When canceling a monthly subscription to InDesign and Illustrator will I continue to have access to the pdf's that I've saved on my local machine?thanks

...And it's kind of amazing we're paying for such an unstable service. I use adobe products daily and extensivelty.I've got a team which, if I only relied on your "cloud services" (which is more limited than any other cloud storage, congrats), who'd been completely unable to work on one of the most important days of the year for them. Because the cloud couldn't connect to half their machines, for whatever reason. For the nth time. It's barely functional. And yes, that makes me angry. Unreliability to that extent is unacceptable. 

Hi, I'll have a project and it'll demand be connected whit 10 designers and the finally client. Now my client suggest me to use GoProof App for this project but I woder if Adobe doesn't have any App similar 

All of my documents on the creative cloud are now gone. I'm assuming it has something to do with me swapping over from the personal creative cloud to the community college one I can't recall the name of it exactly but not whenever I open the creative cloud that prompt never comes up and I can't acess a single one of my files.

Hi,I have 4 Adobe CC acounts, used in several comps (home and work) My libraries do not sync a lot of files between computers for hours, but its show "all libraries is up to date" and no errors in adobe status.Also - sometimes I can't drop anything in the library.My storage is almost empty.Thanks for your help.

Hey,this is my last resort, I have googled and tried many solutions before so now I am coming to you guys with this: A cloud folder has been shared with me via an invitation link. I accepted the invitation and can now see said folder on my iPhone App and in the browser version of Creative Cloud. HOWEVER when I go to the Desktop App of Creative Cloud, click on "Your Work" and then on "Cloud Documents" and "Shared with you", nothing is there. I have tried so far:restarting my pcreinstalling creative cloudcleaning my pc with CreativeCloudCleaner.exe and then reinstalling creative cloudgetting a new invitation to the folder One thing to note is that I have changed the location of the Creative Cloud Files folder. BUT a) I have changed it in the Desktop App so it should recognize the new path and b) the folder even updates and syncs locally! So my files are on my pc, yet they won't appear in the Desktop App.If any of you guys could help me out I'd be super grateful, it's

Hello   Is there a plugin or another way to add PDF files to my portfolio? A lot of my work involves designing these and so helpful to be able to show them.   I'm aware of Options such as Scribd, Heyzine, etc but they come with design glitches, and since no custom HTML/CSS can be added in Portfolio this is a problem. Surprised there is no current capability to upload, especially since it's an Adobe technology.   I'd like a native solution please if anyone else has found one. If not, Adobe please deliver this feature. I can't be the only one asking for it?   Thanks        

Bonjour, je ne sais pas si il y a d'autres graphistes dans mon cas mais je paye depuis plusieurs années un pack complet Adobe avec plus de 20 logiciels alors que je n'en utilise que 5.  Je payais jusqu'a présent 49,99 euros et ils viennent d'augmenter le pack à plus de 52 euros. Cela commence à devenir lourd financièrement, surtout pour 15 applications inutiles. Je vois que le pack Photographe existe. Pourquoi pas le pack graphiste ou un pack avec 5 applications au choix, comme celui des Photographe, à 29,99 euros ? Cela permettrait à un plus grand nombre d'avoir accès. Je n'arrive pas à avoir le mail du Service Client et je ne sais pas où faire ma demande car au téléphone, mes interlocuteurs me disent simplement : ça n'existe pas. Mais si nous sommes plusieurs à être intéressés par cette formule, peut être qu'ils la proposeront. Merci pour vos retours.

I copied hundreds of photos from my hard drive to my Creative Cloud folder.  However, I need to have them in a Library before I can use the photos in my apps such as Lightroom.  However, I can't figure out how to move an "asset" from Files to Libraries.  It should be simple enough.  Any tips???

Hello,  how can I get admin console access?  I am the only user, and this is my own account.  I'm trying to free up space and manage my files, but it's saying I don't have admin access?

I am a Junior in highschool. Am I eligible for the Creative Cloud, or is it only for college students?  I tried to find my highschool but it wasnt showing up, but the eligibility says you can be 13 or older, so I'm not sure whether I am eligible or not.

Approximately 97 gb of my files hosted in the cloud were on my hard disk (D:/). I bought a new SSD disk (G:/) and showed my new disk in "Settings" / "File Location" in Creative Cloud app. After about 1 hour the files on my "D" drive were successfully moved to my "G" drive.   But after a while, around 127,000 files started to be resynced on Creative Cloud, and this is progressing very slowly. 1 file takes almost 1 minute. And even though it's been 3 days, the sync still continues. Why does this problem occur? Shouldn't the move and sync have already been completed when I migrated the disk? And why is it so slow?  I am using windows 11.

I'm trying to disable the sync functions on my Creative Cloud account without affecting the files for my other team members.  Long story short, I had to work from home for a few days, so I logged into my corporate Adobe Creative Account. It automatically created the sync folder onto my local desktop. Only problem, it's taking up a ton of hard drive space and I need to get rid of these files from my PC but keep them on the shared folders.  Now I know that if I pause syncing, I can delete the files and it won't affect my colleagues also using the synced files from their PCs, but I'm terrified that if I delete them and then eventually start the sync process again (accidentally or intentionally), it's going to delete all of these required work files. How can I prevent that from happening? 

Hi there, I am having some trouble with my Behance profile. I'm not sure where to post about this, so I am hoping someone here can help me. I used to have a Creative Cloud account through my university, but I didn't renew it this year. The problem now is that I created my Behance Profile in the Enterprise ID of my CC account, which I can no longer access due to the fact that I don't have an active Enterprise account anymore. I can still access the Personal ID part of the account, but none of my work is loaded on that profile.  Is there any way that I can transfer my profile which is located under the Enterprise ID to the Personal ID, or to a new email address? * I used to always login just using my Google Account.

Hallo,ich hatte längere Zeit ein Abo für alle Adobe Produkte und habe nun auf Bildbearbeitung Paket gewechselt. Das heißt das ich jetzt weniger Platz in der Cloud habe und diese jetzt überfüllt ist. Also wollte ich Dateien rauslöschen aber immer wenn ich Elemente rauslöschen möchte kommt die Fehlermeldung "Elemente können nicht gelöscht werden" und die bereits gelöscht wurden kommt die Fehlermeldung "Elemente können nicht entgültig gelöscht werden". Ich habe wie in Creative Cloud App sowie auch im Web den Vorgang probiert. Beides ohne Erfolg.Bitte um Hilfe.

The login system for CC desktop is broken. Despite inputting the correct login credentials, including the correct verification code, the app invariably kicks me back to the login screen. After a few more attempts it locks the account. My login credentials are obviously correct, as evidenced by the fact that I am able to log into this support community forum and post this message. An unbelievably annoying bug that prevents me from doing my job.

Everytime i open creative cloud to try to use after effects this shows up??? What do i do???

A couple weeks ago I stopped being able to access the Fantastic Fold prerelease program. Whenever I go to join the program again I get a popup message that says "An Adobe ID with this Email is already part of the program." I've tried signing in and out of my account and accessing the website (both fantasticfold.com and adobeprerelease.com) from Chrome, Firefox and Edge and still encounter the same message. I'm pretty sure FF is only a web app at this point so I don't have anything installed locally on my computer either.  Additionally this web app doesn't appear in the beta tabs section of Adobe CC (both the desktop app and the online version) but I'm not sure if it even should. Does anyone know how to fix this or even point me in the right direction to someone who can? This seems like an account issue to me. The prerelease site doesn't give any contact info for the program. Attached is what the message looks like on my browser. Thanks.

Quand je vais sur le Cloud web, j'ai le message suivant :"Vous êtes déconnectéVous utilisez des fichiers locaux ?Sélectionnez l’icône d'Accueil dans l’application Creative Cloud pour les voir".Je ne vois pas d'icône d'accueil dans l'app... et du coup je ne peux plus ajouter/supprimer des dossiers de mon drive.Please helpMerciSylvie

Hi, I am a newer Adobe Creative Cloud user here.   Recently, I created an Adobe Creative Cloud library and shared it with other colleagues.  The intent is for them to upload work-related photos into this Adobe library, and our company's media design interns could use the photos directly in a library in other Adobe applications like InDesign, AI, PS, etc.  But, it seems that unless those colleagues have the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app installed, they cannot upload to a library.  Is there a way to upload directly to the assets.adobe.com library that I shared  without having the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app?  Asking this question as we are not allowed administrative permissions on our work computers so having those colleagues go to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app download site isn't an option.  In the meantime, we have reverted back to the "upload your photos to this SharePoint folder", but it doesn't make it streamlined
