Participants are gettting a spinnning circle a if they are waiting to connect into the adobe room but they never connect. Anyone know what is going on? Thanks
In Adobe Connect, Standard view, for one client, when the host attempts to share his/her screen all the participants are disconnected from Adobe Connect. They are not on their VPN; usually joining via browser. Once sharing is stopped the connections are re-established. Switching back to Classic view seems to have resolved the sharing issue. We think this is something on the client's side, but unable to tell them what it may be. Suggestions
Hi,We have been using adobe connect for about 9 months. Suddenly today our participants have no camera icon when they come into the room. The webcam is enabled for participants. We dont see anything in the admin that would prevent them from having camera. Has anyone had this and is there a work around? We know that some participants updated right before they came in. HELP!
Hi. I accidentally posted a screen shot that contained classified information that was not allowed to be legally shared to the public, because the photo showed a technical issue I hd with Adobe Connect.Is there anyway to remove this photo. I need it removed, immediately! This is urgent!
When someone shares a pdf file on Connect, it appears black with white text and some of the formatting is lost. How can I fix this?Thanks.
I love the notes pods and the ability to copy and paste text from one pod to another. However, in the new version, it does not retain the formatting. For example, I create a weekly agenda pod and want to use consistent formatting. When I attempt to copy from one pod to the new one, I still have to go back and re-format everything! When I go to download Adobe Connect, a warning of "no mountable file systems" displays. See attached for a screenshot of it. Anyone know how to fix this?
Dear all,we have the problem that sometimes, during our seminar, another layout is beeing selected randomly without the hosts clicking it.Can anyone help us with that? We´re still using Version 10 as a hosted service.Thanks in advanced.Christian
Today I had a user enter a meeting in what appeared to be "classic view" using the app. It had the fancy F next to the name. This user couldn't work any audio. Not until I shared a URL that ended in "?proto=true", which is one that worked for me, was this user able to open the Standard View, which was installed. This happened to the same user twice, both with the same resolution. My questions for this ever-so-erudite group. 1. What in the world could have cause a user to enter a meeting in Classic View, to a meeting that was set to be done in Standard View (and 28 other members in Standard View). He said he had the newest app, and it wasn't an old computer (I suspected 32-bit). 2. Does anybody have a list of all the extra codes with an explanation of what they do? ?proto=true ---- what does this mean??html-view=true --- I know this one forces a meeting to open in HTML view.I know there are others... a complete list wou
A Mac user can load the Connect meeting interface but when he tries to share screen he gets a pop-up that says: "Couldn't write the application to the hard drive. Please verify the hard disk is available" with options to retry or cancel. On retry same error. Any idea of what is going on and how to fix it? thanks
Are others continuing to have issues with Adobe Connect standard view rollout? We continue to have problems with this product. Unable to use the browser option due to connectivity and audio issues, Apple MAC users unable to download the new application, incedibly long hold times when calling Adobe Support, does not work well with mobile, editing issues and the list goes on. The roll-out of these releases since September, 2020 have not been good and Adobe has been slow to fix some of these major issues. We have used Adobe Connect for several years now, but in the last 6 months the quality of this product has really gotten to the point where we are going to have to find a different platform as our business relies on the Adobe connect platform significantly as we are a continuing education company that does 2-4 live webinars weekly with this product. Was just curious if others were dealing with similar performance issues.
Hello, When you go back to a slide with animation on it, Connect goes to before the first animation instead of to after the last animation like it does when showing a PowerPoint. Is this by design for some reason or a bug in the conversion? I've attached a demo file so you can see what happens.

Hello fellows,every two weeks on saturday a friend of mine has a meeting with her university.When the academics is uploading a file to download she isn't aible to download it with her chromebook.Everything else works fine, but she can't download files they uploaded. Her fellow students are aible to download it, but I think they use windows computers or macs. The failure that shows in the buttom left corner at "FILES" is "unsupported content". Does anyone have an idea to fix ist? Is there any way to get it worked on the chromebook? (maybe install at google chrome browser)Thank you for your help! Kevin

I've been on the phone for hours trying to get access and additional information to our Adobe Connect account. I was given a cgsup@adobe.com email address to ask for help, but it came back undeliverable. I'd like to batch download the video recordings out of Connect and then discontinue the subscription plan. Customer support thus far has been entirely unhelpful and unresponsive. Advise please!
Why am I not seeing the "view votes" button in all of my polling pods? It is random apparently. Some of my polls have it, others don't.

What is the difference between muting the microphone & disconnecting it?
I have win-7 32-bit operating systems. I can't open screen sharing. Because new release (2021.2.18.64) don't support 32-bit systems. Have any solution this problem?
Has anyone else had challenges using PGI as a audio conference provider since the update this weekend? On all of our licenses, we can't start the audio conference bridge so that users can use the "call me" feature. Also, the settings are auto-populating VOIP options now, which we could uncheck, but it's a pain that it does it automatically. We are able to open the phone bridge manually (dialling in manually), but the platform is not correctly capturing users who are calling in - no phone numbers are appearing in the Attendee Pod as users dial in even though we can all hear the speaker. The PGI Adapter is already turned on.Thanks
We have a client who is not allowed to download the AC app to their devices, so they have been joining meetings via browser. Moving to the Standard view, we found that when the participants are granted access to share their screen,they are not able to . This functionality is vital to the success of our client training. Is this a 'known issue' or is there something we can do to get around it?
There's a new update out this morning (Adobe Connect Application 2021.3.4). I was surprised and hopeful that this will fix some of the problems (it doesn't). While it's nice to get a reminder to update, why am I still asked to update, even after I have. It's annoying. Is there some way I can bypass this reminder?
We use Adobe rooms about 30 times a day. Users are regularly encountering a wide variety of problems since the forced update to 11.2. There are too many to list, but Mac users seem to have the hardest time (myself included). On a two year old Macbook running OS 10.13 High Sierra, using the new app, I am booted from Connect whenever I try to turn on my mic or speakers or video. If I join by HTML, it works for a while then audio disappears. I can't screenshare in either the app (booted from the room) or HTML (not allowed in HTML).( I have uninstalled flash player, I have installed the latest Adobe Connect app, and I have changed the security permissions to allow Adobe Connect to control my computer (SystemPreferences/Security&Privacy/Accesibility/Privacy)On a 6 month old Macbook running 10.15.5 Catalina, I can join via the app and use the mic, video, and speakers, but when I share my screen, only the desktop displays to the other users.
