I've tried to buy Adobe connect by credit card.I entered correct information about credit card and then clicked continuebut website was not moved on to next page and also no error message was not shown.I asked credit card company about this problem. Hello,I know we can use url redirection to access and play back recordings from hosted adobe connect site.To do that we have to send username and pass in the string. I want to know if you can encrypt that info.Please let me know how we can do that or if there are other way we can do this task.Thanks,SG
Can host pause a participant video for all participants? Documentation says yes, but when I test it only pauses on host's screen.

An organization I'm involved with currently uses Adobeconnect.com to create live training sessions. While it is easy for us to track who's watching live, there is a need for us to also track who is watching those conferences at a later time in replay.As of now, if I click the http link of a published conference like this one, the organization has no way of knowing that I (Patrick) have watched the conference.I need to know if this is possible and also, pointing me to a technical document that would explain the possible mechanism to do such a thing would be greatly appreciated.Thanking you ahead of timePatrick Bisaillon
This is my Admin page one Rep can do recording and that recording will be available for him as well as Admin also.The problem is Rep can see the recording but when admin want to see the recarding he is not able to see he is getting "Not Authorized" Error page that is mention bellowPlease help me out i home it is related to any permission problem with Adobe connect. i have to set that but i don't know exactly.

As the title says: is there a way to enable a limited administrator to use the "make FLV" option? I've enabled "Allow Limited Administrator to access meeting and content folders" but I want to enable the ability for a limited administrator to make an FLV copy of a recording in a content folder, without enabling any other administrator privileges.Thanks in advance for any advice.
This is not good. In march I lost the video and audio in two important recorded webinars, case #0185323951. You told me that it was due to lack of cache memory on the servers???? Since that was embarrassing for Adobe I thought that it was fixed by now but obviously not. If I cant rely on the tools I cant work with my costumers in your tool. I have more webinars coming up so I want to know if you can deliver what you have promised. I like Adobe Connect it is an unique tool among the web conference systems so it would make me sad to change from it but still it have to do the basic. So fix this and make me happy Bengt

I am getting a grey screen when connecting to a meeting I am hosting and have no icons (only speaker and person icon) and am unable to share my webcam. The attendees are experiencing the same issue. Please help!
Last week our office was recording an Adobe Connect session and in the middle the network connection went down for a few seconds so we got an error message on the session but then it came back on. We noticed that it had stopped recording so we started it up again. Now when I view recordings for the session the first recording keeps saying "Your content is currently being processed. Thank you for your patience" and it has 0.0kb disk usage. It has been like that for several days. The second recording I can view just fine. How can we get the first recording fixed so we can view it?

If I connect headphones to a device that's feeding the audio into Connect, will the audio I hear be from before it goes to the Connect server or after it comes back from the server?
mp4 share is a black screen with only audio. I did this exact same thing for another meeting and it shared it fine. The only issue I have is that from time to time some participants are not able to see the video. It just freezes on them and they cannot hear anything either. Is this a weird Adobe Connect glitch?

Hi,Im trying to share video on adobe connect with "elgato video capture" usb plug in capture card, connected with a sony pmw-ex3 professional camera on a Lenovo windows 8 laptop, but the video window appears on black.I have tried to change the resolution from low to high on the program, but it doesnt works. i´ve tried to change from panoramic to normal view size, and still dont work.If i use the "elgato video capture" software from elgato web, the card works fine and capture video from the sony camera.What should i do?It could be caused by screen resolution?P.S: I have tried on a windows 7 asus laptop and it works fine.
I had registered for an Adobe Connect webinar that was supposed to start at 10amPT/1pm ET (so, five minutes ago). When I click the link in the reminder email which is supposed to guide me to the webinar, I'm told the session has already ended.Also, I wanted to cancel another session I had signed up for, but the cancellation link in the email is dead/request cannot be processed.Any help would be highly appreciated.
