Hi all,In Adobe Connect Central (the back end) I've gone to my seminar (or meeting) and Uploaded Content. I can see my PowerPoint files listed, all good. When I select one and go to delete it I have the following red warning show up:* - This item has other items linked to it. If you delete this item, then the links that point to this item will also be broken. Please verify that this is what you want to do before proceeding. The trouble I have is that even though the files are listed as Yes in the "Referenced" column (To determine if the content is still being used in the meeting room, view the Referenced column. A Yes indicates that it is still being used. An empty column indicates that it is not.) I can't see it in the room. I have actually stopped sharing in the pod in the room, not showing those files. So why do they come up as Referenced, when they aren't in the room any more? Is it because I can go to my recent files and reload them? I find this confusing.Thanks for your help,Jo
We've uploaded 720p mp4 videos to our shared content. When playing back via a Share Pod, the video stutters. In the playback bar I can see that the caching cannot stay ahead of the playback.Is there a way to optimize?Thanks.
I have an event series set up and have selected the option the "Require Approval" when people register. However, I don't get notified of the registrations and so need to go into Participation Management several times a day to check if anyone has registered (for each occurrence of the series) and approve them. Is there a way to automatically be notified when someone registers for such an event?
Hi,I just changed my settings on my Connect meeting, so now HTML client is allowed.Later, I "forced" HTML client by adding the parameter "?html-view=true" at the end of meeting URL. My intention is to experience the full HTML Connect client.What I get is a totally blank screen after login with my registered meeting account. This blank page has certainly some JS source code behind, but it is a total white page, anything happens.Tested on several computers and browsers (all up to date). Share my screen doesn't open in adobe connect 11.9.980.387... When I try to share my screen nothing happens. Everything else works. If I log into anther PC it works fine. What could be the cause of this issue?
I am trying to upload a Ted Talk to my meeting room so it's ready for the presenter to share. It's an MP4 video file, downloaded from the Ted Talks website. It gets to about 10% and then I receive an error message stating, "There was an error converting your file." Any thoughts on why this happening and what I can do to fix it?

I tried to acces to one meeting room, but I can´t.I think there is some kind of problem with my home´s public IP because I can access to the same meeting room, with the same laptop, from my office, and it´s works perfectly..any suggestions?
I use OBS as my (virtual) webcam. That works fine on my laptop, but I just cannot get it working on my stationary computer.OBS works fine - I can use its virtual output in every application (e.g. Google Hangouts), but I just cannot get it working on Adobe Connect.I know about the Camera settings in Adobe Connect - that is not the problem. If I juse an external webcam it works fine.It is something that should work, because it works on my laptop (with the exact same setting within OBS and Connect).It also has nothing to do with OBS, as it works within other applications.But on Adobe Connect it stays black. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I just upgraded my computer from a MacBook Pro 2011 to a MacBook Air 2018. When I run the Adobe Connect app on my MacBook Air, the CPU usage (per Activity Monitor) is consistently higher than 100% (on a dual-core processor). This is obviously causing my computer to overheat and constantly run the fans at full speed. My MacBook Pro did nothing of the sort. I've seen older questions about this on the Adobe Forums, but no recent issues...any help would be appreciated.
i have 10 attendees and i have to provide 7 attendees to access the webcam, audio and chat and pods for the webinar and 3 attendees can't be shown to other attendees and host also and they don't have any access either they show the webinar. they can not chat with other participants and also not show the list of participants.it is possible using adode connect api in php and how can i do this give me any idea for that.[Moved from the Forum Comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a product-specific support forum - moderator]
Headset works perfectly with sound from all other applications, even from adobe connect on my iPhone. But when I connect through my macbook and secure the sound settings in OS reflect sound output is to be directed to my qc35, nothing happens - no sound travels to my headset. ( i can quickly turn on iTunes music from my mac which works fine though). Something is wrong somewhere and is seems to not be a user setting as far as I can tell...I see strings around this subject here and there inhere but not answers that works for me. The adobe diagnostics tool that I used to test pre meetings on mac works consistently well as sound is tested to be all in order but as soon as the meeting starts it no longer works. Remember the adobee connect app and same headset works perfectly when I connect to a meeting through my iPhone...for me it "feels like" bug in adobe software but i can't say for sure...Any other tips?Thanks allKR,Klaus

I have a iMac and have followed the instructions for updating Google and installing Adobe and Flash player on my system. I have been unable to obtain a successful test for Adobe connect or Flash player after multiple installations and tests. I don't know what else to do. Help!!
Why can I not access to a meeting in adobe connect mobile if the meeting is programming: Anyone with the URL of the meeting can enter the room, the system request me login and password.

Hello everyone! I am trying to get a hold of an actual human from Adobe. I called yesterday during their hours, was on hold for an hour and a half and never got a response. The chat has been down as well so I can’t use that. Last March I cancelled my subscription to Creative Cloud. By April, the service was terminated. Cool, I thought. But I’ve come to realize that they RENEWED my subscription in June without my consent. They have been charging me for the past ten months for a service I didn’t want and had already cancelled. I didn’t even suspect anything because to this day I get about 1/2 emails a month asking for me to come back to Creative Cloud. I have all the emails and evidence. I would email them to Adobe but they don’t have a support email address. I don’t want to have to go to court but I will if I have to.If anyone from Adobe is reading this, or if anyone knows how to get in contact with them, PLEASE let me know. I’m out hundreds of dollars.
I have a number of employees that have left my organization and I want to disable their account in Adobe Connect, but not delete them as I still may need to run a report on compliance training that has been completed. Does anyone know how I could suspend these accounts, or expire their passwords without the system generating emails to notify them that their password is about to expire? I want to prevent unauthorized access as they are no longer employees.
