Questions

Hi guys, I don't seem to find an email for Adobe anywhere. Can someone help? Cheers,Vinny

I see that CloudSync has sync'd 1.3Gb of files. How can I see "what" it is syncing? I don't have anything that I know of synced to Adobe. If it's actually pulling files, it's doing it without me knowing about it. I hae Lightroom Classic, Bridge and Photoshop installed locally, but don't remember EVER saying Adobe could sync anything. Steve

Hi,My creative cloud app says that I am over my storage limit by 46mb. I don't have any creative cloud files on there, and I have only installed the apps that were included in my package. Does anyone know what could be using up the space? Or how can I find out?

how can i become a contributor in adobe creative cloud?

Hello all! I've looked around and couldn't find any solution to this. At my current workplace we aim to keep everything available online at all times, and since Adobe has the Creative Cloud services for it I hoped to keep it synced as not to lose client work. The thing is: even after reinstalling it, changing the default folder and restarting the entire sync multiple times in the last year, Creative Cloud still gives me an error (Failed to Sync) without details about what happened. I haven't been able to check even which file is causing this issue. Is there any way to 1) check where has the sync failed and/or 2) force-resync from my desktop to the web (I'm 100% sure the desktop files are more recent so it would be better to remove the current ones from the cloud and reupload everything)? Thanks in advance!

Thanks to the forum I was finally able to confirm that my files I uploaded were on the cloud ( at least I think based on storage usage). However I have a question. Are the files duplicated in the director Creative Cloud Files on my hard drive? If I delete one of the files on the hardrive will it be removed from the cloud or should I go to the 'cloud' and delete them there?

Seems silly - at least to me - that Adobe hasn't updated CC Instealler to Universal for M1 Macs It can't be that tough, can it?

I've just migrated a 2015 Macbook Pro to a 2021 Macbook Pro 16" with the new M1 Max chip. There are currently 2 issues i'm experiencing. 1 is that non of my adobe fonts are synching which means I cannot do my job. Also Xd will not let me open a document.  What should I do to synch this and optimise my laptop?

Ever since I upgraded to MacOS Big Sur, I've encountered an issue when starting up my computer that the CPU load is at 100% and the fans are running at maximum speed. The Activity Monitor shows that the culprit are two Adobe CC-related processes, something called CCXProcess and CCLibrary. The only way to stop this is to Force Quit the processes otherwise the CPU load and overheating will continue as long as my laptop is on. Is this a known issue and is there any fix yet?

Hey, it seems this problem as still not been fixed, now I need to download and delete creative cloud every time I need to update, which is just ridiculouse for a monthly service. Is there any news concerning this problem? I checked and all of my fellow photographers I know suffers from the same issue.I don't want this stupid app to be running in the background doing nothing all the time, I just want to open it every couple of month to update my apps. Hope this issue can be fixed soon. Thanks guys

Hi guys..I have a new version of Raya, just released. Now, it's a CCX file i had a lot of problems trying to find the Unified Plugin Installer Agent, which i eventually found, but then an odd thing happened: i cannot see any plugin in the management page. I have plugins installed for sure because PS, for example, have a pretty long menu under Extensions. Dunno since when i am not able to see the plugins installed, it's not something i check everyday. Now i have this pretty static grid not loading. As many may suggest, yes, i've tried to uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud app. And i mean, i've tried, because i cannot uninstall it. It says something like 'i need to stay where i am because i am needed for some apps in your mac'.Cool. Did you encounter something like this? Any help?thanks

I can see my synced files online, but can't they aren't showing up on the CCapp. I can't connect to import into Lightroom Classic

I have a major bone to pick with the CC app. The software updates work fine. It's the actual CC app updates that are causing my company A LOT of grief and loss of time/productivity/money.main computer that houses the files being shared is using an external hard drive (S) to save all of the files on. Whenever there is a mandatory CC app update it fixes everything BUT changes the location of the files in the preferences menu back to the default drive (C). This caues all of the other computers that are linked to re-sync ALL of the files. On average that is about 14,000 files which takes about 10 - 19 hours depending on the computer and the internet connection.  This has happened at least twice now. I can't be the only person this has happened to and thinks it's unacceptable. I've found a couple of posts in the forum but there were no answers from anyone at Adobe. My questions are1. Is there a way to avoid the preferences from switching the saved files location back to the default driv

I've been trying for about a week now to share an Aero file by generating a link and QR code. Each time, it says that it's unable to generate a link at this time. This happens in both the app and the desktop beta. Any solutions or updates for this?

In Creative Cloud (https://assets.adobe.com/shared), under the "Shared with you" section, I keep getting updates about a library that was shared with me some time ago. I no longer need access to this library but I'm not seeing any way to remove myself from the library.  When I select the library it says "No actions available" - How do I remove myself? Thanks!

It has been causing problem starting at around yesterday, i've tried everything to stop it and killing the process just to wait 10 seconds to let it eat my battery again. I can't just do 10 second kills.  I Don't have easy constant access to power at school so I really need this problem solved ASAP

Hey there, I’m running Creative Cloud on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.14.6.I can not update any of my applications anymore, e.g. Photoshop 22.1.0. to 22.1.1.The update buttons for the applications don’t even react to any click. „Update all“ appears to be not clickable as well.Any suggestions?

Hello, I've been using creative cloud links at work for a year now with no issue. I compress my folder & add it to the creative cloud and share the link out. Now when I upload my folder I click share link & an error comes up that says it can't provide a link. The folders I usually upload are 150 mb or less. I've noticed that the links that work have the little globe and the links that don't work don't have the globe. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks!

Hello,An update message constantly appears.Yet I am up to date on all adobe applications. This message is very annoying because I cannot make it disappear and it appears in front of all my adobe windows, I cannot move it either ...Has anyone encountered this problem? Thank you !

Dear adobe and the community. This is my first time using free 7 days trial and it's about to expire. I got the plan on December 2nd but here's what confuses me. So does it expire on the 8th day (Dec 10th) or 7th (Dec 9th)? I thought I had to cancel before the 7th day so I don't get charged but apparently I can wait an extra 14 days before Adobe charges me with penalty, which makes it 21 days of a free trial. Honestly I don't even have enough money on my card so I'm not sure how does that even work considering the 7 day trial is about to expire and I'm not sure when to actually cancel the plan. If anyone can explain to me and inform me on this subject I would very much appreciate it. I'm a bit concerned so I don't know if I should cancel the plan like immediately or what. Ty in advance

Hello I've a new pc. So i want to move my files in "creative cloud files" folder from my old computer to my new computer via external usb drive. After copying the files when i start sync, all the files in my computer disappears and cc starts downloading them again. It will take a lot of time.Is there any solution? Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask about something like this, but I need help moving Adobe Sketch files from one account to another. Specifically trying to migrate to Fresco, but because my Sketch files are on a different account than the account with Fresco I'm unsure of what to do. I've seen solutions for this but only on desktop, and I'm currently working from my IPad.
