Hey There,I've tried to download the Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Adobe Connect, but the links (showed on: "https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html") isn't working. It always says "The requested URL /pub/adobe/magic/adobeconnect/outlook_addin_3_5_32bit.zip was not found on this server." Maybe there is a Person somewhere to fix this problem. Probably there is another link to download the Add-In.Thank you very much and best regardsMarcel
Adobe deprecated the FLV format and removed it from the CC media encoder, after effects, animate and premiere. BUT, According to this help file FLV with on2 or sorenson codec are the only video formats that will work on mobile iOS... Adobe Connect for mobile Help and FAQs It's under "some people can't see what I'm sharing"I've searched but I haven't found much, is there an FLV encoder available? One that works or still works on a mac?
HiSo I can't get my mic working on my phone. It doesn't show the microphone and webcam menu buttons, and I can't find anything on the internet... I need it for school so it's kinda important that I get it working soon
I have Adobe connect 100 seat manager. The next step up is the 500 seat. Is it possible to buy a 2nd 100 seat manager and merge the 200 to give me 200 total seats for our chat room?
Does anyone know if it's possible to build a non-flash extension? like in HTML5 or something? We had a couple of activities lined up like simple quizzes that can't be taken by everyone because they are on mobile, and the mobile app doesn't support flash. So is it possible to build an extension that doesn't use flash or swf?
I want to cancel my membership/service for which my MasterCard [removed] is being charged every month. When I go to Plan & Products on the website I am notified that there is no plan or product registered against my membership ID. When I go to Contact Us, Chat option is never active. When I try to contact on the specified Phone number 8008336687 it is switched off even during regular business hours. My son has a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 to use for his classes which are on Adobe Connect. We cannot get the microphone to pick up his sound. Does anyone have hints of how to get it to work? We are operating on Windows 10Pro.Thank you in advance.Kimberly

Hello - I purchased photoshop CS5 extended a while back. I own the license, and it is prior to the Adobe charging a monthly fee. My MAC died and I am trying to install CS5 on my laptop using the license that I already own. I want to deactivate the license on my Imac desktop, and activate the license on my macbook pro laptop. I cannot find the option to download CS5 anywhere online. Thank you!

I am using the report-recording-views and report-meeting-attendance to track how many people attend each meeting and how much time each person spends viewing the recordings of each meeting. This is a school, so there are lots and lots of meetings. I need to write a program to run on a cron job to grab the attendance data and insert it into our database. The only way I've been able to think to do this is to start with sco-contents and loop through and drill down using the new sco-id each time until I find a meeting archive and then use report-recording-views (I haven't even tried to get the live attendance yet) on that sco-id. This unfortunately results in 5-6 nested for loops which is rendering the program unusably slow. Is there a simpler way to grab all this data on a mass scale?
We have recently integrated our LMS with Adobe so that we can take attendance automatically. Since the integration is new to us, we tested a meeting and recorded it for a short time. However, the meeting does not appear in the recording list in the Adobe Connect central login site. Is this recording located elsewhere when integrated? Is there a minimum length of time for a recording?
I currently have an All Apps sub with Adobe. I just heard about "Connect" and was wondering if this is an app that can be added or if its extra. I used to use gotomeeting for online seminars. But don't want to spend the $$/mo. for that if I don't have to. Anyone know if Connect is something I am qualified to use with my current sub plan?
My NUC running Windows 10 works great, to access the Internet, play music, etc.I am using an HDMI cable to connect the NUC and monitor, where my speakers are.When I try to join an Adobe Connect 9 meeting my trouble begins.First: I hear nothing, volume is turned up and my default speakers are set to the ones in the monitor. If I open a net tab in the browser, hear YouTube videos just fine.Second: If I plug a headset into the USB Port of the NUC I do hear the sound through Adobe Connect 9.It is as if Adobe Connect does not pick up sound through the HDMI port.Any ideas?Thanks,
I would like to know if it is possible to track the actions of an administrator in the system. I would like to be able to see what users a certain administrator has setup or who created a particular login. I am the only training manager at my company, but I have recently noticed some abscure logins when running my reports. Someone is creating logins, giving these logisn access to admin rights and placing them in various groups, having the complete training and deleting them. All facility managers have Admin access so I'm not sure where this is occuring. The information avaiable for these logins are very vague with often only a first name, and they do not show up on my user list. If anyone has some suggestions on tracking down the source of this problem it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

When in a meeting we try to use "Share your screen" - it hangs and fail when trying to install the plugin.We have Adobe Connect 8. I'm trying to write a PHP that will parse the XML data of meeting attendance, but I can't access that data without logging in. How can I use API to access and parse this data, is there a way to pass my credentials in? I'm using this service to get the XML: Adobe Connect Help | report-meeting-attendance I've tried first doing get request to http://alu.adobeconnect.com/api/xml?action=login&login=username&password=password but that doesn't work.
I recently deleted old breakout rooms and created some new ones. When I went to view the new breakout rooms, I discovered a date and then all the pods from the old breakout rooms. In the past when I deleted breakout rooms, the pods created in those breakout rooms were deleted too. Is this some new feature?
