When I have tried to connect to Adobe connect on my laptop using Safari or Firefox I’ve been able to, however when I have tried to do it on my iPad with the same url it keeps saying that the URL does not exist please help?

I’m a Adobe Connect user and I have a question regarding a camera.Currently I’m using a 720-pixel Logicool to send video to the Adobe screen.But I’m thinking about buying a higher resolution Logicool such as 1080p.Do any of you know if Adobe Connect support 1080p cameras?  And if it does not support 1080p, could you tell me what pixel Adobe Connect can handle?

Hi there, I have a problem. Adobe Connect won't connect as soon as I want to start a session. It just sais "Connecting..." and 5 min later while he diagnosis programm "it wasn't able to connect"The strange thing is, that Adobe Connect can connect at my work place, over a VPN or mz mobile hotspot - but not at home with my wifi. That's so strange. Has anybody an idea? thx so much in beforehand

Does anyone know if the most recent release of Adobe Connect is affected by the Tomcat vulnerability found in many version including ver 8.0.5. Hello,Has anyone experienced repeated disconnects from AC during meetings today? I'm running a class and all my attendees keep getting dropped every few minutes or so.  I also get dropped every now and then.  My internet connection appears to be fine as I can navigate the web during these disconnects.  I've also run ping tests when I get disconnected from AC and it doesn't seem to be my internet.

What do the colors of the Attendee Engagement bar to the left of the microphone mean?  You have not updated the help window on them as far as I can see.

Hi,I´m testing Adobe Connect Webinar using the free 30 day trial, and although it informs about the possibility to "connect with up to 24 other people at once", I can´t do it with more than 4 simultaneously (1 host and 3 participants).From this moment, every user that try to access using the link of the session obtains the following message: "The user limit for this meeting or seminar session has been exceeded. Contact your meeting or seminar organizer for assistance".Could you please tell me if I am doing something wrong? May be it´s normal for this trial time? I don´t really understand how does it works about this question...Thanks!

Hello - I have been using the Adobe Connect Launcher desktop application to access my classrooms for a few years now and it has always stored the links to all 7 of my classes without a problem. Over the summer, I had an issue come up in 2 of my classrooms so my school's director made 2 new classrooms. I wanted to get the old classrooms off of my frequently used links, so I pressed "clear recent" and now it only stores 4 classroom links at a time. How can I get it back to where all 7 of my classroom links are available? Whenever I try to add a fifth link, it deletes one of the older ones. I tried to use the favorites to store all of my links, but it also only stores 4. Help please! This is costing me a lot of time! Thank you! Meredith

Hello,Is there a way that we can turn the "pause" feature OFF for the users? With our trainings we need to be able to see everyone live and it is frustrating to always have to ask them audibly to un-pause their cameras. If this is not a feature I think in a future update it should be an option in preferences.

Am using Mac OS X (10.13.6), and suddenly am getting:  You cannot access this meeting because your meeting login has expired. Please log in to the meeting in a new window.Am able to login using Firefox, but getting VERY high cpu usage from the FirefoxCP plugin for Adobe.Please help me use Safari, or fix the VERY HIGH CPU usage with Firefox...Any suggestions welcomed.

Hello,we use an Adobe Connect room as a virtual classroom and would want to see when someone writes to the chat, at what time he wrote. As you can see, the timestamp does not show up, no matter which browser we use to start the AC room.Can you help?

Will connect work on a multi user platform, i am using a terminal server with a few thin clients connecting to individual profiles, i cannot get the connect program to run from the thin clients ( ncomputing L300) but it runs ok if i am logged into the terminal server direct. The OS is Server 2008 r2Any suggestions

I'm in need of help.  I'm trying to use the Adobe Connect Add-In for some meetings, but any time I click the "Share Webcam" option it gives an error that the Adobe Connect Add-In has stopped working.  I have attempted in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.  I don't believe the browser is the issue because the meeting itself loads fine in either.  It is the separate Add-In that crashes.  It does not even bring up the dialog box to allow or deny access.  It crashes before that box comes up.Some background information:ASUS T100Windows 10Adobe Connect 9 Add-In (Version 9.2.2)Adobe Flash Player 18 NPAPII'm attempting to use the built in webcam.  It works on other sites such as www.testmywebcam.net.  Any help is appreciated because right now I have to use another computer in order to share a webcam.Thanks

Hi, We would like to retrieve the tags that are associated with an event via the Adobe Connect API. I tried the event-info, sco-info, sco-contents and sco-expanded-contents actions already, but none of these seem to include the tags. Does anyone know how to obtain these via the API?Thank you, Max

Hi,We're trying to upgrade our on premise version of Adobe Connect as easily as possible to 9.8 from 9.5Does anyone know how to do this without having to install every patch inbetween?  When we tried to install 9.8 it said we had to install 9.7.5 first, which needs 9.7.0b installed first etc etc.

When we upload our powerpoint into connect and run it in a webinar, the slides don't animated. They remained paused until we click on the play buttonIs there a way to have play automatically when when entering the slide?

We're running into this weird issue, where the new slides we've added to our power point won't animate on screen. We've gone up down the other slides and there doesn't appear to be a difference between the two. It works fine in the Power Point preview mode, but when we exported for connect with the Adobe Presenter and upload to connect, the new text doesn't animate at allAnyone else experience this and found a way to fix it?

Is there a way that the host an share their screen with one delegate only so they are able to read the notes (script) as the host is talking through it. I know you can make them a presenter but they can still click the screen forward in this mode. We just want them to be able to see what the host can but have no other ability to use any of the other functions a host can. Thanks
