Hi, We've been experiencing issues with the attendees pod recently. It sometimes freezes, and sometimes displays incorrectly and becomes unresponsive. It usually occurs after a breakout has ended but sometimes after a layout change.The temporary workaround is to open the meeting in a new window and close the existing one. This has happened to multiple users across different web browsers including the Connect App. Connect General Discussion

A few days ago, I installed the latest Windows 10 update. Today, when I tried to view an MLBtv video, I received an error message saying that I needed to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. But, when I go to my "advanced settings," I see that Adobe is installed and on. What gives?Thanks.

L'informatique de l'école n'a pas su résoudre le problème. Est-ce que c'est un problème de compatibilité avec cette version de OS ?Je vois de nombreux messages sur internet, mais je ne trouve pas la réponse.Pouvez-vous s'il vous-plait m'aider? I am working on editing the video from a webinar we held yesterday using Adobe Connect, and I have discovered that the recording of the webinar is missing the audio and the video from one of our two presenters. The presenter's name is listed under presenters and I can see her microphone flash when she is speaking, but there is no audio and her video box is black. Everything was fine during the webinar itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I purchased Adobe Presenter, Adobe Presenter Video Express, Adobe Connect, Adobe Captivate 2017, Adobe Captivate 2017 Prime and I'm impressed with theability to use backgrounds with Adobe Presenter Video Express, I was wondering isn't there a way I could use that to control my webcam background as the host when I'm running a Adobe Connect meeting instead of having the stuff in my office showing?Thanks, hoping there is!
I downloaded Connect in order to view a webinar for work. But after downloading and attempting to relaunch the webinar, I still get the original message saying I need to download Connect. But I did! I already downloaded and installed it! It said "Installation complete" and everything! Why won't it work? Just to be sure, I've gone through the same download and installation process a dozen times, with the same result. I even restarted Safari, to no avail. What gives?

Hi there,We have been having an issue with out audio integration with our Adobe Connect license. When a session is scheduled, the phone line either does not connect at all, and we are given an error message stating "unable to start conference audio for this meeting." or it allows us to start the audio as a host, and then disconnects from the room and we receive the "start your audio" prompt even though we are still connected over the phone. This has happened sporadically over the past year, but has happened with at least one of our licenses every day for the past week. We have sent this issue to Adobe Connect support many times and generally don't receive a response, and when we do receive a response they can't find an issue. I thought I'd post it to the forums as well, in hopes that someone else may have seen this issue before.

So we've been having an issue where the microphone becomes unresponsive if you launch Connect with the Connect 9 add-in. We try running the audio setup wizard but as soon as we get to the part where you press the record button to test the mic, you can't even start the recording and the there is no input from the mic. The only way we can get the mic to work is by uninstalling the add-in. Obviously, that does us no good because then we can't screen share. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?
I recently changed out all of our 20 min-countdown timers (.swf) to a 20 min-countdown timer MP4 file. I placed the new MP4 file in a shared content folder and pointed all the courses to it for Posttest. When the first course went to Posttest the timer played fine, however; when the second course went into it's Posttest 5 minutes later and the instructor started the timer, it paused the timer in the 1st course. Then when third course started it's Posttest, both other courses stopped and his played. We have at least 3-4 courses running at the same time.So my questions is are there limitations on using a MP4 file as shared content when it is being used at the same time? ie.. Play and Stop button.Thanks,Jeff
Currently we have a 400 license server that currently will not start Adobe Connect Service (adobe connect 9.5, on Windows Server 2008 R2) and the Adobe Connect Telephony Service. Each service I start, but after a short time, it stops the service abruptly.I checked the debug logs, which come back with http-80-2 (ERROR) Error validating csrf token. com.macromedia.airspeed.StatusException$InternalError.I additionally checked, the access log, whcih I get Internal error '[Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver] SSL handshake failed: sun.security.validator.validatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: timestamp check failed' occurred."Any advice to possible bring this back online?

Hi,I have 3 users, all of them with MAC OSX El-Capitan 10.11.6They used to work with adobe connect add-in under safari and firefox browser with no problem.One of the user installed the latest updated for office 2016 for MAC Released on March 14, 2017 (the other 2 claimed they didn't install any update but probably it was done automatically).Then a day after the update, they reported that Adobe Connect opens directly in the browser and they are prompted to install the add-in again, which they did, but it's still not launching.(Though i'm not sure if the office update caused this).There is an article in adobe blogs I asked them to follow :http://blogs.adobe.com/connectsupport/add-in-not-working-even-after-getting-installed-on-mac-osx/ but it didn't work ...I suggested to enable pop up windows in Safari and Mozilla firefox, to clear cache from the browsers and try again.Then to manually uninstall the add-in , reinstall the latest one.Then again uninstall and install the previous one
We would like to clear the drawing from an adobe connect share pod permanently. I know that if we click the draw button after people are finished drawing, the tool is disabled and any drawing is cleared. However, when we click draw again, any previous drawing comes back. What is the best way for the host to clear the drawing permanently?
Hello,I hosted a conference using this platform and we planned on using a mix of VoIP and Dial-In for the conference. However, although all microphones were turned on for the participants, and our speakers were on, we could not hear the participants nor could the participants hear each other. However, everyone was able to hear us (the hosts). Eventually we just switched to everyone using the dial-in option over a conference phone (still couldn't hear anyone through the Connects platform).Has anyone experienced this before and could offer suggestions on how to fix the problem? I'm doing some testing, but I could not find the option of having a meeting without the attendees of that meeting needing to download the application and see only in their browser. My client has very weak internet, so that would be a problem.@
Hi,I'm aware that there are conversion issues when uploading a powerpoint document into Connect. The frustrating thing is that if I upload from my desktop, certain formatting works but when I load it to the Content section of the landing page and then display it in a Share Pod in Connect, some of the formatting changes. It would be great to understand why Connect doesn't convert the file properly regardless of where it's been uploaded from.However, that is not my question. I would like to know if purchasing Presenter 11 and building my powerpoint presentation using the Presenter tool will fix the problem and not have any formatting issues appear when the file is loaded to the Connect Share Pod.
Hello. I'll be using AdobeConnect for the first time for a job interview this Wednesday. I have a Dell netbook, Windows 7. The school sent me the sign-on link to use for the interview. My computer has a built-in camera and microphone. Will they come on once the interview is started? I've clicked on the link the school sent but of course nothing is happening b/c it's not time yet for the interview. How will i know if my camera and mikes are working? The school said the IT guy will get me set up 15 minutes before the start of the interview, but I just want to know ahead of time. I'm kind of nervous. Thank you everyone for any tips/advice you can share!!
I can not view a webinar.Here are the steps I have taken:I run Test Meeting Connection to test the system. Answer is "You are ready to connect to your Adobe Connect meeting."I cleared cache history. I checked "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections"What else do I need to do connect to webinar?
