I've uploaded a doc to my CC account's Files section, and now I want to share it. But there is no Share option in the "more actions" menu for the file in the CC desktop application. The Adobe docs are wrong in claiming that there is. Screen shot attached. What gives?

Hi, from last update of CC I see high cpu usage from 'node.exe Node.js JavaScript Runtime', from Adobe Creative Cloud Experience, 6-7% all the time, even if I am not using any Adobe products, like read emails. What I tried to fix it:- reinstall of runtime c++-repair CC-uninstall adn install of CCNothing resolved the problem.Anyone know how to fix it?Also, I didn't installed AGS, disabled Adobe Fonts sync, notifications and auto-updates.

On Android (web), I signed up for Firefly Standard with a 7-day trial option, paying 1 cent. Afterwards, there's no subscription.  I tried it again, paying 1 cent, again utter failure.  The chat agents in the Help center are terrible. Can't comprehend basic English. 1) Why is Adobe offering products they don't deliver after payment?2) When will I get this money back?

Adobe Photoshop (Beta) v27.3.0.3317 size is 5.55 GB. Adobe Bridge v16.0.0 size is 2.39 GB.  Adobe Creative Cloud v6.8.0.281 size GB is 821 MB. Photoshop is 6.76 times larger than C.C. Bridge is 2.9 times larger than C.C. Photoshop opens in a split second. Bridge opens in a split second. Creative Cloud, after clicking to open it, produces a spinning wheel and a popup stating it's taking long to open, relaunch or restart computer. After a couple of hours, it opens. Adobe support, via remote session, says there is nothing wrong with the Creative Cloud app. No need to clean or reinstall. Support tried to blame the Internet even though the larger Adobe apps mentioned opened extremely fast. In fact, every app on this computer, except Creative Cloud, works extremely fast. Support tried to blame the firewall. With the firewall turned off Creative Cloud takes forever. If anyone knows of a way to update Photoshop or Bridge by not using the Creative Cloud app, please share. Thank you in

Hi! im having this issue in my creative cloude desktop app where I only can see my instaled plugins but can't find new ones. why is it that i only can manage installed plugins?

I rise at 3 AM and up till now have had no probably opening Bridge. Lately, although I am clearly connected to the Internet, Cloud states I am not and I have no access to Bridge which I use to open my oldest photographs in RAW. I thought there was 24 hour access. Is Adobe doing maintenance early in the day? I can open them in PS but obviously I want to edit them as much as possible in RAW.  Maddening.

Hi there, since about more than an hour my webpage do no show the changes after I refresh the change to my webpage.Any ideas?

Hey, This is not a question but more a observation,in my adobe portfolio, each time I'm trying to add a lign of text, I have to do it two, three, four times before the platform update my website. Есть подписка в lightroom до 16 декабря, но в самом приложение написано , что истекла подписка и прошлых покупок нет!!!! Как решить этот вопрос????

Since reinstalling CC on a newly formatted computer, all options to download previous versions of my apps is no longer available anywhere inside of CC. As a result, I contacted Adobe via chat, though I can't remember where I found the chat on the adobe website. I went through the support links dozens of times continually getting nowhere. I "think" it was from within my creative cloud apps panel on the website, but I honestly can't say for sure.Anyway, after getting through to someone who I assume was in India based on their name, and explaining that the option for previous versions was missing, their first suggestion was to allow them remote access, to which I said no. Then they said that's fine, and asked me to do what I'd already been trying to do for the past few hours, and upon getting nowhere, asked me again to provide remote access, to which I declined a second time. They gave me several links from within the chat to download CC uninstaller, and then to reinstall CC. I didn't cli

Looking for any key points or advice from the kind folks here who know how to do everything! I am looking at adding a MacBook Pro.   Currently using an older model iMac which will be retired - but only temporariIy.  For that haitus, however, the MacBook Pro (M4) will be the new computer work-home, for a few weeks.  Ideally, I would like Adobe CC, and all of the Adobe Apps (mainly LrC, PS, InDesign & Illustrator) and my Adobe Cloud contents to be functioning properly on the new MacBook Pro.  My work/files are all on an External HardDrive.  I only have the basic cloud storage plan and am not going to use it or rely on it for this setup, at this time.Because I am used to working exclusively on an iMac, so far, I suspect that there may be a lot of things that work differently or set up differently on a MacBook Pro and I would like to be informed and prepared ahead of time, especially because this laptop will eventuall become the "other" computer and I will

My account was banned on the suspicion of spam. I had just changed my username, and the next minute I know I get an email saying I was banned. I don't understand why and how. Please help me out here. I post all my work here, and use Behance like my portfolio. I have applied for an appeal,  but no reponse.

Hello Guys,I just updated to the latest macOS Ventura 13.0. Suddenly am getting a pop-up " CClibrary is damaged and can't be opened". It was not happening before the update. Is it a MacOS bug?Although, PS, LR are working fine. Please let me know if someone else got similar issues. Device: Macbook Air M2, 2022 Thanks

When using the integration between Behance and Portfolio there seems to be a bug on the Behance side. If I work from Portfolio to Behance and than adapt the results in Behance (e.g. adding texts, labels or else) this works wel. However, because from LR to Portfolio to Behance the standard is a frame I find it easier to use imports from LR into Behance directly, but then the Behance portfolio is not integrated back into portfolio which means that the Behance version will be overwritten by the Portfolio portfolio whenever you try to repair it fromout of Portfolio. Anyway, loss of data and work may easily occur.   Looks like a bug to me.

Whenever I delete images in Lightroom, it doesn't matter how many I delete, the size of my cloud content remains the same (which is over my limit).  Why might this be?

I received an email today which said, "your profile name has changed from Starlight to DEL-StarlightThis change was made by your organization’s administrator. No action is needed on your part – your products, access, and account remain the same.and another one after that which states,You no longer have access to Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock in organization DEL-Starlight . What should I do now? I cant access any of my apps and projects but the plan expiry in the adobe account says next payment is on May 15, 2026. I had bought the subscribtion on Groupon and had access to the account under Maplewood Foundation. It says contact your admin but when I click the admin group it says I dont have access to the admin or global admin either. Please help
