I'm converting an Adobe Presenter module so it will play in HTML5 using Adobe Presenter 11.1 on a Windows 10 machine. There are a few slides in the course where I want the learner to be able to look at the contents for however long they want before proceeding. On those slides, I have a homemade "Next" button on the slide, which the user can click on to advance to the next slide when they're ready. (I have the slide with the button on it set to advance by user to prevent it from just going to the next slide automatically.) The button does take them to the next slide; however, that slide doesn't autoplay...it just sits there and does nothing, unless the learner uses the playbar to manually make it start playing. How do I fix it so that so that that next slide plays automatically? (I believe this worked fine when I was publishing it to SWF....just doesn't seem to work in HTML5 publish, based on the preview I did in HTML5.) HI! I have my online classes from the upcoming monday, but I didn't manage to install Adobe Connect application for desktop. An error occurs regularly. I have seen several items documenting that all users need to be either using VoIP or telephone to successfuly use breakout rooms in Adobe Connect. There can not be a mix of participants using VoIP and telephone in a breakout room. I do not see this in the 'Known Issues' list; does this mean it's not being addressed as an issue? If it is being addressed, is there a projected release for it to be resolved in?

I have built a lobby that includes both video and audio (separate files). I'm hosting the event using the Adobe App on my Mac. Both files are loaded into Adobe Connect as online content. The video file plays and has no sound -- just infographics but is a video file. No issues there and uses the share document function in a share pod. The audio file is an MP3 and is shared in a separate share pod. It appears not everyone who joined the meeting using a browser was able to hear the music. They can, however, hear presenters just fine once we get to that phase of the program. Those using an app and possibly some of those using browsers heard the audio without any problems. The recording of the event also recorded the music. Is this a glitch or a known limitation? I'm trying to figure out why the MP3 couldn't be heard by some but could be by others. Thank you!
Hello,I have been using Adobe Connect since the start of lockdown as a teacher and everything was great. However, although the Standard View will now be generalised, I am concerned since the videos I play always stop at some point, after 1, 2 or 3 minutes on this configuration, and it seems impossible to play them till the end - the videos stop for my students, too.When I use the Classic View, everything works perfectly. I can play the videos as I want. If I upload a video from the classic view, and then swith to the Standard View, it is the same problem. I am using the app.Would you know how to sort out the issue? The Standard View will be the only one as of this weekend and I am pretty concerned about it!Thank you very much,Colas
Does anyone know how to stop all breakout rooms hearing each other?We have 4 breakout rooms running and they can hear each other?Weird!

Hi,The recorded adobe connect can be seen by using the recording link. But it is always on the local server.How can we download such a meeting/ session so that it can be listened offline on desktop?Thanks & Regards,Daman
I used adobe for 3 week in browser until today 2/12/2021 Today I get it loaded and log in, get the message adobe meetings will not open on this PC, download desktop version. I did so and nothing loads, message comes up on my home screen, adobe meetings will not run on this PC' Tried everything I know to do, anyone have a answer?
I have a recorded meeting, but it does not open in either HTML or App. This has got to work more seemlessly. Any suggestions?
I am having an issue where I publish a presentation through Adobe Presenter and when I upload the file to our Adobe Connect server, part of the template graphic is flipped (the mirror image of itself). I have attached two photos to demonstrate what I'm talking about. Has anyone seen this issue or know of a workaround? Thanks
So, I've been using connect flawlessly for the past year. But now with the death of flash, it has continued to work until today on my chromebook, but today, it wouldn't open up. Yesterday, it worked, but today, nothing. Any suggestions(besides buy a new computer)?
Hi all, We are having a major issue with microphones during meeting. We deliver online tutorials. Usually 2 hosts and up to 30 students. Since the new release we have found that even when students/hosts have thier microphones muted on Adobe, sound is still coming through. Our sessions are recorded, so this is a major GDPR issue for us, as session facilitators and students can be on other calls at the same time. Is anyone else having this issue/know how to solve? We are running a three-day program with six-hour sessions in which we use the breakout rooms heavily. Today, we experienced an issue with the breakout rooms that I have never encountered before. We separated the class into four preassigned groups. After we began the breakout session(s), we noticed the participants started shuffling between the breakout rooms. I've experienced people dropping off the meeting and coming back to the main room, but never people being bumped from their breakout room into another room during a breakout session. As you can imagine, this caused absolute chaos on us as producers, who were NOT moving the people around. Additionally, I personally got booted from the meeting no less than ten times over the course of the day for "poor connection" although I was hardwired into my router and had a solid connection. I guess my questions are: Was there a systemwide issue with Adobe Connect today? Has anyone else experienced participants being bumped fro

At the beginning of the month, I was not having any issues with video playback or with importing (12/2/20). However, as of yesterday, I am now seeing this exact behavior; when I try to preview or publish the presenter file/slide that contains the imported video, it gives me a blank slide that lasts for 5 seconds with no audio. I have not changed anything since the last time I opened the files.I've tried both MP4 and AVI files.I have also verified that my global flash settings are correct.Any other ideas?
I have a full license for meeting and seminars and I am practicing fucntionality for my comapny. I’ve managed to set up the meeting correctly but can’t get anyone else to get access. It keeps coming up with the message ‘user limit exceeded’. I have deleted additional test sessions that overlap in case there was an issue with timetabling; I have created sessions where the only attendee is myself and still 'user limit exceeded'! I have been back and forth changing the 'host'/'presenter' status on myself and a colleague to see if that makes a difference to letting people in and nothing. I have logged out and logged back in, still 'user limit exceeded'. I have set the settings to allow invited guests, allow all guests with a URL, still 'user limit exceeded'. It’s only when setting up a meeting that I have this problem; I have set up seminars successfully but using seminars limits certain participant interactions like 'raise hand' etc. It's really important I get this is

hello,I'm running a trial version of adobe connect training,and after creating and starting a meeting room my participants can't access the room and this message shows up "The user limit for this meeting has been exceeded. I am in the process of updating the calendar of events that we host for our clients 3 times a week to train them on our accounting software.When I attempt to duplicate the event when I press save I always get an error message "Request Not Processed" "The system was unable to process your request. For further assistance, please check out the Adobe Connect support centre or contact Adobe Connect support. I am a meeting room host. There are two other hosts in the meeting. I want to leave the meeting. Can I do that without ending the meeting session for the other hosts and participants?
Hi all, Since a few days ago I am totally unable to host any kind of meeting with my Connect license (up to 500 users). It only allows host to connect. Then, any other user trying to access the room gets always the same message: "User limit exceeded for this account". (Note: Of course I set up my room properly for guest access, so far and so on, I am Connect user since 2007, so save any possible basic or straightforward reply)When I check my administration section of my Connect account, I can read this: Look: Here you can read under "Meeting" that "Meeting Peak Concurrent Users" is set to 1 and "Soft Limit" also to 1 ?!?This is happening too to other known users with similar license. We all are stuck in this situation.Anyone can help? Thanks!!
