Is it possible to set up a classroom with a few audio files and and PDF so that a group of people could join at a particlar time and go through the material together without an instructor present?

I signed up for the 7 day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro but would like to cancel. When I go to cancel my trial it brings me to a screen that tells me that no social sign in is allowed or something and after submitting the verification code sent to my email I'm told it was incorrect and am now locked out of my account. I need to be unsubscribed from this service before the end of the trial.

Unable to login to FEMA Webinar on Adobe Connect. Adobe Support did not assist at all nor respond to multiple requests for help. A ticket was opened by Adobe and then closed with no response. I have been using Connect for 2 years and have never previously experienced this problem:As Host, running an online session with 16 participants, my microphone regularly freezes. The mike icon displays green but without the 'airwaves'.This happens even with excellent network health.  I am running version Mac2022.10.42.64 on a 2022 iMacI use a Sennheiser headset.  I have tried disabling my (Norton) firewall.  In Mac Systems Settings I have allowed Connect access to microphone and camera.This is obviously a very disruptive glitsch and I'd welcome informed sugegstions.  Many thanks!

Hi I need some advice on closed captions in live sessions, we can currently only use them on recordings. Has anyone found a plug in or service that works well with Connect? TIA

We have the same problem again. Our adobe class went good as scheduled it was taught, but later in the recording after the pause made by the teacher the sound and image are gone and we are not capable of watching anything. Is there any way to restore de recording so we can recover sound and image again? thank you. 

Since moving to this platform we have users that are experiencing issues with hosting.  Their Microphone works outside of Adobe Connect, but when they join a session, it stops. Here is a breakdown of what happens. Create a new session, grant permissions to participants to speak.  User joins this Adobe Connect session, clicks the microphone button (Connect my audio), microphone goes green but no audio.  Asked user to go through the Audio Wizard Setup, but when she reaches Step 3, which is to record audio then play it back, she's unable to click the Record button... nothing happens. Moved user to Host, same thing.  There is no output from the microphone, and when she tries to the Audio Wizard Setup, it will not allow her to record on Step 3. This was tested with the Desktop client and through Flash plugin on Internet Explorer.

We recently had to put the "meeting on" hold and each time we did we could not download the "recording link". The message we got was "your content is currently being processed" see image below. But even after days the link cannot be accessed and the message is the same. With all other recording we have no errors. Just when we use the "on hold" function. Anybody, knows how to resolve this? Thank you.

A few days ago, about July 7, 2021, Presenter 11.1.5 does not work properly. If I click Themes or try to Publish, I get a warning to upgrade the Flash Player.  I am converting an old course to publish in HTML5 format.  This has worked all year but now I'm stopped.  A few years ago this was because Microsoft blocked Flash, Shockware and Silverlight, but then provided some registry keys to enable them so I could work.  I tried those again but with no success.  How can I get Presenter to work properly so that I can convert a bunch of courses?

We publish PowerPoint (2007 & 2010) presentations with audio using Adobe Presenter (v7 and v9). We then upload the zip folder onto our AdobeConnect server. From there, we share the presentation in an Adobe Connect (v9) seminar room, and play the recording. We have two issues:Major Buffering: When the presentations have videos or "Advance by User" slides, the presentation buffers for minutes or ad infinitum.Minor Buffering: When the presentations have only audio and we click around and the settle at one, the slides buffer for under a second at each transition. Has anyone else experience the Major and Minor buffering issue? Does anyone have a workaround?Thank you.

Whenever I join an Adobe Connect session on my laptop, I have no trouble joining at all, and I can even see the video and virtual room for mere seconds then it just disappears. The audio remains but the video is completely gone up to that point. I've tried downloading the app, other browsers, and even factory resetting my laptop to no avail. 

What additional steps are needed to create an event linked to a seminar room using the Adobe Connect API? When I call sco-update and pass the source-sco-id of the seminar room, the event is created and shows it's linked to the seminar room, but when I go to view the event, it displays an error "There is no template associated with this event." It won't even allow me to manually set an event template. It also doesn't appear to be scheduling the seminar session.

Hey there, we have the problem that e-mails from adobeconnect.com do not reach us due to incorrect HELO.Here are two examples:<imail13.or1.adobe.net>: Helo command rejected: Host not found; from=<admin@adobeconnect.com><imail14.or1.adobe.net>: Helo command rejected: Host not found; from=<admin@adobeconnect.com> I also find it questionable that the emails come from admin@, is that intentional? A dig, also does not return any results:dig @1.1.1.1 +short imail14.or1.adobe.net => nothingdig @1.1.1.1 +short imail13.or1.adobe.net => nothing Can someone look for it?

I went into the chat to cancel my membership and receive a refund and the live chat blocked me and when I logged back in they did the same thing again..I think there is a scam going on here

Good morning everyone. We have several problems by starting up adobe connect in our phones (Iphone), we are capable of watching the class but there is no sound. We are using mozzilla firefox and it was set up as prederminate browser but we don´t get it to work out. Is there any way to manage it?Read you. Thank you.

In a recent Adobe Connect  class (10/27/2022) the host pushed a URL from the Weblinks pod to all attendees. I received it, but it REPLACED the current browser tab instead of opening in a new tab. This kept happening throughout the class. I needed the other tabs open sometimes. I could go in and open the URLs I needed, but I was wondering why this was happening. The instructor said it shouldn't be happening. I couldn't find anything in my browser (Chrome) that would cause this. One other participant reported the same thing. Note: I was also a host, and the other person was a presenter. Thank you.

How do I edit a recording in Adobe Connect when the 'Enhanced Audio/Video' option is on for a meeting room? The edit recording option isn't avaialble, and I dont seem to be able to upload a new mp4 to replace the one on the server. Seems like a major regression with this new enhanced option and Adobe Connect 12. We really must be able to edit recordings.

We teach software using Adobe Connect,  in an ideal world I would like to be able to view all attendees screens (as long as they allow it obviously) so that the instructor can see if the attendee is struggling or doing something wrong, without them having to ask for help.It would be amazing if there was a layout I could create that could see all screens and the webcams at the same time.  It would just be like teaching in a class room.  We wouldnt have more than 6 peopleUsing Adobe Connect 12

Hallo, ich mache eine online Weiterbildung, diese läuft über connect, live kann ich auch daran teilnehmen, diese wird aufgezeichnet und ich kann sie mir bis 4 Wochen später anschauen. Ich bin Mac User und habe keinen Win Rechner. Die Aufzeichnung kann ich nicht öffnen, bisheriger erfolg ist Audio geht, Video nicht.Am alten Win Rechner meiner Frau funktioniert das tadellos. Es läuft über Browser ich habe schon Firefox und Chrome probiert, keine Chance. Ich sehe es nicht. Bin aber darauf angewiesen, da ich einige Veranstaltungen im Nachgang ansehen muß. Der Anbieter der Weiterbildung konnte bisher nicht weiterhelfen. Viele Grüße
