HiI have a2019 iMac. When you look in the sytems info it says i am metal supported yet when i try and use Camera raw to enable Enhance on my Fujifilm files it comes up with a warning saying 'Not a supported metal card.' That is not the case.I have an old 2012 macbook pro and that actually works. seems ridiculous that the recent iMac wont. can anyone shed any light please? The improved masking tools in Camera Raw are a game changer. My typical workflow is to use the excellent improved Noise Reduction tool for the entire image. But I no longer use the main sharpening tools on the entire image, as that will result in sharpening of the background noise, etc. I go directly to the Masking tools, and apply sharpening, texture etc only to the subject(s). This helps keep the background bokeh soft & dreamy.But some tools are not available on the Masking Page. The Sharpening is more limited, and other tools like “Vibrance” can only be applied globally. I suggest integrating the Masking Features onto the main controls page, allowing all adjustments to be masked as needed. Why have limits on this powerful feature? Make masking unlimited as in Photoshop. The difference is that many of the tools in Camera Raw are more useful when applied to a RAW image than re-entering camera raw as a filter on an image that has already been processed. The mask

I have  PS/Camera Raw on a Mac Studio and a MacBook Pro, all of my software is up to date.  My PS Camera works normally on my MacBook, but I get strange shading / colors on my Mac Studio only when I am in masking mode.  General it is a shade of blue and it is not the masking area color. I’ve also noted that the light controls are affected also, without my input. My Camera setting’s are identical.   I have searched the web for the reason/ correction with no success.  Any thoughts on what the issue is?  Thanks.

Hi to all . when open camera raw from fotoshop beta or photoshop i getting this message. The graphics processor has encounted an unrecoverable error. Due to a run -time gpu acceleration has been disabled for the remainder session. thank a lot.

Dobrý den, během práce s camera raw přestala fungovat funkce "načíst nastavení" (cesta: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings ) Nic jsem neměnil. Jen jsem otevřel další nový raw soubor a chtěl načíst nastavení, které jsem měl uložené. Cesta přestala fungovat.Není to poprvé, vždy když proběhne aktualizace windows nebo Photoshopu se tadu funkce rozbije. Po kliknutí na funkci "načíst nastavení" mi systém nabídne složku, kde jsou uložené fotky. Nežádoucí. Věděl by někdo radu, kde se dá tato funkce obnovit nebo proč je blokována? A jak to opravit?

Mac 8 core i9Mac OS 14.4.1Photoshop 2025 AND BetaLightroom Version 8.1Adobe Camera Raw Version 17.1Canon 5D Mark IV (NEW to Canon, used to shoot Olympus and had none of these issues) When I try to open CR2 files in Photoshop (both 2025 AND Beta) shot on my 5D mkiv, the image appears garbeled. Previews and jpegs are fine.I've tried CF and SD cards (multiples of each). I've reinstalled Adobe Camera Raw twice.These Raw files WILL open in Lightroom and I can edit them there. Furthermore, from Lightroom I can File>Edit in Photoshop and they WILL open properly in PS, but the photo must first be processed in LR.Lightroom isn't part of my workflow and I don't want to have to upend my workflow as a workaround - I'd really just like to be able to open the RAW files in Photoshop, process them in Camera Raw and then continue processing in PS. I HAVE NOT yet tried downloading Canon's software, but again that would just add a few more steps to a workflow that SHOULDN'T be needed.Has any

Hallo Hallo, eine Frage: Ich bekommen immer wieder die Meldung links am oberen Rand im Camera Raw: "KI-Einstellungen aktualisieren".Dieser Hinweis kommt meist, wenn ich zuerst eine Maske vom Himmel (Himmel auswählen) erstelle und dann anschließend ein Objekt mit Hilfe von KI entfernen (Funktion: Generative KI nutzen mit Objekte erkennen) möchte.Erselle ich eine andere Maske z. B. mit Pinsel und entferne dann mittels KI ein Objekt kommt dieser Hinweis nicht. Was bedeutet dies?Danke Danke LGEva

Hi I am just trying to problem solve this very annoying issue in ACR. When its under a little more pressure the processor crashes and and pops up this error message.GRAPHIC PROCESSOR OUT OF MEMORYDUE TO A RUN TIME ERROR THE GPU HAS BEEN DISABLEDI have the latest NVIDEA driver installed on my new windows ASUS computer and about half my C drive is full.I have reinstalled ACR twice with no improvement and tried a couple of other tips from what I have found online but no luck so far......at my wits end now and wondering if anyone can offer an advice as to how to fix this. Hallo in die Runde, ich bin neu hier und hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann. Ich arbeite mit PS CS6 und CameraRaw 9.1.1.. Nach einem Umzug auf einen neuen Rechner mit Windows 11 habe ich CS6 eingerichtet und bis vor einigen Tagen problemlos arbeiten können. Seit gestern sind alle Kameraprofile verschwunden und es wird nur noch "Matrix" angezeigt". Eine Neuinstallation von CS6 ergab zunächst mit CameraRaw 7, dass wieder Profile angeboten werden, aber nach Update auf 9.1.1. sind wieder alle weg und Matrix wird angezeigt. (Die Objektivprofile werden aber korrekt übergeben, falls das von Bedeutung ist)Ich bearbeite alle RAW-Daten der Kamera (Nikon D7500) über den neuesten Adobe DNG-Converter und es ist ohne Bedeutung, was dort als Versionskompatibilität eingestellt ist (auch bei 7 und höher --> Matrix); Im übrigen, lief es ja bis gestern !Wer kann helfen?

When opening Lens Blur and selecting Apply in Camera Raw, I get the "Unable to load Lens Blur AI depth estimation model" error. Not sure how to fix this. System info attached.

I have everything up to date in Creative Cloud, and this just started showing up when opening my images in Camera Raw in photoshop. I have been working in this program for years and have never seen this issue before. In some photos it takes the entire white background and turns it red. Other images, it's only a little red. It's not the monitor as I have 3 seperate monitors up. I'm on a PC and everything. 

Been merrily editing my CR3 files with Camera Raw (don't know what version) until today, when CC auto-updated to CR 17.0.1. Now: I'm dead.  I updated to the latest OS that my 3.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 will run: 12.7.6. Still not good. How do I revert to an earlier version of CR that plays nice w OS 12.7.6? Obviously, I need to get a newer computer. But for now, can I get some time-travel help? Thanks.

Why doesn't Camera Raw reflection removal support Nikon .NEF files

It just started today and since then I've updated both graphics cards, reset preferences, reset dialogues, and reset the workspace. I have zero plugins.For a few of my photos (stock I've downloaded) I remove the color cast, merge the layers, convert to smart object, and open camera raw and this is what I'm presented with. It hasn't done this to ALL my photos, but quite a few of them. Can anyone tell me what's going on here? I'd really appreciate it.Thanks.

Version: 17.1.0.2100Using on Macbook Air M2 2023Steps: While editing a photo click to Snapshots, click create snapshot (command-shift-s), a box appears to rename the snapshot, you can either erase or double click and start typing when clicking into the text box, hit OK and the snapshot will appear with what you named it. Actual result: When the rename box appears you can't click into it to change the text right away. Sometimes it works if you keep clicking, but most of the time it doesn't let you so you have to rename it after creating the snapshot by right clicking on it and selecting rename.

Leider funktioniert mein Camera Raw seit neustem nicht mehr. Die Fehelermeldung lautet: Camera Raw benötigt eine GPU Beschleunigung. Leider haben alle Versuche zu nichts geführt. Gibt es vielleicht ein ersatz Programm was man nutzen kann? Hat jemand Tipps? Habe im Netzt gesehen, dass das kein einzelfall ist. VG

Hi, I am trying to process a .NEF file. The image displayed in Camera RAW has lower resolution when opened with Windows Photos. Did Camera RAW scale down my image? Can i get the same resolution as Windows Photos. Any help appreciated. I can provide the image if neccessary

Hi there, I'm just processing some pictures here and wondering where the 'Basic' tab has gone within Camera Raw? (usually situated at the top where the red dot in the attached picture is) It's the place where pretty much every adjustment I use on pictures is situated, including saturation, vibrance, dehaze highlights etc etc. At the moment, without the basic tab, I have to keep opening different tabe separately, which is making workflow when dealing with multiple pictures a bit of a pain. When selecting the healing tool (B) the zoom tool is sometimes selected and requires another press of B to actually get to the healing tool. It's quite an annoying bug as when I'm working quickly having to check what tool is actually selected breaks my flow.
