today, somebody created an ambiance page called "drawings" (see below the 3 notifications without identity, and the ambiance with no identity), linking to pictures in my album. Normally the reference to the person is clear, in this case there is no identity ... what does this mean ?   Title edited... Moderator  

Hello,since switching app language only works through uninstalling & reinstalling, how do I best go about this so I don't lose all settings - again? I have already failed in doing so with PS (luckily I had actios & patterns saved, after losing everything in a previous PS update), since apparently the english version setup doesn't anticipate there may have been another language installed previously and doesn't load the settings I asked to keep on uninstalling.I still have to da this with LR, Bridge & AE+ ME. Please advise how to proceed safely.Thanks 🙂

Why is it that ** every time there is a major update you (Adobe) manage to delete ALL my ** Multi-Screen Workspace setting off every single ** app??????What's the ** point of synchronising all our setting to Creative Cloud when you (Adobe) manage to lose them as ** well. ** You may replace with you the harshest expletive word in your own language if you don't get my point. Br Barry

I have to make space in my ssd but i'm afraid that if i delete folders of creative cloud, that are in my external memory, they will also disapear in my cloud. is it so? how can i be sure no to loose my work (videos, photos...) if i clean my starting engine ssd card?Thanks.

Pop-up advertisement for an Adobe event on my desktop computer today? NOT APPRECIATED. I'm trying to work, here, to earn the money to give you guys a giant monthly subscription fee even though I never use 3/4 of the apps I'm paying for, because a person can no longer simply buy the software they use. Give me a break. I have never had one of these things float up over my workday before. I'm disgusted.

Hola, hace poco usé la herramienta de mejorar fotos en Lightroom pero no me percaté de que se mejoraron aproximadamente 500 fotos, entonces el almacenamiento tanto local como en la nube llegó a un 87%, mi pregunta es cómo borrar esas fotografías mejoradas, ya las borré de mi almacenamiento local, pero en la nube me sigue apareciendo que hay un 87% de espacio ocupado, solo que cuando entro a la versión web, estos archivos no están, les agradeceré mucho su ayuda, que tengan buena noche.   

What to do when the Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load (adobe.com)I have tried all the methods, even reinstalling all adobe software, using ccl to clean up the reg, and manually installing the library (it shows success, use AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool to correct HOST.No one method can successfully solve the problem.I can go online without internet problemsNo antivirus softwareIt will appear every other time, and it will not be solved until I reinstall the window. Is there a way not to reinstall the window?

When I open the CC app (on Mac) it gets stuck at "getting storage information" stage so I cannot turn file syncing on  or off. This has affected other areas like my fonts page which also stays in the loading stage. I have tried:- Relaunching- Quitting other programs that may impact syncing- Repairing the app- Deleting and reinstalling the app- Changing sharing info on the adobe file to "read and write" Are there any other options? I have seen other postings in this community regarding this topic line, and I hate doing this; however; the links to the Adobe Support Community are the only support links that actually 'takes' a person somewhere that appear to work as described.I do not know what Adobe is about, but direct support evidenty is not one of their efforts now. As has been reported on the community in the past, and as things continue, clicking on a CHAT (Talk to a real person) link does not take one to any type of chat function, but takes one to a page that is only a fancy graphical point and click FAQ, There is no real person about it at all. The pages have no phone numbers listed, no statements that say that CHAT is really only available on certain days at certain hours etc.. I thought that I have seen Adobe reply to posts of this sort in the community so I am posting here.  If they do indeed reply or if someone happens to know; why has Adobe stopped direct support in the first place? 

When browsing through Adobe Stock in the CC Libraries in InDesign, I am unable to download/access any photos after licensing. I get a spinning circle and then says it's unable to download. Then I try to go to the Adobe Stock website and download directly onto my computer and it doesn't do anything. It says the photo is licensed and asks if I want to re-download, but when I do it doesn't respond. In the past I have browsed the website and when I license photos through there it updates on CC Libraries with no issues-almost instantly. I have made many Indesign documents on my stand alone system using the Creative Suite. Can I work with those files on the Creative Cloud and if so, how I can open these files up there?

I purchased a yearly contract to give Adobe a fair shake and test ride. I knew the learning curve would be there. So, I thought a year would do it natural justice. I subscribed to what I thought would be all of Adobe. The intention was to change the ecosystems in my company operates. Most of what is provided by Adobe is availed in Open Source or some other branding.First strike - I had to downgrade my phone to run Rush. We all thought that very odd. I've subscribe a plan where on my plan says adobe Illustrator is both on ipad and iMac but why do I need to pay more on my ipad as I check there's two subscriptions plans on my account. How can I install illustrator on ipad with the existing plan that I've paid for the plans that has both apps?

Hi, I became an information "Adobe can't connenct to the Adobe Server". I've allredy used all instructions on your website to solve this problem, but they not help. I see in my Adobe Plan for Photographers that all my invoice are paid and my creditcard is active. What should I do to selve my problem with the connecting with Adobe Server? Thank for your help.

Hi, I created a number of files in Draw using my old corporate Adobe ID, but now I can't export them as I have no Cloud access it seems. I can't even log into the assets site as it gives me an error (I can't install any apps that require cloud services using that ID either). I've 'left' the old organisation the ID was linked to but that's not changed anything. Is there any way I can export my Draw files other than saved as images as this point? And is it possible to change the account type of my 'old' Adobe ID so I can access cloud services? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!I've actually a full access to the CC through my company. I'm always super happy and enjoy it! However, I would like to create my portfolio with Adobe Portfolio (25% done now). It's clear that i can do it through my professionnal access. If one day I quit my job, I know that I can't keep it. So my questions are:If I quit my job, can I forward my portfolio for an account to an other one?I mean from a pro CC account (with distinct logins) to a personnal CC one (with others logins)?What will become the site if I can't forward it? Will be trashed? Will stay for ever on the web?Can the website by forward from pro logins to new pro logins?Are Adobe's teams already thinking about this?Are they looking for a solution?Thanks for your answers and feedbacks. I've been making an attempt to address a billing issue but I cannot fix it because I now live in a different country than my account was created in and Adobe has made it impossible to do this without a desktop computer. Help desk is a nightmare of circular links and the supposed chat tool is not available for mobile. I've found the phone numbers post, but I absolutely hate phone support and I don't intend to sit on hold for hours on end for something I should be able to do in a few seconds through a browser. Is there just some form or email I can send the request to or...?
