My company has completed a merger and we can no longer use the name of our old company. All of our Adobe Connect links have the old company name. What is the possibility of getting a new license under the new company and not having all of our links break? Do you all help with this process. We have over 500 courses stored under Adobe Connect and need to know our options.
Can't log in to paid subscription ConnectNow. "Ongoing Maintenance" error message has been up for at least 6 hours with no ability to contact Support and no status update. Lost client presentations. Is this the best Adobe can do?
Why does the Contact Customer Care page remain broken for years?It displays this message when you actually try to contact someone:Calling a number on the Reach us by phone page sends you to a menu where Adobe Connect is not an option.How can I get help here?

Hello, I use Connect to teach in our nursing program and as of yesterday it was not allowing me to upload content to the different folders. It says "Please select an item" in red when normally I hit new content and it brings up a search screen, I choose the file I need and it uploads. When I go to record my class it says "Summary description too long" in red above, when there is no summary description at all, adding in a letter still brings up the same error message. I have not changed anything from last week to this week and have been teaching with Connect for the last 3 years and have never seen these errors before. It is drastically affecting my classes as the students are used to getting the recordings of each class for review!!!! Any thoughts? I've tried firefox, chrome and edge, same thing in all of them. I've tried multiple different meetings and the same errors are in all. HELP!Rachel
I'm using Safari in MacOs Sierra, and I can launch a room just fine, I can start the webcam and audio, etc., however, the only thing I can share is the whiteboard. Whenever I try to share my screen, I get a message saying the add-in is required, and do I want to download it? But I'm in adobe connect already.... sharing a whiteboard and talking... I just can't share anything else! Any thoughts on a solution to this one? I have updated Safari's preferences to allow Adobe Flash and "Trust" it, and in Security I've updated the accessibility section to allow the connect-add in to control. I have "redownloaded" many times, updated Flash, installed from the "Help" menu.... and at this point I'm at a loss to figure out why I can't share my screen. Help?

Hi,I use adobe connect v9. I recorded seminar video. Can I deliver like online it. For example, if I recorded today, can I deliver like live broadcast at 17:30 tomorrow?I understood how to deliver the recorded video on demand, but I did not know how to broadcast it like a live broadcast.

I've noticed that some "traditional" alt codes work in Connect (using the text draw tool) while others give different symbols than expected.For example, alt0215 gives the multiplication symbol, but alt960, which is "supposed to" produce pi, gives a sideways L.I've noticed the disparity in other applications as well (e.g. alt960 produces pi in wordpad, but the sideways L in notepad).Is there a comprehensive list somewhere of alt codes for Connect? If not, someone should publish one! I teach math in Connect all the time and being able to produce commonly used symbols would be very helpful.Thanks!
When I try to connect a room on app mobile (android tablet), the app redirects me to my internet browser and asks me for the password. After typing the password and validated, the browser tells me to need flashplayer. What is the interest of the application in this case ?I saw the guide for tablet and that indicates that the username and password are requested directly in the application, which is not my case :http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/products/adobeconnect/pdfs/mobile/acm20-gs-participants-tablet.pdf Any idea ?Thanks
I have created many meeting room "layouts" for my current meeting and I would like to bring those layouts into the other meetings I have already built. Is this possible?
The recording appears in the "Recordings" tab of the meeting, but any attempt to view it. The "Recording Information" page will show "Disk Usage: 0.0 KB."
I received the Adobe Connect maintenance announcement that Adobe Connect Add-in is being replaced with a new Adobe Connect application. I also saw in the information on the Adobe Connect application page that you can continue to attend Adobe Connect sessions in browsers with limited functionality. As a host, I have installed the Adobe Connect application for full functionality. I want to make sure I appropriate communicate the appropriate information to both participants and presenters to prevent technical issues once our account is upgraded.Will participants still be able to watch/listen to the Adobe Connect sessions in their browser without installing the Adobe Connect application?Will anyone who has previously installed the Adobe Connect Add-In need to install this new Adobe Connect application? Cependant, lorsque que j'entre le lien vers la conférence, l'application me renvoie sur mon navigateur internet pour y taper le mot de passe. We are currently using on Premise Adobe Connect 9.5.2. It consists of the meeting server on our internal network, and the edge server in our DMZ, it works well. It is using directory authentication via LDAP. We want to set it up so that users coming in from the internet can only enter meeting rooms as guests. In other words, turn off the ability for users to connect in from the internet and sign in using their active directory credentials, then set up a meeting as a host. We only want them to have that ability when they are on our internal network. Is this possible? Thank you!
I could be wrong but I thought for sure we were able to sync a shared FLV file in a meeting room. We used to record our Meetings and then download them as FLV files to be viewed for offline use. We would then upload them to a Meeting Room so that staff can view them on their own. I thought there was a "Sync" button present but I no longer see that button. I still see the "Sync" button if I share, for example, a PowerPoint. We recently upgraded to Adobe Connect 9.5 so I'm wondering if the ability to sync an FLV has been taken away? Or was it never there to begin with and I am just not remembering correctly? I was also hoping to upload an MP4 and then sync that but I also don't see this as an option. Thanks.
When I try to connect from any iPhone/IOS device to our on-premise server/room, I get the error "Unable to establish secure connection to the server. Please try again." I can't tell if this is a server setting issue, an SSL/TLS issue or a trusted SSL certificate issue. What could be causing the problem and how do I run the fix?
i have tried a coupd of different mics but they all the same. I plays back my voice like a darlic. Deep low and disorted almost like its been slowed down
Previously my cursor pointed <----- . Now all of a sudden it is backward ----->. It's driving me nuts and blocking text when I am writing. I have looked and can't figure how to get my <----- back. Anyone know? Thanks so much.
I am going to make the webinar in our company, and I think Connect will be a good tool for that one. So I want to use this one beforehand for some check ups. But there are no ways to find out to use it without any payment. Is there any special way to use it for out rehersal?If anyone knows, please answer it. Thanks.
Hi, I am new with using Adobe Connect meeting and am using it for a dissertation. I have to hold an online focus group and later have the audio transcribed. I would like to hold the meeting so that I can see video (for purposes of noting nonverbal cues), but I do not want the video recorded; I only want to record audio. Is this possible?
How did Adobe create the interactive tour that you see in recent versions of Acrobat Pro DC and 2017? Is this Captivate with JS, or some other 3rd party app?
