When I try to share a screen, I am told to click the ENABLE button. I'm taken to System Preferences where I navigate to the Privacy Settings, Accessibility, and I'm instructed to enable adobeconnectaddin. The problem is, adobeconnectaddin is not showing up in this window. I see Skype, which is not enabled, and that's all I see.Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
Hi EveryoneI have been beating my head against the ball trying to set up Uberconference to work with Adobe Connector.I have tried to set it up as an Audio Provider -- but I just can't figure out how to set up the dial-in steps properly.Has anyone out there used Uberconference -- or any other 3rd party audio conferencing provider -- successfully.Help is much appreciated!Greg
I used a trial account of Connect in August, made a online webinar with a recording. Now the trial account has expired. I need to have access to the recording. Does Adobe keeps them or was deleted at the moment the trial account expired?Thanks,
Working with a customer who is curious if Adobe Connect will recognize a Panasonic HC-X920 camcorder instead of his webcam. Is there a specific adapter he would want to get so it would be recognized? What settings would need to be enabled or adjusted in both Connect and their OS?
hello, we've ran out of minutes (option beyond 100 guests) it's impossible for me to buy quickly some minute burst packs and we have a big webconference tomorrow (300 participants),what will be the behaviour >> going on and continue decrementing the amount? or STOPPING the connexions for the participants after 100 ???? please tell me if you encountered this case
Good morning, I turn to you because using Adobe Connect participating in a course with the profile participant reflected some problems :I access to the classroom , but when activated webcam , adobe connect stops working .My network is great, the new media. I do not know what farefar operate the web .The support that I use is a 2 in 1 ( laptop / tablet ) , with operating system Windows 8.1 32-bit x64 CPU 1.46GHz , 2GB RAM . I tried the application , but I've found for Windows .Thank you for your help

I have an old onsite adobe connect server that I have content on.. iam trying to upload the content to a new server but keep getting error that the process cannot be completed. adobe support said that the zip file iam trying to upload contains a file with permissions from the old server and that is why I cannot upload to new server..my question is which file contains this permissions and how do I strip it out.. iam able to take all kinds of content from the old server and upload to new server with no issues.. only a few of the zip files are giving me this error..here is adobe supports explanation..We would like to inform you that we have check the file which you have send to us through our resource team. we would like to inform you that zip file contains the content from your local server, which you are unable to upload to hosted account because it might give you permission error.
Using Adobe Connect 9.3. Original recording 01:45:00. Tried multiple times to save as FLV, never saves the entire recording. Saved FLV file sizes range from 5 Mb to 208 Mb. No indication of a problem during the offline recording. Suggestions?
We ran a Virtual Class recently. There were no issues with the live session, however 4 minutes into the recording, both the audio and the webcam stop although the document sharing and chatbox continued to record. We have used the same meeting with the same group before and nothing was done differently. You could see from the microphone icon that the host continued to speak and the attendees were able to hear and see her but this was not recorded. I have tried to search the forum and although I see some issues with recording audio, I couldn't find a problem of this nature. Thanks in advance for any help. Sue
Has anyone else had problems with users accessing Adobe Connect from IE 8 after installing the POODLE SSL 3 vulnerability patch? We use managed services, and after they patched for this vulnerability none of our IE 8 users can connect at all. Managed Services doesn't seem to be able to fix, so I'm wondering if anyone else had this problem/found a fix. We've had lots of other hosted products patched for POODLE without breaking IE 8.
I have a Host user who used to be able to throttle his Adobe Connect rooms when bandwidth was an issue. However, he does not have this ability now. I investigated and realized that it is done by the admin now. However, as an admin, I see a box that, if checked, disallows the Host to throttle bandwidth. This box is NOT checked yet my Host does not have the option to throttle his bandwidth in his room.Thank you,Robbie Grimes
Hi there,I have deleted a few meetings and recordings have moved into content. PerfectHowever, I can't delete a few other meetings. I just enter the meeting, click Delete and nothing happens.I have deleted all the content in the seminar, but still...Any ideas?Thanks and regards.

I recently installed Presenter 9 and have attempted to publish a presentation to our Adobe Connect Pro site. The permissions are set for public viewing, however anytime a user attempts to view the presentation they receive an error message of "Connect session has timed out".. Clicking the Login button does nothing. (Besides the fact that they should not be required to login anyway.)I've attempted to publish directly to Adobe Connect from Presenter and I've also attempted uploading it to Connect as a .zip presentation. In either case, the error still occurs.I'm at a loss on how to get this published and functional. Can anyone assist?
Hi,Not really a poll but I am interested in the way you are recording your meeting. I work in a University and we have many licences with many teachers. We are actually using the force recording feature as it's so easy for me to setup and teachers don't have to bother clicking on anything to start the recording and never forget to start a recording. I just have to clean my server from time to time. But I got into many problems witht his option that doesn't handle well the recording.So, I wonder, how are you using the recording option? Asking to your staff to start whenever they feel to do it? Never wanted to use the force recording feature? Anyone using the force recording feature that doesn't like how the recording is handled?Any comments are appreciated.ThanksJonathan

I have created an event and in doing so assigned a presentation ( Adobe Connect room) to that event. I now would like to change the room that is attached but the option to change that is not available to edit in the "edit information" section. Can I change this somewhere else or do I have to create a new event?
