Hello,My educational subscription appears to have been converted to a standard individual plan because, at some point, my status could not be verified.I completed the re-verification successfully 2 days ago [see screenshot attached], but the issue has not been resolved yet.My next payment is due in 2 days and my account is still showing the following standard price instead of the educational discounted rate [it should be £32.99/mo according to Terms and Conditions for students and teachers]:£66.49/moNext payment on Apr 10, 2026Annual plan, paid monthlyI also checked Manage Plans, but I cannot find any option to switch the plan back to the educational version.Could you please confirm whether my account has been correctly updated after the successful re-verification, and whether the educational discount will be applied to the upcoming payment?Thank you in advance.M 

So, i canceled my subscription before the 7 day trial ended, and now i have a charge of 24,19 euro on my credit card which i didnt need. I cant cancel on the website because it says that the card is not working, but they got my money. Can i please get a refund? 

I accidentally switched to the adobe creative cloud membership plan, thinking foolishly that I could change it to student pricing (due to me being a student), but I found out I could not and I was charged with the $53.41 subscription fee. I changed my plan back to my original $10.67/mo Photography plan and while doing so I remember seeing a page that said I will be refunded the $53.41 which is what I expect from situations like this. But it has been 4 days now and no sign of a refund or email saying i will receive one, despite me never having actually used the $53.41 plan at all and only having it for around 4 hours (which is how long it took to process).

I was supposed to be able to get a 7 day free trial but for some reasom my bank or google, not sure which,  won't let me sign up for trials and save my card on file. Instead i had to purchase for a month.  After about 20 minutes,  i realized reader edit doesn't do what it appeared and i cancelled it the same night. I tried getting a refund with google play store, and shouldve been able to since i cancelled within 48 hours, but I guess since i paid aand wont have the service end until the month is up, i got screwed. How do i request a refund???

So I took the adobe 7 day free trial for a college project but never used any product. Before the trial ended I tried cancelling the plan but they did not let me. I contacted customer care and asked them to cancel my plan and delete my account but he was of no use. So the only way for me to escape this trap was to remove my payment details and so I did. This was december 2024. On the month of january I received emails from them saying I need to update my payment details as they were not able to charge me. I also received sms regarding failed transactions. I knew they would do this and it was a good thing I removed my payment details. At the same time I again tried cancelling my plan or deleting my account but they did not let me. I knew they had me trapped. But why worry, I removed my payment details right? Yea thats what I thought and yes in my adobe account the details are not there and a alert dialog is visible saying to update my payment details. Until today, February 14th I receiv

O que acontece com esta falta de organização da Adobe é uma zona cada hora me intercedem meu trabalho colocam tela no meu monitor com narrativas sem nexo, mostrando novos planos e tenho que parar meu trabalho para perder tempo com besteróis. Seis contratam crianças com faixa de idade dos 20 aos 35 anos que são TI e ficam nos infernizando mandando novos planos, tenham a santa paciência todos os dias mandam besteróis e tenho que parar meu trabalho que sou pago por empresas, e isto é muito sujeira de falta de recursos humanos decente na Adobe Acrobat. Vejo muitos usuários reclamando de voces que seis não tem vergonha na cara de fica criando confusões com o público quando irão aplicar IA e nem sabem o que seja inteligência artificial do jeito moleque que nos tratam, veja meus anexos de hoje e vou cobrar na justiça cada minuto que me tiram de meus contratantes. 

Creative Cloud doesn't see my plan. When I open it in the browser, it prompts me to switch from Creative Cloud Pro to Creative Cloud Pro because it can't see or read my plan. Basically, it's glitchy.I cleared the cache, reinstalled apps, the browser, and Creative Cloud itself. I don't have ad blockers or a VPN. Nothing changed, neither the provider nor the settings. Everything works fine except for your app, and I can't open it on another device, I need it on this computer.Can anyone help? Operators just close chats or just ignore me.

I cancelled my Adobe subscription and received a cancellation email but was subsequently charged. When I tried to log back on to cancel it again I was told that I need to pay to get out of my subscription.

I paid for a monthly subscription to the Photoshop Plan. Same day and few hours later, I realized I don’t actually need this plan so I visited this page in order to cancel. Procedure I followedClick on “Manage plan” Click on “Cancel your plan” Process halts at spinning ball. I took out a subscription in February and cancelled it before the second payment was due. Now, in April, I’ve been charged for a new subscription (and I wasn’t charged anything in March).

I have received monthly charges for $62.99 (was $34.99) for a while from Adobe. Those charges should not originate from this account, as this account has a plan from my university. I want to track down the account that those charges are coming from so I can cancel it, any advice on how to do this? I tried inputting every single email I’ve ever used to no avail.

Hello, As I cannot find a way to contact a human via phone or chat, I'm posting this here.I subscribed to Adobe March 2025. Assuming that I would be able to cancel it now in April 2026 without the cancellation fee. That's not the case. Earlier I also tried to schedule the cancellation for March 2026, but as far as I could tell, that was not an option. Is the practices of Adobe really this predatory that not only do you pay the cancellation fee within the first year if you cancel early, but when you auto-renew you have to pay a cancellation fee for the next year as well?  Order number:AE03596501046CNOJørgen

I am getting charged 47 euros a month on an account I tried to cancel the subscription for. My account is now changed and not linked to subscription and now I cannot see how to get to the place where I can cancel my membership

I used premiere pro for 2 months (monthly payments) but i forgot to cancel it. Yesterday my card was charged for month of April. I canceled my subscription right after because i do not need it anymore. Could i get a refund for April ? Even if that means to not having access to premiere anymore.

Liebe Community,ich möchte mein Abo ändern und stoße auf ein nerviges Problem. Aktuell bin ich Besitzer des Creative Cloud All Apps Abonnements und möchte auf das Photoshop-Abo wechseln. Unter Konto verwalten > Abos > Abo verwalten bin ich die simplen Schritte zum Wechseln meines Plans durchgegangen. Im letzten Schritt benötigt Adobe meine Zustimmen, leider erhalte ich hier jedesmal die Fehlermeldung: Dein Abo konnte nicht geändert werden. Versuche es noch einmal. Ich habe an verschiedenen Geräten (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) ausgetestet, das Abo zu ändern. Jedesmal kam dieselbe Fehlermeldung. Per Chat erreiche ich nur den KI-Bot, den Support erreiche ich nur während der Öffnungszeiten – also wollte ich es mal hier versuchen. Habt ihr vielleicht eine Idee, wo das Problem liegt?  Vielen Dank im Voraus.

I have been subscribed since 2023 for annual prepaid plan. This year I wanted to cancel the plan but missed the payment date. When I got the bill, I IMMEDIATELY canceled. I believe that since I did it ON THE SAME DAY (April 3rd), I can be eligible for a full refund. Hello,I was unaware that my Adobe account would renew today, I thought there would be a reminder.I’ve tried to call customer support but the automated assistant keeps hanging up after a while.Then I tried to speak to the customer chat but no advisors were avilable. Is there anyone I can speak to or contact to help me with my issue?

Kept getting message saying cant connect to servers are you offline. I wasn't then it asked me to sign in. Each time I tried it went back to sign in page. Did password change with get code, , changed password. Still cant sign it, just reverts to sign in page. No VPN, clock issues etc

Hola a todos. Quería consultar a ver si a alguien más le ha pasado esto y qué hicieron.Tenía un plan de Adobe, pero se me olvidó por completo cancelarlo a tiempo. La cosa es que mi tarjeta no tenía los fondos suficientes para el cobro, así que el pago rebotó. Ahorita me sale un aviso rojo en mi cuenta de que no puedo administrar mi plan y que se va a suspender si no actualizo el método de pago.Quiero contactar a soporte para que me cancelen la suscripción definitivamente, pero me da un poco de miedo que me quieran cobrar alguna multa de cancelación por los meses que faltan del contrato.¿A alguien le ha pasado exactamente esto hace poco? ¿Les perdonaron la multa al explicarlo por el chat?¡Gracias por la ayuda!
