sends a crash report to Adobe but I think the reports must end up in the bin as no help has been received from Adobe. I pay a subscription each month to Adobe and it seems pointless at the moment. I can get around the problem by disabling Intel R HD graphics 4600 in Display Adaptors through the computers device manager but then when this is disabled I have then got several other issues with my display monitor. I am not very computer literate and cannot see how to overcome this problem. The drivers for the graphics 4600 are all up to date so they are not the problem. Any help gratefully accepted. Also is there any way I can phone Adobe as all links seem to lead me back to this forum.

Can we make additions to ACR using jsx scripting or plugins?  We would like to add Pentax Pixel Shift ability to ACR.  Need to be able to work on raw DNG files.Thanks,  RONC

I'm trying to use Adobe DNG Converter on my Macbook Pro which is running High Sierra 10.13.6.  The version of DNG Converter is 10.5.0.101.  After installing and opening the app, I see something that looks like a small capsule on the screen.  However, there's no images to upload.  I've tried reinstalling the program several times but get the same result.  No sure what I'm doing wrong.  Please let me know what to do next.

I know this has been asked previously but to my knowledge it has not been answered. My white balance tool disappears ? when clicking it on it sometimes the eyedropper is there & it works perfectly & other times its not? I don't know why this happens? I have found a previous post that says by holding down the shift tab & clicking on the move tab it brings out the white balance tool but this does not work for me. Has anybody been able to resolve this issue ?

Hey all.  Forgive me if this isn't the correct forum in which to post this question.I updated all of my CC apps on both my laptop and desktop.  On the Laptop, everything works fine, but on my desktop, although CC now shows that everything is up to date, I can only see/access the Adobe Color and Adobe Monochrome color profiles.  The other ones (Landscape, Portrait, etc) are simply not there.Any ideas?  Very much appreciated.

Yesterday I installed Photoshop CC the new version, I was using the 2015 version before, and also update from Lightroom CC 2015 to the new Lightroom CC Classic. Well, now Camera Raw can’t see my camera profiles, either the default camera ones, or the user or vendor camera profiles out there. Either inside Lightroom or in when opening a RAW file in photoshop. I’ve tried with CR2, RAF and ARW files, all of them say MATRIX and cnat chose another profile but monochrome. With DNG files it just says Color in Adobe Camera Raw, and inside Lightroom it say the profile I was using, RNI 4.0.3 bit it says missing. I also get the Conversion to XMP every time I open Lightroom, it completes successfull, but stil does it every time. I still have Photoshop Lightroom CC 2015.14 installed, and Camera Profiles work as they should inside that app. Inside the Camera Raw/Camera Profiles folder there are a few folders and tons of DCP files outside of folders. What Can I Do? Is there a way to completely remove

I much prefer using Camera Raw as my photo editor instead of Lightroom. There are some drawbacks to this workflow because of a couple of shortcomings of Bridge. Bridge is the only photo software I've ever seen that doesn't allow you to NOT download duplicate files. This baffles me. The second problem is that there is no way to backup Collections automatically. As important as Collections are for editing your photos, this is inexplicable.

Ginge es nicht schneller, wenn CR die GPU nutzen würde? I just bought the Lumix gh5 and the RAW file RW2 is not being accepted by Lightroom 6, which I purchased this year.  I've read some of the FAQ and answers without finding a fix.  Please advise.

Hi there,I appreciate its very early with the Nikon P1000 being released a short time ago but CC does not yet recognise the RAW files created in this camera. I got mine yesterday and spent several hours taking photos using only RAW.I downloaded them to my computer, switched to Adobe CC and was left with a message that these RAW files are not recognised.How long will it be before they are. In latest versions of Camera Raw, when we open an adjusted raw or dng file and make changes in several panels, there is an option (press P key) to preview the Before and After of all those changes.But there is not a straight way (*) to preview, compare, the Before and After of changes in the current panel.Because the icon (Highlighted in Fig. 2) that, in my little understanding, should do it, shows instead the default (zero) values,thus it is not showing the Before and After, but how new values compare to default ones, -values that I am not using at all-, as I have started with non-zero ones.I think this behaviour should be changed/reversed.On first capture the initial raw file open. Temperature compensation is changed from 0.Adjustments are not zero to begin with.On second capture, when pressing the highlighted icon, that previews with default values,there is no comparison with what it's being done. It makes no sense.(*)Yes I know I can use Ctrl/Cmd+Z or save snapshots. This icon is a
