My Mov. files are gone but the thumbnails on some are present. How do I recover my files? I have noticed each time I change Laptops this seems to happen. Also at one point in time I had a gap of time pass in my membership, but I lost files after the continuation of my membership as well. I looked in deleted files and found nothing. I saw a suggestion about a log but in my interpretation of that it seems that the log want so scan my current computer system to perhaps find them but that wouldn't avail because I never had them on this new system. How can I recover the lost Mov files from Adobe Creative Cloud? 

Okay after my first post about missing movie Files with just Thumbnails showing I got some great advice from the community (michaelbparis, JohnTSmith, Kglad (thank you). There suggestions led me to find what may be an answer to my missing folders and also a discovery of me being charged twice a month so close together to where I didn't noticed I was being charged twice. This occurred for about 9 months until just recently they seemed to have merged to 1 without me noticing at all. I found out through my payment history. Now the question is are my files still in the old account and how do I access that account? also how do I get refunded for the months that I payed twice?  How do I go about reverting the old account and keeping it if it has the old Files that im looking for? Point me to customer Service please if that's the answer or is there away I can go about doing these things myself? Thank you all greatly for you help 

Adobe seems to store files in two sperate locations, one of which the user can set themselves, that being the install location. The other folder is stored within the "documents" folder. is there any way to move adobes files out of the documents folder in order to free up space on the system drive?

how to delete all files from CC at once?

Hi! I tried to update lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom Classic ans Camera Raw but I got the same error message... There was an error installing this update. Please try again later or contact costomer support. (Error Code: 306) Any idea? Thanks!

Rather than start an identical thread: I'm getting this error. This was working until recently, but now fonts aren't available in Indesign or anything else, and going to the CC app gives the error as above. I can do everything via the web panel with no problem which is fine for websites, but obviously not for applications on my Mac.  There is no IT department, there is just me: I am the subscriber to Creative Cloud. 

I am working on MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 using Lightroom CC Version 6.2 I tried to upload a significant number of images onto my desktop but the sync process got stuck leaving a large number unsynced. I tried all the steps I could find in posts dating back to 2017 and even after deleting all the photos I had originally uploaded I am left with a 'syncing 1 image' message on my desktop app (online it appears that all images are synced) which has not gone away after three days. I cannot find what the image is even by filtering 'syncing', clicking on cloud icon, checking sync issues online etc. How do I track down and remove this phantom image that seems to be blocking the rest.What else is left to try?

Hi,I have to use InDesign for work, and I wondered if there's any way of running it without the horrendous amounts of CC background processes? I'm sure, for example, that I don't need both Adobe Desktop Service and Creative Cloud itself running 8 different crash handlers between them...

In the tab to edit page info, for any given page, there is an option to put in the page date. It then also displays this date when you hover over said page cover. I don't want this date to show up at all. Is there any way to remove it completely?I see no option to turn it off

The instructions in the help feature on how to fix this problem are out of date. They refer to a file folder that does not exist. "Adobe Content Syncronizer". I need this problem fixed ASAP so I can work! 

I have created a folder in Adobe Cloud and shared it with an external user with edit rights. I uploaded a file to the folder, and it can be seen by all users. The external user has uploaded two files and both do not appear when I open the folder.The external user has sent me two direct links to access the files - so access works fine.Does anyone have any idea why the shared folder is not showing the files?

Hi everyone,  Hoping someone might have a cheap trick on this one.. I have been building my portfolio through my account which is assigned to my work organisation. I have spent quite some time on it, and may or may not be using it to apply for other jobs. Whilst doing this I thought, ah no, when I leave my portfolio will be stuck on my work adobe account and I will have to re-build it again in the future.  Is there any way I could transfer my portfolio to a new account?Thinking that a way might be to change my email associated with my account to be my personal one, and then remove myself from the business ID? That way I'd have the account data assigned to my personal email. Is there another method for this or would the above work? Thanks a lot!

Hi. I’ve been having problems syncing files on my CC Windows app.I use Photoshop on a PC running Windows 10. When I’ve finished working, I transfer the files to my MacBook laptop and upload them to Creative Cloud when I’m away from home (my home connection can be slow for uploading).The problem I have is CC seems to be stuck syncing on my PC and I have conflicted files there, which is possibly causing the problem. My question is how do I delete all files from my PC, without deleting them from Creative Cloud on my Laptop? Basically, I want to re-download all the files to my PC via the cloud to hopefully clear the conflicted files and syncing issues.

Hello everyone, I would like to free up space on my computer deleting some files I have on my Criative Cloud Files folder without deleting them from the cloud. I could not figure out how is that possible. Any tips are more than appreciated.

Hi, Over the previous year I have used my school account to access Adobe services on my computer. I switched schools this year, and because of that my email was deactivated. My new school issued me another email that has an Adobe subsciption. I am trying to log into my new account with the creative cloud app so that I can use photoshop, but it just endlessly loads and doesn't let me sign in at all (gives me an error saying to sign in, when I press sign in the same error pops up). I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud, but it won't let me because I have photoshop installed. When I tried uninstalling photoshop, it opened up creative cloud and did the endless loading.  Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Community,I am trying to figure out where all my space has gone, because my folders are just 45 GB worth of space. I've discovered the "Deleted" Folder and according to this: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/dynamic-media-classic/using/managing-assets/trash-folder.html?lang=en#:~:text=To%20permanently%20delete%20assets%20from,Go%20to%20File%20%3E%20Empty%20trash. that the trash is emptied after 7 days. Its not. I have files from the last 6 months in there and because I work with my clients over InCopy I have a ton of XML Files. I would really love to know if theres and easier way to get rid of all these files rather than having to click my way though some 30GB worth of XML Files.... (it also appears when I delete a folder, I have to delete all the files in that folder seperately?)Anyone know a hack other than clicking each file? Because I'm running out of patience that my cloud keeps telling me its out of space but not letting me clean the Deleted folder properly.

Hello there, I currently have the creative cloud programm with 20gb (well ... I cancelled the plan already).I wanted to upgrade to 1tb but it wasn't possible so I though I should cancel the plan and start a new one. However this doesnt work as planned so I am asking for some advice.Whenever I want to start the new plan it tells me, that the purchase is not supported and I cant do anything about it ...

Hey People, I've got a question about the Adobe for Enterprise Plan. I am part of a team and have access to all Adobe Apps via the Enterprise Plan and also 1TB Cloud Storage. Now my question is how I can prevent any Adobe App to automatically save to the Cloud. No matter of it's the mobile Ipad Version or the Desktop Version... Because from time to time I want to edit personal Images and don't want them to end on the Enterprise Storage where my employer could possibly see them... help is appreciated 🙂

This is a shot in the dark, but  is there a way for Adobe to recover a folder I deleted from the cloud. If it helps I'm okay with recovering everything I deleted today.

Hi, I work on a Mac and received a message from the OS that says "Creative Cloud helper wants to use the local items keychain". It turns out that the local items keychain contains many passwords, that can be synced with iCloud. In my understanding, granting access would allow Adobe to read a lot of passwords that have nothing to do with Adobe products. So, my question is: why Adobe wants access to all my passwords?
