I'm having a problem viewing Adobe webinars using Connect. After I register, I receive a confirmation email with a link to view the webinar. However, the link opens the registration page again, and I can't view the webinar. Anyone else having this problem?

In our environment, we have been updating user from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Users who share desktop screens through Adobe connect no longer has the ability to share. I have gone through every process to install the adobe connect add in. Installing it the same way as Windows 7. their is no error, no pop block, you just click the button and it does nothing. It looks like the button is not tied to a executable action. We have tried using the diagnostics to check all functions are installed through the adobe connect tester. all are green. checked services and add-ins and the connect is showing up. Wanted to know if anyone else had this problem.

I just started the free trial today and am playing around with this. I invited someone to test the process of entering the meeting. They tried to enter as a guest and received the notice saying the user limit had been exceeded. I was the only other person in the meeting. Please help.

I have been trying to research a closed captioning option without luck. Use several fix telephone and mobile phone dial in at a same time with a fix phone number, after dial in, user should input the user name to passcode for the authorization. How to configure this function? Should I buy additional hardware such as digital gateway for the telephone switch?

Under the Adobe Connect technical specifications these 3 distributions are mentioned : Ubuntu 14.04; Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6; OpenSuSE 13.1 But as we know, there are many Linux distributions,some of them are similar or using the same kernel : (Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu , Redhat based on fedora , CentOS is basically the community version of Redhat , etc ...). so the question is: should adobe connect run with no problems also on these distributions that are not mentioned in the notes ?Any experience also with Ubuntu Flavors (Xubuntu,Kubuntu,Edubuntu etc..) Are they also supported ? Another thing: there is No add-in support for Linux , how this may affect performance,audio ?

Hi to everyone,for one of our main Customer, we are experiencing problems with PDF tracking on Chrome.The PDF is part of a curriculum, set as required. When using IE, the PDF content status correctly pass to "In progress" and "completed" status at the end of the PDF.When using Chrome, the tracking doesn't works and the content remains in "Not taken" status. This is critical because since the content is required, it blocks users to reach the end of the Curriculum.We suggested to set the PDF as not required to unblock the users, but this is a woraround and it is not accepted as a solution by our Customer.We also noticed that if you upload the PDF with read only attribute, Connect is not able to modify the file adding the tracking feature, thus the PDF goes in "completed" status when the user clicks on the PDF link, but again this is a workaround and it is it is not accepted as a solution by our Customer, since the system mark the pdf as completed even if they do not reach the end of the
Is there a way for hosts and attendees to see the name of the user that adds text or pictures to a whiteboard?
My production team for an upcoming webinar using Connect Seminars was meeting and I tried to share my screen with them to review our project on our web-based project management tool. Even though my host view and mini control indicated I was sharing the correct window from Chrome, my team was only seeing the gray cross-hatched screen of death. I have tried several solutions without success. Any ideas?

We've been having a consistent issue with our in meeting audio bridge ending the meeting audio at exactly 1:05 into a meeting if we only have attendees connected via VoIP. Since we encourage our attendees to connect via VoIP for audio quality, it's becoming a very common issue.At exactly 1:05, the pre-recorded audio bridge voice comes on and says that only the minimum number of connections are participating in the call and that the audio will end, press 1 to continue. However, since we're all connected via VoIP, no one can press 1. Within 5 seconds, the audio ends and we need to restart the connection. This problem does not occur when we have the system dial out via normal telephone to one of our attendees or hosts.Any ideas as to what causes this or how to stop it?Thank you.
I am trying to open previously recorded meetings on adobe connect for my iPad. I copy the link into the app and click next and I opens safari and it says I need to download the add-in. How can I view these meetings on my iPad or iPhone? They open just fine on my PC.
My video in Adobe Connect seems to have loaded fine but when a Presenter or Host plays the video, it only plays on their screen, it is not syncing that action for all participants. One important note, if it makes any difference, the slide deck with the video was uploaded to the Adobe Connect servers via an Adobe Presenter upload.As is, the only way I can get my audience to view the video simultaneously is if I tell everyone to press play on my count. As far as I know I have everything set that it should play for everyone at the same time. I'm using the same set up in the platform that I have for a while and videos have played okay. Thank you!
Yesterday I did a conference with adobe connect and I recorded it but I do not know how I can download the recording, I appear as host of the meeting. can anybody help me?
I've created a layout for breakout rooms. After I distribute the attendees equally, I'll click the layout for breakout rooms. Layouts change on mine and attendees screens, but when I click Start Breakouts the attendees layouts revert back to the standard Sharing layout. I still see the breakout layout. Any idea why attendees don't see the breakout layout?
Hello! My instructional webinars typically have 30-60 attendees. Basically, Connect is used for (presenting) PowerPoint slides inter-mixed with (screen share) live demonstrations of browser-based searching (Google, research databases, etc.). I show a few slides, then share my screen for some web browsing, then stop sharing and go back to the PPT slides, etc.Is there any reason I couldn't just share my screen the entire time, and toggle back and forth between a PowerPoint window and my browser and tabs? It would sure help the presentation flow. The Pro seems obvious to me. What Cons are there? Thanks in advance!
