Hi, I am trying to download the Adobe Connect application onto my Lenovo Laptop. It is saying 'download failed'. Any reason why? I need this to open a link for part of my interview process for an upcoming job! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone. I have problem with using my mic in Android app. When I give the permission of using my mic to app I can't use my headset to hear the voices and also I can't use my headset mic to talk it seems like there is no headsets on my device. And then I have to use my tablet speakers and mic to stay in connection which is not really good. 

Hi, Just ran a session today and having issues with Edge browser. Learners using the App, Chrome, Safari etc have no problem. The issue is when webcam is on for the Hosts. When switching between layouts edge freezes and does not allow the participants or host to see or complete any chat or polls or whiteboard activity although audio appears to be working fine.  The participants and hosts have to kill the browser and relaunch. After the session I ran the same session on a range of browsers, devices and operating systems. I did not get any issues with the exception of Edge. This was not an issue last week when running the session so could this be related to an update by Adobe or Microsoft??  Anyone any ideas?   

i am from france and use adobe connect mobile persian language.but when i try to write in farsi language , the words written reversely . for example when i try to write سلام , it shows م ا ل س. what should i do ? i need to read and write farsi . I am quite comfortable creating the vtt file format for my .mp4s ijn Premiere pro and have no problem uploading the videos into share pods in Connect. we have just moved to v11 and I am trying to find the process to get the caption sidecar files connected to the video and where they should be loaded.

Hi, I'm trying to make a package for Adobe Connect using the MSI, but my issue is, is there a workaround for it not installing in AppData / Roaming, because it is quite clear it does not install properly as an application should, as the MSI installs in the Program Files, under Adobe. But when you look, it is just the EXE file disguising as an MSI. I don't have much experience with Adobe, therefore I don't know if this can be done.  

Dear colleagues! You might have an idea. Wanted Behavior: LMS-Integration is creating a meeting with a layout based on a customized defaultmeetingtemplate. Real Behavior: I have successfully customized the defaultmeetingtemplate in the "Shared Templates"-folder. When i create a new meeting from within the AC-Backend it works fine. When a meeting is created by the LMS (Orbis, Lernwelt by Materna), the original defaultmeetingtemplate by AC is used to setup the layout, not the customized one. I do not know why and where this old defaultmeetingtemplate is coming from and how to turn the LMS to use the customized one. Thank you for helping me!Hilmar

We have a number of participants as guests in our Adobe room, which stays open pretty continuously.  Right now the settings have it so when a guest/participant is moved to a breakout room, they are automatically assigned enhanced rights to the Notes pods, and can edit the information there. I haven't been able to find a way to turn this option off for the breakout rooms, and have only been able to remove the rights manually from each participant in each room.Is there a way a host or the administrator can adjust this setting so that the breakout rooms do not auto give those enhanced rights, without having to close & remake the breakout room, or move participants?

HiWhen i'm in a meeting and i want to talk,my friends can hear me but my voice echoes very bad.I checked my mic but nothing was wrong with it.I have this problem with Samsung galaxy S8+ & Note 8.

Hello Actually I've found out that one of our participants was moved into blacklist after a meeting.          Could you please turn them back, beacuse the really didn't do anything.           Thanks a lot

I am creating a presentation in adobe presenter, "my objective is to show 7 sections in the table of content on the side panel, each section has a title with several pages inside of the section, the idea is to show them collapsed, and on click should show the pages in that particular section.To do that, I created the "7 sections on  PowerPoint" and the pages within each individual section. The problem is: When I publish the presentation in presenter it shows all the sections expanded without the main section titles! am I doing something wrong?  In theory, it should show the 7 sections collapsed. and on click of each section,  should expand and show the pages within the sections. your help will be appreciatedI have tried everything and invested at least 7 hours looking for a solution.

When attempting to connect to audio bridge today during a webinar I encountered the following messsage. An authentication error occurred. Please verify the audio settings for this meeting in Adobe Connect Central. I get the same message now when I test it in adobe connect central in MyAudio Providers. I have been conductiong webinars every Tuesday and Thursday since March. This audio bridge was working fine last Thursday. It works fine if I manually dial in on my phone. How do I fix this?

I am looking to run meetings via Adobe Connect, but I was told someone from Adobe would need to be present for the entire meeting to conduct tech checks. Am I required to have Adobe personnel perform the tech check, or is there a training where I would be able to do those myself?

I want to upload the recorded file of the classroom in the University sites CMS.On a website, I read that I should choose the action dropdown in front of the recorded content and then choose the make offline from that menu but there is nothing except Edit in the menu.is there any way to make recoded content to be downloadable as MP4?

I have the same problem. Office 365/PowerPoint installed, latest and greatest because that's a feature of Cloud based subscription. I downloaded Adobe Presenter 11.1 because it advertises what I need however I get the same error, above with all PPT files. Also, the use of SWF is a dated these days so will Adobe update and plug these issues?  

Hi there, My Company is an Adobe Connect customer (latest Ver.). In the Adobe Connect Backend I have the possibility to extract CSV-Exports of meeting participants sorted by date. The issue is, that I have to download exports channel by channel, day by day, which produces a lot of work. Is there any admin option I can execute to give a command as follows (example): --> extract a CSV-Export of channels A/B/C ... for full month (October 2020)! (so I can export multiple channels & months) Kindly waiting for a feedback of the community or Adobe support. Thanks a bunch Timur
