i have an audio that i a channel mixer and it sounds amazing with the two channels together in both ears but somehow it still sounds bad when i listen to it with only one ear, how do i set both channels to sound the same in each ear?

where is the dodge and burn tool now that its ben replaced with masking tool?

Please tell me how to rid myself of the virus like program called ironically CEF HELPER. If this is a piece put in here to data mine or do nothing but take up CPU resources and you do not know how to remove it, please remove my subscription to your lousy software and I will find a linux alternative.!!!  jeremy richardson

Cela ne vient pas de moi, je crains qu'une personne mal intentionnée paye son abonnement étudiant avec ma carte bleue. For a few days I have been unable to update Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC). There is a notification of an available update. But when I try the update fails and I get a message to say "another installer is currently running which must be closed before updating the product. Please close other installers. Error code 87". But I cannot see the other installer in task manager. I have tried repairing and uninstalling ACC but this also fails and I received a similar message about another installer currently running.  I am still able to directly access Lightroom Classic and Photoshop  - but not through ACC. Can anybody help please. Peter.

I recently tried to sync a few files to my account, some of these failed ( ah well ) due to not recognised characters ( , .  # ∞ % etc ) do any of you good people know how to remove the warning . thanks 

Recently I was bad lucked and I broke 2 computers (like hardware dead). I have a valid Key for Adobe Premiere Element but it is activated on these 2 computers. I tried to deactivate these 2 computers using my Adobe Account but they do not appear there. Is there any way to contact someone from Adobe to fix that? I cannot find any email or ticket manager to do so. I literaly used 1 of the 2 computers only 3 days.Thank you !

Thank you for telling the bug, This is pretty much what I can do (My recent answer that I got):The problem isn't the app, but maybe because you didn't have enough storage or your graphics card is not supported (Intel® Graphics card) I suppose that this is the answer.

I don't think this is currently possible, so this might just be a feature request. I have multiple CC Libraries that I am subscribed to - many of which I don't control and cannot edit. While I can see all of the Libraries I am subscribed to in the CC Library panel, it is all over the place as far as sorting and organization.  For example, I have three separate Libraries from a company that I freelance for. They show up as three separate Libraries in the CC Library panel - which is organized alphabetically - so they are scattered throughout my Library list.  I need a way to organize Libraries so they are easy to find when there are a bunch of them. In the previous example I would like to group all three of those Libraries into one entry labeled "Company Name". When that entry is selected maybe it drops down a nested list of the Libraries attached to that grouping.  Is that possible already? If not, is there another way to tackle organizing a large Libr

today, somebody created an ambiance page called "drawings" (see below the 3 notifications without identity, and the ambiance with no identity), linking to pictures in my album. Hello,since switching app language only works through uninstalling & reinstalling, how do I best go about this so I don't lose all settings - again? I have already failed in doing so with PS (luckily I had actios & patterns saved, after losing everything in a previous PS update), since apparently the english version setup doesn't anticipate there may have been another language installed previously and doesn't load the settings I asked to keep on uninstalling.I still have to da this with LR, Bridge & AE+ ME. Please advise how to proceed safely.Thanks 🙂

Same problem.  Searched the knowledge base and googled this issue. They only seem to provide answers for Windows users. Very negligent.

Why is it that ** every time there is a major update you (Adobe) manage to delete ALL my ** Multi-Screen Workspace setting off every single ** app??????What's the ** point of synchronising all our setting to Creative Cloud when you (Adobe) manage to lose them as ** well. ** You may replace with you the harshest expletive word in your own language if you don't get my point. Br Barry

I have to make space in my ssd but i'm afraid that if i delete folders of creative cloud, that are in my external memory, they will also disapear in my cloud. is it so? how can i be sure no to loose my work (videos, photos...) if i clean my starting engine ssd card?Thanks.

Pop-up advertisement for an Adobe event on my desktop computer today? NOT APPRECIATED. I'm trying to work, here, to earn the money to give you guys a giant monthly subscription fee even though I never use 3/4 of the apps I'm paying for, because a person can no longer simply buy the software they use. Give me a break. I have never had one of these things float up over my workday before. I'm disgusted.

Hola, hace poco usé la herramienta de mejorar fotos en Lightroom pero no me percaté de que se mejoraron aproximadamente 500 fotos, entonces el almacenamiento tanto local como en la nube llegó a un 87%, mi pregunta es cómo borrar esas fotografías mejoradas, ya las borré de mi almacenamiento local, pero en la nube me sigue apareciendo que hay un 87% de espacio ocupado, solo que cuando entro a la versión web, estos archivos no están, les agradeceré mucho su ayuda, que tengan buena noche.
